I've only ever bought jeans here because I have a hard time finding jeans that fit my body type (petite with a small waist) and their pacsun brand jeans fit perfectly and seem to hold up well so far. The prices on some items seem a bit ridiculous which is my reason for only 3 stars. I can understand the price for jeans but t-shirts and accessories are pretty pricy for the quality they are.

The redhead at the cash register is so incredibly rude just like others have said. My daughter's total came to $96 and some change, and she refused her $100 for no reason even though the change was the same as the 5 20s she gave her instead. . Terrible experience and she was rude to me when we left too. Someone needs to talk to this one since I'm obviously not the only one...

I went here yesterday and the manger or something was being so unprofessional. The manager was yelling at a young associate right in the front of the store blocking the brandy melville section I couldn’t look there the whole time I was in the store for 20 minutes. Very unprofessional for the manager you can at least go to the back of the store.

The workers on shift treated me terribly. The red head and the blonde worker glared and followed me around the store. I’ve never felt more targeted in my life. Me and my friends just wanted to check out and get out of here because we felt unwanted. It’s unfortunate too because I like their clothes but the employees ruined it for me

The schedule and sign said they open at 10am. The person inside was very rude and said "well the mall changed our hours at the last minute and we don't open until 11". I had no idea the hours changed. Then that person said they had a few more things to do when in reality they were staring at their phone.... seriously?

The store manager goes above and beyond! My daughter and I couldn’t reach an item and we asked for help to get it done and she grabbed the ladder and did not hesitate to move it all around to help us!! And she was pregnant!!! Love her and her staff!!

Never shopping in that pacsun ever again. I felt judged by other customers for my existence in the store and one of the employees acted as if I was a burden on her for asking a question about the sale. Extremely rude retail saleswomen.

Always great to come in this, cory is always a great help and always helping me put fits together! And keeping me up to date on the fear of God when i come in.. amazing team!

Placed order on 11-28-20 and still have not received. (12-26-20) i try to track my order and it says it has been enroute since 11-29-20.

Workers were not enthusiastic and we barely got any help. Was in there for an extra 20 minutes
