Since Radhika left PRD national Ingleburn, everything started to be a mess; if they are managing your property, you need to remind them to collect the rent to pay the water bills You will need to check all the invoices as they will charge you for anything the tenant should pay. You will need to inspect the property to get the meter reading; otherwise, you may need to pay for the tenant's water usage . It is a shame for real estate to be relying on one person. Unfortunately, you lost my trust and business Honestly, It had changed from 10/10 to BIG Zero/10 since Radhika left.

Sakina, is one of the best property managers. My tenant was running behind rent for 83 days. Then I moved my property to PRD Ingleburn and Sakina is the real estate manager. She took all the necessary steps, including applying for the tribunal, negotiating with the tenant, and helping the tenant get some rental assistance from authorities. Finally, the tenant is good with the rent. I am really happy with her help as well as her professionalism. The new property manager Sabby is a legend in managing properties. All the best to her.

Amit and his team are absolutely professional and fabulous. Amit’s attention to detail and support throughout the whole process has been amazing. Very trustworthy, kind and honest in his approach. He has his vendor’s back but you also know he would never screw over a buyer. Integrity is fundamental to the smooth operation of real estate deals and Amit has that in truck loads. My husband & I cannot recommend Amit highly enough. Definitely 5 Stars!!

They are terrible real estate. They managed my sister's property very poorly at brooks street macquarie fields. She had to wait 3-4 weeks to post her home in market after several follow ups. The do not have any due diligence to their stakeholders. They yet to list her house to be opened. She is so frustrated with their service. I will not recommend anyone for future deal with them.

I recently worked with Sakina from PRD Rentals and I had a great experience. From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. She listened to my needs and showed me several applicant that met my criteria. What impressed me most was her knowledge of the rental market in the area.
