This is the filthiest park we’ve ever been in, firstly they parked vans next to us and the were 6 inches from the back of awning away, no privacy at all, we could hear them going to the toilet and every word of there conversations , secondly, the grounds are all dirt and leaves no grass anywhere where the vans are parked, so, when it’s windy there is dirt dust everywhere, thirdly, the bathrooms look clean however, they are not, there’s mould on the ceilings the showers are 7feet high and you can’t adjust them, it takes 3/4 minutes to adjust the temperature and be careful because you will get burnt, I saw things on the shower floor that were there for a couple of days Their fee is $39 per night and in my opinion it’s not even worth $20 per night I did complain especially about the distance of the vans next to us but he kept squashing them in. Absolutely filthy and disgusting, do yourself a favour and don’t go there

The people that run this place are constantly rude. Make you feel very awkward when you talk to them. It’s like they have issues with other people in the park and make it your problem. So rude to visitors and to people that live there. The place is clean but the customer service is absolutely a 0/10 I work in customer service and this is really bad. I am not normally one to write a review I hate negativity but the owners of this place are so rude and make visitors feel so awkward that I couldnt not say anything they really upset me. I recommend this place due to cleanliness but the people that run this place are the most saddest and rude people and they are the only reason I never want to go back to this park I cannot express how much their customer service lacks!!!

Constant issues with water supply, Onsite managers consistently breaching guests privacy and personal property boundaries - No guest should have their personal belongings gone through, touched, moved or REMOVED/CONFISCATED! Weekly cleaning/linen servicing substandard along with the courtesy level of management. Park owners should seriously look at planting out some native bush to provide a sound barrier between cabins and the road noise. AND definitely get some direct feedback from your guests about the onsite management of your business. Good location for our purpose.

A unique situation. I have an electric car with a short range, and I knew I would need to charge somewhere around here, halfway through a modest roadtrip. Charged my car overnight on their 15A plugs and stayed in a small, but clean, comfortable and reasonably priced cabin. Only downside is the noise from Racecourse Rd, but earplugs are available at reception. (Thank you again for the push when my car ran out of power just outside.) ((Probably would have rated 3 stars if I didn't have to think about my car, but good service in an unusual situation deserves more))

Flee ! Being a backpacker, we paid $45 instead of $39, the manager didn't want to make prices, we had a small place in front of the entrance next to the cars, and having only one power outlet serving power". No camp kitchen. Shower limited to 5min. No wifi. Having toured Australia after 2 years, never seen such an expensive campsite for...nothing. better sleep outside!!

Spent the weekend there with my son in the standard room .the room has a double bed and 4x bunk beds .bunk beds were long enough for my 6 foot tall son to have a great night sleep.other things in the unit were TV ensuite and basic cooking stove top. I loved the note left by the cleaner for any concerns I had with the standard of cleaning .it was spot on.the owners of the park are genuinely lovely people. .highly reccomend

Wonderful staff who knock on your door to make sure you’re ok during the hot sweltering days. Wonderful staff who organise government EACH initiatives giving the residents a bbq, free vaccination and a “showbag” of goodies. Wonderful tenants who invite you over for a drink and look out for each other and your goods, your health and your safety. Close to shops, transport etc. You CAN’T find a better place to stay.

My partner and myself stayed in one of the cabins as we drove in I noticed the landscape gardens were amazing very neat surrounds cabin was very cosy and comfortable we met a gentleman by the name of Gerry we locked our keys in the cabin we rang after office hours and Gerry was very professional with his service and got us back in the cabin in no time

The cabin is old but the air con failed due to lack of cleaning maintenance. The fan in the bathroom was so filthy could see through it. The bathroom light did not work. A positive was the security guy loaned a heater thanks to him. The park needs a good deal of work. We have stayed several times in the past and was good ..not currently.

Steve and his wife Liz were very accomodating in making room for us in a large motor home with trailer. very clean and spacious park to stay in,good shop's and food around the corner,short walk or drive.highly recommend for all traveller,long or short term not a problem...well worth the stay.Ron and Trish...Tailem Bend.. Graeme & Leanne are absolutely lovely helpful Managers. My van had a levelling problem and he worked out a way to fix it. He also helped the lady in the van next door. Nice clean park with clean showers and toilets. Rec room with tv etc. bbq area , free wifi. The only downfall is the noisy traffic …

I had to stay overnight in Pakenham for work, and the people who rang this place bent over backwards to help me out despite my arriving and departing at very inconvenient times. Very basic accommodation (hey, it is just a caravan park), but everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stayed here 4 nights in our own van and Sandra could not have made us feel more welcome, hubby was great too. Nice caravan park, ammentities were always very clean. Dog friendly, neighbours friendly. Very close to shops. Good location. Can highly recommend the park. Fees were very reasonably.

Seriously... $165 for ONE night?!?! No soap in bathroom. Prima sized milk for tea and coffee, dirty sheets, Not enough blankets and pillows, even though we paid EXTRA, we paid for a family cabin, I'd expect the beds to be blanketed... Most unsatisfactory! Rip off better off sleeping in the car!

Very friendly welcome. But potential clients should know that the toilet facilities are closed from 7 at night until 8 in the morning. The doors are locked. I have never experienced this before. I start my day early. Thank goodness for McDonalds. Helen Martin.

This caravan park has gone down is service alot since the new owners took over! Would not recommend staying in their supposed deluxe cabins, not worth the $150 a night price tag!

Given Powered Site that wouldnt plug into 15 amps - next to men's toilet - under power lines with no shade - which I specifically asked for - NOT PET FREINDLY - dogs barked a couple of times while I was cooking so asked to leave - HORRID PLACE!!!!

Great friendly owners and so helpful. After touring all around tassie without a hitch, van came adrift from trailer with a thump and owner quickly supplied a trolley jack and had us on our way home in a flash. Ideal couple to be running a park.

May 2023, $39 per night for powered site, minimum 2 nights, plus $6 service fee if only one night.

Great caravan park. Located on the corner of 2 busy roads so a bit of road noise. Very pet friendly with a no constant barking policy which is great. Owners helpful and friendly would stay here again.

Over priced to start with. Need to pay top dollar to wash ur cloths and the laundry is locked at 10 pm so I was able to wash my clothes but unable to dry them as I only just got back from work.

Booked a cabin give them my credit card details for 5 of my workers the next day they rang me and said someone is extended there stay no accommodation. Left hi and dry hows that for service .

The Owners of this park make one feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Amenities are super clean and grounds tidy. Park is very quiet.

Great caravan park that is genuinely dog friendly. This is the second time we stayed there and the owners are really friendly people and have the park and amenities in fantastic condition.

Amenities are great ,plenty of hot water, Nice little park but it's very close to a main road which is like sleeping next to a drag strip. A little bit overpriced at $45 a night.

Toilets were clean and staff were friendly. We used a drive through site. When we left we saw the staff cleaning the cabins thoroughly including the windows and screens.

Nice park, VERY clean. Lots of permanent residents, but they are not a problem. Management are doing a great job with Covid 19 restriction and are keen to help out.
