This review is based on my interaction with Kiara and Shir during the price quote stage. I eventually went with another firm due to price, so this review is not based on the produce itself, but based on interaction with the team during price quote. I contacted 5 places around NY and NJ. Paragon was the most professional and offered very prompt response. This was my first time trying to hire someone for window burglar bar installation and the communication with the team was seamless and zero frustration.

I was locked out of my apartment the other day and called Paragon Security & Locksmith... I was lucky enough to get matched with ALON, one of Paragon's locksmiths. He came to my apartment in NO time, seriously it must have been 5 minutes! He was so nice, professional, and comforting which was helpful because I was stressed being locked out of my apartment late at night. He fixed my lock very quickly. I have already recommended Paragon to all of my friends. Thank you ALON!

I've used Paragon for a few things, but interestingly nothing related to locksmithing until recently. We had a break in recently because of a vulnerability in our strike locks. They sent Gal over and he listened to my concern and selected and installed a latch guard that should fix the issue. He was quick and efficient. He also offered to install a door closer, but we did not have the budget for anything beyond the latch at the moment. Next time!

Sahar took our afterhours call on a Friday evening, and was extremely helpful. Our retail store front door was not able to be secured, so Sahar came out and assessed the situation for us. After she assessed it, she was able to perform a temporary repair so that we could close the store confidently that evening. I highly recommend Paragon Security and Locksmith for all your needs.

Gal from Paragon came to do work on our property, Urby Harrison, and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was all to diagnose and get referrals for work we need and he fixed a door that we have been having problems with for some time. He did it fast and professional and we are very pleased with his work. We look forward to his services in the future.

I have been using this locksmith for over 30 years, when they used to be situated on Christopher Street in Greenwich village. The guys are great and very helpful and friendly. I have never had an issue with any of their work and the locks they installed on my apartment in Tribeca are as good as new after a couple of decades. Go there for all your needs.

Alon was fabulous…a real pro. We got into our locked apartment in seconds! Please note: Calling a locksmith in NYC is often like entering a scammers’ paradise, infamous for people claiming to work for local lock companies, when in fact they don’t. Paragon is the real deal: They really are who they say they are. I just learned this the hard way.

Gal was prompt, efficient and professional. He rekeyed a new cylinder for me onsite to match an existing door and then installed it along with a new locking mechanism. Great professional and friendly service! I needed to have two key copies made for my Mul-T-Lock MTL 800 series lock. The gentlemen (Franklin) behind the key counter was able to do this quickly and easily and was able to address any questions or concerns that I had.

Sahar was fantastic!! Came out at 1 AM on Friday night and immediately was able to get my lock fixed. Having just flown into town with very little sleep, I was so happy to find a company that has such professional and competent employees. Highly recommend.
