Worst experience ever. Under no circumstances whatsoever would I recommend shopping at Paris Jewellers. Ever. I bought 2 matching bands (at different times) one with regular diamonds and one with black diamonds (the one in black was custom ordered to match the original and I paid nearly double for it). When I first received the custom order ring in the mail, I was extremely disappointed to find that the diamonds were noticeably smaller than the ones on the original ring. They were also spaced unsymmetrical and crooked. I had to call and complain and explain the situation when I shouldn’t have because I was told the black diamonds would match the exact size and proportions of the regular ones on the other ring. I couldn’t believe they had attempted to pass that off to begin with. Not a good start. After just over a year of my wife wearing these rings (soldered together), the black diamonds began to shift and were close to falling out of the band. I sent the ring in to their service department and was told that warranty would not cover the repair because it had expired. This was a clear and obvious flaw in workmanship and only six months out of the warranty expiry date. Not only was I denied the repair but was told that in order to fix it properly they would need to destroy the ring, and build me a new one from scratch using the same diamonds. This insult was complimented by an absolutely asinine offer to do so and charge me roughly $200 less than the original purchase price for the ring!! So let me get this straight… you’re going to take my old ring back, “destroy” it, keep the gold and basically charge me new price for a replacement. All while the person I was dealing with worded it as if they were doing me a favour. How generous of you. I don’t leave many reviews online unless the service/product is extremely exemplary or absolutely terrible and worth warning people to avoid. This case obviously displays the latter. I regret the whole experience and should have just stayed with my usual jeweller. Do NOT support this business.

Honestly very disappointed with the management of the store. I myself is in customer service. I felt they could have handle the situation a lot better. There is no communication at all. After paying that amount of money for engagement ring an having the diamond fall out within a hour and half I thought the store would done better job on handling the situation. I felt they had no idea what they were doing and left very unhappy. I had to call to remind the lady to call the service place to see where my ring was. I didn’t understand why I had call to remind someone to do there job. Then she called me back Guarantee me that I could pick up the ring following Wednesday and it will be done! I showed up no one had idea what’s going on. They informed me that my ring wasn’t ready yet. Yet left again very unhappy. I will not go back to location and purchase anything else from them again after the service I have received. The service was terrible!!! Just wanted make a update: so know I am 5 months in with this engagement ring and the whole ring is bent. So I had return to different store because I refuse to return to the WEM store. I’m back to square one of not getting wear my ring for up to 4 weeks again. I’m just very dissatisfied with the quality of the ring. It bent within 4 months of actual wearing it. The worst part is I only wear it 60 percent of the time because I’m to scared to wear it from what happening to me the first time. I don’t do any heavy lifting or did not slam my hand in anything ether because person would remember that. I just don’t want see this happen to anyone else spending that type of money on engagement ring that doesn’t last/hardly wear. I just hope this ring makes it to the wedding.

I love this store! Purchased some pieces in the past and had wonderful experiences each time. On this particular visit, my husband and I went in looking to upgrade my wedding ring for our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary. From the inception we were warmly greeted and they were extremely helpful in navigating their selection. All the staff are polite, professional and simply wonderful to deal with, particularly Dina and Michelle. They are extremely knowledgeable about every product, were courteous to let me try on several pieces. Most of all did not pressure me, just top notch service. Even received a hand written note with our purchase from Dina, little touches as such are so appreciated and memorable. As customers we have the option to buy from a variety of different jewelry stores. My choice going forward will always be Paris Jewellers. I’m not really happy on this Rhodium thing. I was not informed about this during the purchase date. Now just because we’ve missed the 6 months cleaning and inspection due to Covid19 restrictions then we been required to Rhodium works on the jewelry, that’s cost me $120. I felt this was a rip-off. The jewelry wasn’t used for those times due to Pandemic restrictions/quarantine etc. for which is not make sense how that the jewelry becomes susceptible to damage, so basically it was in perfect shape, but Paris Jeweller refused to inspect it without the rhodium work. Then I was advised by their ambassador to come back every 6 months for cleaning and inspection for It will probably go for a rhodium works again and it will cost me another $120.00 so basically in one year time it will cost $240.

Terrible service for repairs. My husband’s ring is now trashed and it’s going to cost us a fortune to have it fixed elsewhere. They offered us a discount once we saw how bad the ring was, acknowledging the issue and how bad the ring looked. The manager was extremely rude. Told me it was the best their gold smith could do. Saying it would have been done better at the head office( we were never informed quality of the work would be compromised by having it finished in store). She kept telling me on the phone she was not a professional and had no comment. Absolutely no comment on the goldsmiths work. We are extremely upset. I will be contacting the manager at the head office tomorrow and will post an update. I would never trust this company with any of your jewelry.

My chain kept on breaking every so often, I was going back and getting a little irritated about the situation. After the third repair the manager told me they would send it to the main office for further diagnose. They called me back and told me they would be crediting my chain. The manager helped me choose a different chain that was better suited for me, stronger and more efficient for my lifestyle. We negotiated the price and took that credit to sponge the difference. They turned that bad luck into a Great, memorable customer experience. The very kind and experienced manager assisted me and guide me along the way! During this pandemic, it's hard to prepare for a wedding. Good thing we came across Paris Jewellers online. We spoke with the staff, they were very friendly to accommodate us and were very responsive. They provide us everything we needed for our wedding rings. We requested other accessories for my bride and they gave us a good price for each item and even gave us a free shipping here in US! Transaction was so quick and smooth and we were pleased to receive them in a week. We were very impressed with the quality of the items and they look even better than the photos in their website. Albeit my rings are beautiful and I love them, and apparently customer service was great at the time of purchase, but 7 years later customer service is horrible. Every single visit for ring cleaning/inspection we get different questions about product warranty, care plans (that didn’t exist at the time of original purchase) and we advise them of such, we are still treated like garbage because we don’t hold the warranty. No files are up to date so every visit we are asked the same thing every time. I don’t think I have seen the same store manager ever, almost every 4 months it’s someone new. It’s to the point that I would rather take my rings elsewhere. I leave agitated and upset after every visit.

In store is always such a great experience. Their sales staff are friendly and warm. Once you need to deal with the repair and maintenance of your jewelry though it’s a different story. I’ve had to send my ring away for repairs twice in the four years I’ve had it. Both times it has taken 2-3 weeks longer than I was quoted to get my ring back and zero communication from the company, I had to call to get a status update. When you’re trusting a company with a piece of jewelry as personal as an engagement ring you want great service you can rely on but anytime I have to hand my ring over I’m incredibly anxious until the day I get it back due to their complete lack of communication.

I never had any Jewelry Store Sales Person treated me like what Jelena , the Salesperson in Paris Jewellers of West Edmonton Mall . On May 6th I had been to almost all the Jewelry Store in West Edmonton Mall but I could not find the jewelry that I want. On May 7th I went again in this Mall and the first jewelry store that I entered in was the Paris Jewellers. Jelena warmly greeted and welcomed me and showed her interest to find the jewelry that I want and best for me. She spent time with me showing and was assisting me patiently. I was able to buy all the jewelries that I want . I was very happy and really appreciate her excellent service towards me.

My husband wanted to upgrade my first ring (when he proposed and got married) for our 5th wedding anniversary. We bought a bridal set that comes with an anniversary, wedding and engagement ring. From the moment that I saw and tried the ring I already fell in love with it. I put it on hold for like an hour and tried to look in other ring stores but nothing gave me the same feeling with the ring from Paris Jewellers. And we also got it with a good deal. And Ruselle, the sale consultant who assisted us was very nice, patient, fun and gave us a lot of information about different kinds of rings. She really helped is a lot! (WEM location)

Staff in the store was amazing when I have went Into the store for my scenario. I purchased a set of almost 400 dollar ear rings and within 12 months Aproximately 8 months I had issues with the ear rings I was told it wasn't manufacture issue . Which I believe it was . Anyways they looked after me and I had to pay a small amount. Most jeweler's provide 1 year manufacture warranty. Paris jeweler's head office should really revisit this part . All if the ladies inside store were awesome thanks ladies for helping me out. I just believe Head office could've done better to stand behind their products and work manship .

I usually have a pleasant experience here in west edmonton mall, there’s a sales associate Ruselle, forgive me if I spelt it wrong, she’s wonderful! I actually only want to deal with her going forward . Everyone else is pleasant , but there is an older lady who works there, I get horrible customer service from her, apparently she doesn’t know how to help my fiancé with ring sizes which I find confusing, it’s a ring store. Had a planed to visit a couple stores to find the perfect engagement ring. Went to the first two stores and once I got to Paris Jewelers I knew that this was the perfect place for me. Here we are 6 years into married life and I only shop here. Pricing is always the best and the service is exactly why I support small business. The lady that helped us was wonderful! We walked in just looking for ideas on rings. She was very understanding and showed us a wide variety of rings. After a couple of rings she got the sense of what rings we wanted and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. She never sold us rings but rather helped us find something we loved. We had no intention of buying rings but this lady was so wonderful and not pushy that it allowed us to enjoy the shopping experience and find something we loved!

i bought a necklace from here, beautiful and i got it on sale for a good price. no problems with that at all. the employees could be better when it comes to attitude, they stare at you with the most unimpressed facial expression and it definitely doesn’t make you feel welcome. really nothing special about this store as there’s nothing i took from my experience that would make me wanna come back... 3/5 stars simply just for the prices and quality of the jewelry.

Always have had amazing experiences here! With my wedding rings, I have a faulty diamond that kept falling out and they replaced it for free every time without hassle within a day of bringing it in. Then I went to purchase a ring for my 3-year-old. Everywhere turned me out the foot saying they had no rings for kids. Paris jewelers on the other hand told me to pick any ring and they would size it to fit! Will be going back for all my jewelery here

Would be a 3 but the service has been amazing so that brings it to a 4. Have had a bad experience with my bracelet, clasp broke within 1 month, got it repaired and then broke within 1 hour of wearing it. The people at Paris sh pk have been fantastic, super personable, happy to help and get it repaired again free of charge. But still frustrating that the repair process wasn’t done well the first time. Today my stepdaughter and I went WEM Paris Jewellery store to return my stepdaughter's Christmas gift. We just ignored, avoiding us and tried to tell us that they weren't supposed to take that return because gold has to be redone and sterilized (it was a nose ring, it was very long to use so she weren't able to use it). The staff was very ignorant and arrogant. Never will be back.

Sami who helped me picked my ring was pretty patient, accommodating and very friendly. I was able to make the right decision and pick the right ring that suits my taste bcoz she made me feel that I can take my time and not rush. Which is very important. I’ve had amazing experiences with Paris jewellers. I broke my chain within a month of having it(I didn’t pay for warranty) and they still fixed it for free (that was in west Edmonton mall). My chain broke again so they offered me a new chain, 3 years warranty and a cleaning kit for 200$(that was St. Albert)

The pricing is reasonable, the saleswomen are helpful and not too pushy, and they have a nice collection of jewelry. I also rather enjoy their care plans; very comprehensive and affordable. Since I'm a student, they were even nice enough to give me an expanded care plan. Would recommend.
