Just used the Parking Spot South for the very first time and it was a wonderful experience all the way around. It was so easy to book online and once I had the app downloaded it was super easy too scan QR upon arrival their entrance gate. The staff member greeted me and directed me as to where I should park and it was only a few minutes the shuttle driver she had radioed, was right there to get me. Only a few minutes ride over to airport and was dropped of right at my terminal. The shuttle bus was super clean and cool, which felt amazing. When I returned all the shuttles were already waiting at airport and off we went back to the parking lot where John, the driver, who was super friendly, dropped me right off at my vehicle. Exiting was just as easy using the QR code from app to scan at the exit and I was QUICKLY on my way home. I love the fact that there is always attendants available and the fact they drop you off right at your vehicle is extremely important and safe if you were to arrive back late during the night. I will definitely be using them when I travel again and highly recommend Parking Spot for you to use while you travel too. Thanks so much for making that part of traveling so easy, convenient, and safe.

Tried this location out after using the other local TPS locations for several years. Good location, close to terminal, clean lot and shuttles.......but the prices are way too high for off site airport parking. They are higher than the other TPS locations. They are higher than the Airport. You can park on site at the airport for cheaper than you can park at this location. Seems like they vary their rates, and I have paid different price when exiting than what was shown upon entering. They will also not allow you to park in uncovered at times, forcing you into the more expensive covered parking. This could be worth it if they get you to the airport very quickly, but they don't. They do not run enough shuttles to make the time to/from the airport acceptable. Once you are picked up in the lot, the shuttle driver will continuously drive around the lot waiting for others to enter instead of taking you to the airport. Usually takes more than 20 minutes from the time you park until you are at the terminal. Pickup shuttles are also too infrequent, waited for over 30 minutes for a shuttle back to the lot last Sunday. Other spots or on site parking are better options.

I used to love this place. Even after the parking spot took over and increased rates, I still parked there. Unfortunately, this place deserves nobody's business anymore. I used to park here for $8-$12 a day, and if I didn't pre-book, I expected to pay more. On the last trip I just went there as it was a last-minute trip. I praked expecting to pay about what I had in past. To my surprise, they charged me $300!!!! For 7 day parking. I thought surely that couldn't be right. Heck $140 for 7 day would have been a surprise but acceptable. I tried to discuss this with the attendant, and that led to her saying, "Talk to corporate." If a business raises their rated by 400%!!! you'd think they give consumer fair warning. There is no mention of rate at entrance. This just feels like bait and switch and screwing existing loyal customers. Needless to say I'm not going to be parking here.

First time using this company. Our flight was delayed a few hours so while at our layover airport I attempted to change our arrival time in the app and it gave an error (something like "string too long"). Then when we arrived at Sky Harbor airport at 1am, I called the local 602 number like their card indicated. The recording told me to open the app and select that I was ready for pickup, which I did. It then took almost 40 minutes and another phone call before the South lot bus showed up. While I was waiting, the lot1 bus came twice, the lot 2 bus came once and two other parking companies came and picked up their people. And to make matters worse, we were the first people to get our luggage and be at the curb waiting. 40 minutes and the very last set of people to be picked up!

Better drivers and service under Blue Sky. I loved this place since opening. The guy driving was fast, hard braking, not helpful not friendly at pickup returning from my trip. When I came in, r the van drive by me and I right I was going to have to walk to tp the front to be "found". I live the location convenience, abundant covered sieve, reliable pickup at airport, but service is not what it was, and some of the drivers drive agressively like this trip. Remains to be seen if I keep going here. Ive been doing a lot of hotel park and travel, and that might become my go-to. We will see. O dinner likw bad driving that makes the trip unsafe. Never mind higher rates and self serve, ans advance reservations

using parking spot south exceeded my expectations. the process of reserving a spot and paying online was very easy. once onsite, scanning the qr code let me in the facility and the attendant on duty (at 4am) was able to direct me to my parking area. i was picked up promptly and given a ticket with my parking space number on it. on my return, the shuttle was waiting in the courtesy vehicle space at the terminal. i gave my ticket to the driver. at the lot, the driver took me right to my car. on both legs of the trip, the drivers handled all my luggage. this was a fantastic experience and i will most certainly use the parking spot services again. one less headache to deal with while traveling.

I have been using The Parking Spot here in Phoenix for many years and recently began using the new Parking Spot South as it is easier to get to and from home. Returning from my last trip, the shuttle dropped me off at my vehicle and was very anxious to head home. Instead, our well known summertime weather here in Phoenix kept me from doing that. Apparently sitting for one week in 112 degree heat did a number on my battery and the vehicle would not start. No problem. A quick call to the office and help was on the way. It took no more than two minutes for the rescue. A quick jump to the battery and all was good. THANK YOU to the folks at The Parking Spot South in Phoenix.

Hope this company reads this and doesn't allow the young boy to drive customers anymore. Plane was delayed til about 1am. They were kind over the phone and sent a prompt driver. But boy was I surely scared of my safety with him driving. He was driving extreme fast and reckless. Music was blasting. No seat belt. Felt unsafe the entire time. He got me to my car no problems. But this could of been a very different outcome.. I was very uncomfortable. The man that took me to the airport at start of trip was great. Not sure if this was the owners kid or just a very inexperienced teenage. But not okay.

This place is amazing to park when traveling out of town. I enjoy the fact that it has covered parking ( for an extra fee) but it does what it needs to do keep you car safe and touches check in is great as well. I also like they have waters in a cooler among exiting. We park here a lot. The parking spaces have just enough space to allow us to get out and in. I do wish there was a few more inches on each side. I highly Recommend downloading the app for parking saves a lot of time and money as well.

We LOVE that you pick us up at our vehicle, load and unload our luggage on to and off your shuttle bus, drop us off infront of the correct terminal airport door and you deliver us safely back to our vehicle when we return from our trips. First time using Parking Spot- South since the Blue Sky Parking site acquisition. The service was top notch with minimal shuttle wait times both outbound and inbound. Note: there are multiple Parking Spot locations (1, 2, South) with their own designated shuttles...can be slightly confusing with all the spotted vans coming and going at the terminals. Will continue to use in the future.

I've been parking here for years. Best off site airport parking in my opinion for Sky Harbor. I don't travel that often, once or twice a year, but I do fly late at night - and I live 30+ miles from the airport. Last thing I want to do is wait longer to drive farther to another parking lot when it's midnight and I've traveled all night. Good service, reasonable prices, good location.

Had a dead battery.....apparently, I left my dome light on. She brought a jumper box....it didn't work. She brought her own personal vehicle over to my van....I had jumper cables......TA DA! This was the most convenient parking. making a reservation online and scanning a QR code made this so timely and easy. They pick you up right at your car and drop you off at your car. The drivers were so helpful they come OUT OF THE SHUTTLE to pick up your luggage for you and they were very nice to deal with. Super easy. Great service. and less expensive than lyft and uber

Bevan at the Parking Spot went above and beyond for me today. I had reserved a spot for a month while out of town but my car broke down on the way to the airport and had to get towed out of the The Spot today. Bevan was super helpful straightening out my situation and willing to go the extra mile for me to get my car reserved again. Super appreciative. Highly recommend.

We don’t usually drive to the airport, but parking there saved a bit of money and we weren’t in as much of a rush as usual. We tried parking and felt no qualms about leaving the car there. It did take a while to get picked up after we landed, but sometimes Uber does too. There was a Groupon and we ended up saving a bit of money for only about 30 extra travel minutes.

I always try to Parking Spot whether at home in Phoenix or on the road in Kansas City. Prices are reasonable, staff is helpful, and locations are excellent. I am especially glad that they have opened Parking Spot South in Phoenix. This location is easier for me to access from my home, and it is easier to navigate back to the freeway when leaving to return home.

Very convenient for getting to Sky Harbor. The drivers are courteous and helpful with luggage. Become a parking spot member to earn points, free days and other discounts/promotions. You have your choice of covered or uncovered parking, easy access and there is access to bottled water when exiting, very refreshing in extreme heat during the summertime.

Ever since the parking spot purchased this from Blue sky it’s gone down hill! I would highly recommend finding another place to park! Here is my receipt for a 4 day trip! Thank god i had AAA, before the discount it was $196. Roughly $50 a day to park! Just for reference the airport short term parking is $30 a day and the economy lot is $14 a day.

It was my first time parking here. They pick you up at your spot and drive short distance to airport. Arriving back to airport from your vacation was easy as well. Even though out flight was delayed, the parking spot people were waiting for the phone call once you claimed your baggage. Less than a 5 minute wait. Thank You Parking Spot South

It was so easy to reserve online, scan my bar code from the email on my phone at the entrance. The shuttle bus came right away when we were departing to the airport and was at the airport very quickly when we returned. The bus drivers were great. Leaving the lot was so easy, just scanned the bar code from the email on my phone again

The drivers are wonderful people and very helpful. Parking is very simple. Only reason that I didn't rate 5 is the long wait in between each shuttle (30 min) for South lot at airport pickup. Saw lots 1 and 2 pick up twice during the wait. Driver had to turn away almost another bus full of people also waiting for South.

We always use Parking Spot they make it very convenient and secure. The employees are very helpful and friendly no matter what time of the day it is. I've used this service many times and have had no issues. However, the typical 16$/ day was raised to 53-56$/ day for Thanksgiving week which was quite the shock and had no other choice at the time I went. Drivers are always great, service is always great, but the price was not reasonable just because a holiday.

Great service, extremely convenient, friendly staff and easy to use with the app! It’s a quick, easy ride to the airport from the parking spot. Ive accidentally left my lights on and came back to a dead car twice now . The guys there were great, friendly, and easily helped me with a jump.

Good price for covered parking, and reliable, speedy transport to the airport. Staff were nice, but I think the person checking us in took my phone to scan our code, and may have inadvertently deleted the email. I was able to recover it upon our return, as you need a code to exit the lot!

The online website said that the fee was $13/day and did not specify that it would change for holiday weekends. I pulled up to the gate the Wednesday before thanksgiving to find that the rates had gone up to $56/day. Will not be using them again and frankly inexcusable.

They are prompt to pick us up at the airport which is wonderful. After traveling, we want to get back to our car and go home. Walking out the door, the parking spot bus is waiting. When we drop off the car, they are prompt on picking us up and getting us tot he Airport.

I love the convenience of not dealing with traffic at the airport. My shuttle drivers help me with my bags, and are always kind and polite. And the rewards really are great; I love getting the free days because I travel frequently and for long periods.

Convenient parking with great rates (especially if you reserve ahead of time). From parking the car to arriving at the airport is usually 10-15 minutes. The app can notify them when you return and shows the shuttle location which is also useful.

Great place and great staff working there. Timely and friendly. I had to stay an extra couple of days and when I checked out they offered me a ticket for a free car wash which was needed. They also gave me a cold bottled water which was nice.

This is the only way to go. Drive yourself to the airport shuttle. Get dropped off curbside at your airline. When you return you are picked up at a designated location that never changes. Shuttles run 24/7. Never a long wait. Very affordable.

This was great when it was Blue Sky, but now they are not worth the hassle. Parked here as a handicapped and after getting my handicapped wife out of the car, they came over and asked me to move to different handicap spot 100 yards away.

Great experience every time we use this spot, especially today. Couldn't find our code when we were leaving, ended up paying to leave, then found the code. Kelly( the manager on duty) was outstanding with issuing my refunds very quickly.

Having a shuttle pick up and drop right at my vehicle is the best! With airport and travel stress, it's so great to park and get a ride to the airport and know I don't have to wait long for a better way to get where I'm going.

It was a nice location and the Bus was a newer one and the air-conditioning was great. We did not have to wait very long for our pick up on our return. It is a little further from the others, however it is a nicer facility

Highly recommend. They are always on time and professional. They tend to give a lot of discounts and free days. When you exit they have water bottles they give you. Just a nice extra thing they do that I truly appreciate.
