I'm giving one star just bcoz one of Puma staff who don't have basic etiquette and manners to behave with customer. He behaving like he own the store. My humble request to PUMA official or concern person to provide training to this store staff. This is not expected at PUMA official store. Very bad experience with this person.I don't know name but i have informed your store representative regarding the same. Today this person is in Blue tshirt.

Puma is a very known and reputed brand, therefore, customers keep on visiting the store. Location of this store is quite convenient for the customers, ample car parking space is generally available. Also there is an option of parking below over bridge. Puma brand has got various products in 30-40% discount round the year. The staff here is supportive to help us. Often, we need to call staff to inquire details of the products.

Saket was tremendously helpful. I had a minor issue in my product - accidentally took the wrong size in an apparel. I spoke with him over phone to get my issue addressed. He had kept the right size piece ready at billing counter. As soon as he saw me entering the store, he greeted me and handed me the correct size garment in exchange of the one I had. The billing had happened a day prior.

This review is for product not for staff. Purchased Shoes on 23/09/2022 and executive promise for 6 month warranty. Shoes got damaged within 5-6 wearings and now they refused to replace the product nor repair. Sending product back to company for further review but no promises on any replacement or repair. 6000rs in vain. Never purchase Puma again nor I will recommend to anyone

Store service is top notched. Every store staff is is well mannered and has appreciable knowledge of their products. Especially the manager is very well contained and calm and greets all the customers very well which is again appreciable. I’ll definitely visit again loved their service towards customers.
