Booked in my road bike for repairs as I wasn’t sure what needed to be fixed and many parts on the bike were well overdue for service. Ben kindly spoke to me and walked me through in detail what needed to be done. He booked me in for a ‘Champion service’ and boy was it worth every penny I’ve spent. Park Bikes went over and above with the service. I don’t think my bike has ever felt this good before after a service since I bought it five years ago. Literally everything felt amazing. The hubs were overhauled , the bottom bracket cleaned out etc. I felt an instant increase in speed during the next bunchie!! My bike isn’t even an expensive bike but they made it feel like a whole new level, lol! I’m thankful to Ben and Park Bikes for taking the time on my first love of a bike! Highly recommend this bike shop. This shop has just got themselves a new and happy customer with amazing customer service and is the reason I also purchased a new road bike from them which will hopefully arrive soon. Bought my Trek from Park Bikes . Apart from that . The customer service has been terrible. The old saying customer comes first don’t apply to them . The technicians have no eye for detail. At 2 separate occasions installing sliver spokes on a black spoke bike . 101 how to install fender on my Trek So I picked up my bike after they installed the fenders I waited 6 months for , and didn’t even cut the stays . There was 130 mm gap above the wheel . I said looks like a fin on a back of a sports car . It was like they were blind not to see this . All so having 2 broken rear spokes with in 8 months and within warranty. I called Trek customer service they said this is rare and to ask Park Bikes to send in data and a claim, on my behalf, Nash the owner said let’s Wait for a 3rd one to brake . What a joke seriously ,what is the point of having warranty when bike shop is not willing to submit it on the customer behalf and Treks customer service advice . Trek is a very reputable Brand It was a big mistake not buying directly from Trek Sydney

I bought a bike recently. As a first or beginner road bike cyclist I recommend that you come here. they will help you to get what you need and budget. They make sure that we will have comfortable ride, and offer you for anything you need when you are cycling. as a beginner they wont ask you to take unnecessary things to buy but they will explain to you if you need more things to get when you already firm on your cycling, for example Jersey, Cycling computer, shoes etc that could cost you a lot. I feel comfortable as well when I discuss with them. You don't have to worry if you don't have much knowledge about it, just ask and they will explain. I came a across some bike shops but trust me, ParkBike is very good! Beside the bike itself, they also sell accessories and provide services for your bike, also.. they have physiotherapy and more which I feel they quiet advance then others to full fill customer needs.

The quality of the work here is poor: after a service two further visits, gear changes were at best clunky, at worst not happening. I was surprised to see my front wheel misaligned too. I thought this would be the kind of thing that would be picked up in a $100 bike service. The cost is very high: changing a $4 spoke had a $40 labour charge for at ‘15-20 minutes’ job. That’s $120-160 per hour. Smirking whilst you suggest‘It’s cheaper than a car mechanic’ is not a good answer. There are many other irrelevant activities that are more expensive too. The advice and sales strategy is dubious: A potential problem with the gears was that I had an ‘antiquated cassette’ on the rear wheel. This cassette had been sold to me by Park bikes some 18 months before when the insisted my existing cassette, about 1 year old, was worn out. Two stars not one because they refunded me the money for the service.

UPDATE: Still go to this shop. So reliable and everyone gives good advise when needed. No one is a know it all, everyone is so nice to deal with. If you want a proper local bike shop, this is a very good choice that you will not regret. 1) Kind, Knowledgeable and Helpful People 2) By far the best shopping experience i've had in a bike shop 3) Bike fit and assessment prior to buying the bike (this is the most important thing) Comfort and health over everything else 4) One of the few Bike Shops who actually leverage technology, Email, CRM, online store. 5) These guys know what they are doing Now, those are small details that are important because moving forward, you will have smoother pre-sales discussions when buying parts ,servicing , fewer trips to the store, record of your fit that will progress with your fitness level. That is value.

Park Bikes has been my only go to LBS for the last 6 years. I look after my bikes so it is important to me that my LBS looks after them when in their care. Nash , Beej and the team never fail. Quality team, quality mechanics. Nothing is too much trouble. High levels of customer service I had never experienced before. Constantly communicate and you never get any surprises. They are always looking for solutions. Having said all of the above, when I decided to get my first Mountain Bike ,( during COVID's scarcity of supply ) they eventually found a solution that was completely different to what I was after. To say I am happy with my Cannondale Scalpel is an understatement. Never do they over promise. They certainly over deliver. Worth the drive to Sydney Olympic Park.

Came here to treat myself to an upgrade and was an all around great experience! As I am smaller it was a bit difficult finding a bike with my frame size to test ride, but Nash went above and beyond to get this organised for me. I am glad I did as I was able to test out options I hadn't really considered. The friendly team took their time to talk me through everything and give their recommendations and also kept me updated throughout the whole process. I liked that they set up my old bike so I could get used to the new riding position and seat while the new one was on its way. Especially as a woman I feel not all bike shops are always welcoming, but that was definitely not my experience here - highly recommend!

Walked in today with my family today to have a look. To be honest the shop is setup very nicely however range is limited, so is customer service. I was actually here to purchase another 2 dual suspension bikes for myself and my father, however staff were quite surprisingly busy on the computers than greetings incoming customers even though the shop was empty. We've had one single good visit here, however in any business or customer service I advocate shops that can keep consistency with customer service. I decided to go into Trek Bike shop near my place and secured 2 bikes which I bought for 20K. I've also been offered 12 months interest free term payment but was happy enough to pay it all off through eft.

I bought 2 kids bikes from them. The rear tyer of 16 inch bike was leaking slowly due to the valve core. It is apparently a quality problem. I email to the shop, and they said I can bring the bike to them to repair or replace tyer. But when I brought the bike to shop, they looked not willing to help and simply tighten the valve. After one week, I found the problem is still there. Overall it is a disappointing experience. I spend $500 dollars on a kids bike, but the quality is poor and no warranty at all. Maybe TREK is a BIG brand. I will never buy it though. 99bikes provide much better service, I even exchanged my bike for a better size . UPDATE: The owner replaced the tube for me free of charge. Thanks.

Called in advance to enquire about getting a puncture fixed and told to bring it in. Arrive with my bike and informed it will take 30 minutes. Fair enough - I'll wait. They wheel my bike in and lean it against the wall. People come and people go - my bike doesn't move. After 50 minutes I ask when my bike will be ready. The guy says E bikes take a bit longer to fix. I tell him I don't have an E bike. He looks confused and goes in to check, walking past my forgotten bike still leaning against the wall. "The blue Apollo?" "Yes, the (grey) Apollo" "It'll be 20 minutes". Almost an hour and they hadn't started. 80 minutes after I bought it in I finally got my bike.

I have been a customer of Park Bikes for a number of years and they just get better every year. I have just dealt with them during strict COVID lockdown conditions in Sydney and they were amazing. Excellent customer service is just the start. Their execeelnt communications strategy meant that I knew exactly how to contact them with an issue, they arranged an inspection same day, resolved it and collected the next day. All contactless, very efficient and SUPER friendly as always, even in what can only be a stressful time. I will continue to use them and send anyone that asks their way. Can strongly recommend.

An excellent store. Park Bikes is not so much just a store as a community. They're incredibly supportive of the cycling community and are welcoming to newcomers to the sport. Since purchasing my first road bike from them two years ago, they've been peerless in their support and encouragement. The sales team know their stuff and they have excellent mechanics. They can assist you for merely getting hybrid to commute on, or get you going full steam with racing. I wouldn't have gone from hubbard to A grader in 12 months without the support and encouragement of Nash and his team! Can't recomend enough.

Brought my bike in for a service. Asked for a champion service to be carried out on the bike as i was not aware of its previous service history. After pulling apart the bike, the professional staff at Park bikes downgraded the service as it was in good condition and did not require the champion service. They did not try and rip me off or lie about what was carried out on the bike to make some extra few dollars. They offered some professional advice and had all the answers to my questions. I will definitely take my bike back for future services and repairs and hopefully an upgrade one day.

Purchased a Trek FX3 disc bike a couple of weeks ago. A fantastic bike. Customer service was helpful. The first trip to work was a disaster. The front brake almost fell off the mount and the front derailer was not aligned probably and so rubbed on the chain through the higher end gears. I made a complaint and was contacted by the owner personally to rectify this! Great handling of the situation and have gone to more effort that I've experienced from a store before so I've changed my google review. More companies need to own up and make amends like these guys!

very unprofessional, i called and took my cycle to servicing as my break suddenly got failed and its the nearest service point. and a lady looked at my cycle who doesn't even know how to use a screwdriver spoke to me and looked at my bike and mentioned it will take time and send me without even fixing break... very much upsetting and unprofessional attitude. the shop was not busy at all, i understand they have orders to complete but once we give a commitment to someone to look at the bike atleast a professional must see it. waste of my time.

I went to have my bike serviced for a fallen pedal from a stripped crank arm. I purchased my bike not long ago from Penrith TREK, but due to the COVID restrictions, it was too far away to take it back there for servicing. They honoured the warranty for the parts and only charged for a small service fee. They've schedule for my bike to be picked up after a week but was able get it back after 3 days. Staff were prompt at the collection point and followed the COVID business rules. Lucky to have a good local bike shop around. Cheers guys!

This bike shop is amazing in every aspect from professional but friendly staff who are very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to listen to what the customer wants. Ben and Matt both listened to my needs showed me the options available and didn't try up sell me anything that wasn't necessary. I have been purchasing products from Park Bikes ever since i started cycling. The quality of service from Nash and the team is A1. Nash has looked after me throughout my junior development and continues to assist in balancing studies, work and sport. I took my bike in for the first time to get my brakes fixed. Initially I was told it would take a week to do but because they were able to source the parts immediately it was all completed by mid day on the same day. Han Zhang was great; checking tyre pressure and suspension pressure too. Bike feels like new. I would not hesitate to use then again or recommend anyone to them. Was recommended Park Bikes to purchase my Cervelo. With limited supply from cervelo, the whole team at Park Bikes were amazing to deal with. Providing updates and options along the way which made me feel like I had options while waiting for my bike to arrive in the country. I can't fault the experiences I've had with Park Bikes. The Park Bikes team are very supportive and have helped me when I have had issues with my kickr and power meter, after I crashed my bike and with regular bike services. Took my bike (that I did not buy from there) for the first time with a niggling mechanical issue, not only did the mechanic fix it, it was free of charge, got some advice and I even left with some freebies! This has to be my new favourite place. I actually want to spend my money there, regardless of if it is cheaper or not elsewhere. Moved to the area and got to say really happy to have a quality LBS! I initially went in to borrow a pump as mine was in the move, was given some good information on local rides. Needed to get my bike serviced this week and really happy with it, the mechanic took me through what he found and did and my bike probably hasn't looked this clean since I first bought it.

Matt Sweeney provided an outstanding bike fitting service and addressed all the pain points I have been experiencing for a while. Very knowledgeable physiotherapist and experienced with bike parts as well. The bike was feeling so much better today in terms of balance, pedal efficiency and comfort. Strongly recommend doing a bike fit with Matt.

Called-in just before closing whilst on a ride a long way from home with a tubeless tyre that a CO2 bulb didn't reseat. Thankfully, the very helpful Park Bikes blasted it with air, gave the slow leak the once-over to make sure it had sealed, and I was back on my way. Many thanks! Always good experience. As I live locally they are the place to go with all cycling needs. Team members are really helpful, giving great advice and tips, always spending time to help, yet you never feel they are rushing. They will help whenever they can whether to advice on barnds, helmets or chip a shoe bolt in for free. Thank you guys

WOW WOW WOW is all I can say about my recent (non planned) service. The bike just feels so good since replacing the bottom bracket. The smoothness of the pedal stroke is something I have not felt for a long time. I cannot wait to race next week. My only issue is I wish I had of booked the bike in sooner. Have had my bike serviced multiple times, and made a few purchases with the Park Bikes team in the past. Always been very happy with the quality and service. Just bought a new bike for my partner a few weeks ago, and they were very helpful getting her all set up. Highly recommend and will continue to come along for most of my needs.

During a time when so many stores are out of stock, Park seems to have a huge range which for those of us who need bike parts ‘yesterday’, is a huge plus. Also had a great experience with their in-house bike fitter Matt Sweeney. Patient, knowledgeable and really made some great improvements to comfort and performance on the bike.

Had a bike fit done with Matt. Setup was perfect and I can now ride for hours with no sores. I Had an issue with the saddle I purchased there and Hannah arranged for a replacement on the spot. They even fitted the replacement saddle so it was ready to ride. Amazing service from everyone every time I’m in the store. Always helpful

Desperate needs someone to check out my bike. Team fit me Into their schedule, solved the problem on the spot including a parts upgrade. Then when I had post service follow up questions they always take the time to answer. (Even the silly ones without making you feel like a dummy- I appreciate this one the most!)

Amazing the difference the work a great mechanic can achieve to the outcome of your rides. Cervelo r5 came back after service with extremely responsive and smooth performance from an amazing Technician Mad Max. 5 stars to Max for attention to detail and the credible stock held in store to keep you on your bike.

There are a number of things that set Park Bikes beyond others like attitude professionalism knowledge. I had once again had them service my Mosaic and replace a few worn drive parts. To go riding after it was finished felt taught smooth quiet and hugely enjoyable. Will I be back again, absolutely! Thanks all

They took 5min of their time to help me out and didn't request anything in return while providing an insightful advice. It shows how much they care about local riders.

Some of them were free on the spot quick fixes. Will buy my madone there when I get to save enough money and my wife lets me!

Bought a trek Marlin 5 from park bikes. Hannah was very helpful with my queries regarding changes for a more upright riding position. The bike was ready in a day and was handed over to me by Nash who too was very helpful. Would recommend park bikes for their knowledgeable and polite staff.

Not your standard bike shop. These guys care and follow up. Came in with a second-hand wheelset that couldn't fit bike. They thoroughly assess what is the issue, order required part from dealer, gave clear estimated timeframe. They install it and ensuring it fits to bike.

I have been here before for a bike fit and recently ParkBikes helped me get into my new bike. These guys are super helpful and very professional. I am now a customer for life. If you are after a new bike, parts or a bike fit then do yourself a favour and see these guys.

Needed a new front light so I headed into Park Bikes. Was warmly greeted at the door and after a brief catch up with Nash. I was out the door with light and mount installed on my bike in less than 10 minutes. ION RT200 Excellent F1 style pit stop and service!

Great place. Came here today to buy a cable, get some advice and have a seized bolt removed from a brake. Service here was excellent and the boys were really keen to help, removing the bolt without any cost. Definitely will be back!

We came to the shop to have a punctured tube fixed. It was replaced with a new tube quickly although previously was told staff were busy until the next day. We strongly recommend Park Bikes to future customers.
