WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS OF I COULD Worst Real Estate I have ever experienced the way they handled my 12 month lease was absolutely disgusting. Attempted to raise the rent By $60 per week mid lease by threatening to evict us under grounds of the lease expiring despite us having a further 6 months. Showed up for a “surprise” inspection claimed to have sent a letter which we still have never seen a copy of. Nearly had our water disconnected a total of three times in the middle of 40 degree heat, because they failed to pay the water bill. Received assurance we could stay at the property for the original lease period, then attempted to negotiate the rent to $20 extra a week -claimed the representative who advised us of the 12 month lease didn’t work there anymore and failed to honour it. Had to move on short notice with a newborn baby and a toddler. Do yourself a favour don’t ignore the terrible reviews for this agency- it’s a joke and you will regret any dealing with this company. We would hate to see how they handle sales if this is their rental department.

I rented a property through this agency in September 2013 and vacated 28 February 2015. During my tenancy I had a couple of major problems getting major repairs carried out. It took 3 calls to get the hot water system looked at. This was over a period of 3 - 4 months, as after a couple of days the heater worked again. I was without an oven for 9 weeks and the final straw is that after 21/2 months the Rental Bond has not been returned.

Most disgraceful real estate company ever! They have no respect to their rental tenants (my family included). HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A KITCHEN TAP FIXED!!!! Water has been running non-stop for over a year. An absolute joke. I rate them zero stars.

I would never recommend this realtor to any property owner looking to rent out or sell their property. Unprofessional, unreliable and unreachable. Invest your most valuable asset with someone who demonstrates a care factor.
