"Gave it one star because there is no option for zero stars"

Staff is rude. I had just parked, and on my way down decided to take a picture of the view. I had no idea pictures weren’t allowed. A staff member seen me and asked what I was doing, I nicely told him I was taking a picture. He got very hostile and told me no pictures were allowed. I apologized and told him I had no idea, and I was sorry. He just kept being hostile and repeating that no pictures were allowed, I didn’t even get to take one and had already apologized. I was going to leave and he drives away and yells for me to leave. I have never felt so uncomfortable, as I had no idea pictures weren’t allowed, and immediately apologized after finding out. I didn’t cause a scene or trouble, yet he was so rude. There was a girl and a guy taking pictures right as I parked so I didn’t know that pictures weren’t allowed there. Paid for parking just to leave over a picture that never got taken, and the action was apologized for 3+ times repeatedly because the staff member was being so aggressive and hostile about it. I just think he could’ve handled it better considering I didn’t cause a scene and had no idea of this rule.
Gave it one star because there is no option for zero stars. I have a monthly parking pass for the Chase Tower parking lot. Over the past month, the far left gate has not been working. They seem to be aware of this because every time I pressed the button for assistance, the gate would go up with no problem. There is an employee there by the name of Rogelio who I have had several unpleasant encounters with over the years. He is rude and seems to find enjoyment in being this way. When my badge was beeping today on my way out, I called for assistance and it was Mr. Unpleasant himself on the speaker. He took his sweet time looking up my name and then rudely said, "I see you left at 11:00 already". He proceeded to want to argue. I asked when the parking policy for monthly pay was only for one entrance and one exit per day. After telling him he needs to check his system because I had exited at 11 and returned at 1:30 so I needed to get out the gate finally went up. This is ridiculous and the poorest customer experience. Rogelio is absolutely horrible with people and corporate needs to know. I've been silent long enough.
Are you looking for a place to park downtown? Well then, here’s a garage. What can I say about it? It’s cement. It’s covered. It offers both stairs and elevators up and down. It’s fairly conveniently located next to a number of downtown establishments, the Arizona Center and Herberger Theater being two of them. Footprint Center isn’t too far to walk, either, and you avoid the worst crowds when parking here over the closer garages, in my opinion. I park here daily for work. I mean, it’s a parking garage…so yeah. Park here. Or don’t. P.S. The elevators could be faster and cleaner, so I’m docking it one star for that.
Horrible! I am stuck on the 5th floor of the parking garage behind a long time of unmoving cars. My mother is waiting for me down by the exit and she says that every car is spending at least 5 minutes at the automated checkout machines because no one can figure out how to use them. They used to have human beings at the check out area to help people check out. It has taken me one hour to move 100 feet and, at this rate, I am going to be stuck in this parking garage for at least 2 hours! On the bright side, I have plenty of time to write a bad review and I hope every other driver stuck in here is doing the same.
We tried to pay at the entrance machine. Refused first credit card. Machine took second card and locked up, refusing to accept payment or return card. We called for help. No response. Sign said under new "management". No management. A telephone call got a man in San Diego who couldn't help. Said there was a tech person in Phoenix. After an hour we got him to lift barricade and we cancelled credit card. This garage has always been iffy but someone used to be on site. Two other groups arrived and did not receive parking tickets so could not pay or leave. Don't use this garage!!
Kudos to this Ace Parking Garage having the space, convenience, and accommodating staff to exist! With The urban Phoenix setting growing, our need was completely met as an independent business for this gem to not only house our clients, but our entire staff as well. The garage boasts a 600+ space capacity near all major features of Downtown Phoenix with ease of pay as well. Thank you, for allowing our business to Thrive!
Don't purchase your pass online! Park Whiz sends you a bad QR code and the machine can't read it. Sometimes the help desk will manually enter your code, sometimes they tell you to f--- off. Some of the mics on the machines are bad and Help can't even hear you. Also, a long walk to the convention center. Better off paying a little extra elsewhere.
50$ parking is insane. Especially when it is still 1/2 mile walk to chase field. No signs posted leading up to garage to warn you either. You just get hit with the price once its too late to back out and have a line of cars behind you. 1 of the meters was not working so everyone was forced to cram in line for the other.
Terrible service, more than an hour still waiting on the 6th floor, I think that all this is due to a staff that mishandles the traffic and charges of this place that still dares to charge a ridiculous and exaggerated amount of $30 dollars for 2 hours, no I totally recommend it 0 stars
$40 event parking is absurd, these parking garages are becoming more pious by the day. The single most expensive "experience" I've ever witnessed and having driven there was no warning. Just cheap enough that an Uber would be slightly more expensive.
Great location right in the middle of everything. The garage is easy to navigate and the design fits in well with the surroundings. The jewel of this place is the roof has the best unobstructed views of downtown I have discovered yet.
I wish I could give this place a negative star as it was the worst experience I had with chase. They were rude and told me I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to come help me. Please be cautious if you park here
Parkwhiz sadly sucks. I want to park from Sat 7 pm to 11 pm. The time and day keeps changing on it's own to Sun 7 am to Sun 8 am. You cannot get the day/time right. The website stinks. I can't use it at all.
Parking my car here instead of ASU parking -- this place is seriously amazing. Not expensive, always open parking spots, and the employees are the nicest, funniest people. Absolutely love this garage!
I park here all the same. Ton of spots available every time. Scan my ticket and swipe my credit card at the exit is super easy. I only wish they took apple pay but still easy enough.
$40 parking for NFL Experience this weekend. Better off paying $1.50 / hr for meter parking at 1st st n Van Buren just north of garage if only coming to explore n eat downtown #phx
I've used this garage multiple times and it always has plenty of spots and have even had more than pleasant experiences with the staff and security!
Stuck in here we'll over an hour with no cars moving because people couldn't get the qr code on the app to work. Don't park here!!
$15 for "event" parking but does not offer per hour. Not a good location for locals or for anyone.
Mirasol was so kind and helpful to me getting a parking pass. Thanks for making my dad! -Matt
They have blocked off the stairs and the elevators constantly have issues
This place is a maze if you get turned around trying to find your ride.
Service Industry discount. Best price downtown to park.
Safe parking and awesome customer services
