Clearly a call center, not a local business. Person who answered phone (at call center) said technician would call in a few minutes and be able to give a rough estimate. Technician calls, refuses to give any estimate at all, even for base service fee (I want to know what the base service fee is!). All that would get about 3 stars. 1 is because after telling technician I’d find someone else and would not be wanting their services, they called and left a voicemail full of sexual harassment. Please find ANYONE else to be your locksmith. Edit since I can’t respond to response, and I will not be contacting anyone associated with this listing directly, given harassment. If this was not your company, you should be aware the phone number associated with your business brings people to the call center and into touch with the ‘technician’ I was subjected to.

Today I lost my keys and was frantically calling around to see who could get me in my apartment without me needing to pay close to my rent to do so. I originally called Seaman Locksmith in Inwood, but was connected to Sunny in the Village. Regardless, a locksmith was sent to my building in under an hour. Tiny was polite and answered all of my questions. He gave an estimate of >1 hour to drill out my Multilock, but was done in about 30 minutes.
