The Best Ever! Opens from 7am till 10pm. Very convenient and easy to use. We wash our comforters and winter blankets using the queen sized washing machine and it did its job, a job well done. Even tho we brought our own detergent, there was no need to use it, as it had its own detergent. And then we put them in the big sized dryers as well, and they were all dry. Really recommend this Laundromat to everyone who wishes to wash their laundry either big loads of washing or small loads of washing. And it did all the work within an hour. Washing was exactly 24 mins tops and the dryers was 25 mins. All worth it. Thanks again Parramatta Laundromat.

It's my first time doing the Laudromat, i didn't know that it's super convenient and cheap. You can save from your electricity bill, water bill machine maintenance and laundry soap and softener as well. I mean if you're doing your regular laundry at the Laundromat, you will save a hundred dollars or more in your expenses. I hope I knew this before. Before, whenever I think of the word wash and dry cleaning, the first thing that comes in my mind is, it's very expensive and big hassle in time usually only opens around 8am to 5pm. Thank you Parramatta Laundrette for being responsive in my queries too.

This place is very neat and tidy, well maintained and close to Parramatta Westfield. There are quite a lot of washing machines and dryers available catering to both normal and extra load. A separate washer and a dryer is available just for the stuff related to your pets. Plenty of street parking spots available, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking for your car. The other good thing is that you don't need to carry any detergent as the machine dispenses it at no extra cost. Just select your mode of the wash required by pressing the buttons, tap your card and you are sorted.

The number of machines they have is what makes the place very good for me. But the people leaving their stuff in the machines and takes too long to come back to get them especially in busy times is what really annoys me. One time there were three dryers finished and many people including us had to wait a long time. And when the owner came back, she 's just so insensitive to still mind putting all her clothes from those 3 dryers in small plastic bags making us wait for further more time. I hope the owner puts a sign there to instruct people to be responsible users of the facilities.

Our washing machine at home died yesterday and we cant get it repaired quickly. This was about 6 mins drive from our house and it was clean and easy to use. I am sure there are cheaper ones but we would have to go further. We didnt use the dryers but many people came and went while we are there and so it seems popular. All the double load washers were occupied when we arrived so we paid for 2 normal washing machines. All went well. Just be careful to check the door and clothes before you go outside in case the machine decide there is a problem.

Very easy and convenient location and services. I love how the place has variety of selection on choices of washing machine and driers. I do appreciate that the machine automatically give doses of washing powder. But I wish I can informed of how much is used for different weight of the load. I also wish to be informed of the process involved in hygiene maintenance. Honestly I wish I can give 4.5 star as I find this laundrette most convenient and easy to use service ever I found in Australia.

Everything is awesome.. value for money, cleanliness, staff etc. This review has nothing to do with the shop but the people who comes in..if you are one of those 1.Please stop touching other clothes especially removing it from the washing machine without permission. 2. Stop bring pets like one in the photo not everyone is a pet friendly person. 3. Like the one in the photo please let other wash their clothes and stop blocking them 4. This is a civilised society so behave like one.

Our washing machine kaput! First time in a laundromat for many decades. Sign of the times it is done with credit cards, so no money on the premises and no coins to fiddle and so, no attendant. But, the machines went on strike and needed rebooting. Owner came and did that, made my wash and dry complementary - Big wash! saved 20 bucks! Machines modern and efficient . Great!! Regular customer told me that machines have never stopped before..) Five stars!

Very handy. The only problem is people sometimes going off and leaving their clothes in the washer. There was quite a to-do when a man pulled out a young woman’s washing when she wasn’t there. There is a janitor-type figure there during weekdays (I saw him use a key to clean the lint from the dryers), but I don’t think he has any authority to remove washed clothes. This is not an issue in quieter times, but would be when it is busy.

Curtains, curtains,curtains. We were quoted close to a grand to get our curtains cleaned, got it done here for less than $30. Sure, we had to take them out and hang them up, but really it’s worth it. The machines are self dosing so don’t bother bringing detergent. They also have massive dryers meaning you can fully load the 27kg washing machine and then plonk it in the dryer there. Huge.

I went here at 7:00am on a weekday and it was locked. waited around for 15 or 20 minutes but was still locked. called their phone number and that went into voicemail . came back at 7:50 and it was open so did the laundry. good new machines with all credit card payment enabled. the place need to have opening time on the door. they only have closing time only when the door is locked.

Clean and new place, machines appear to be well maintained and working well. The machine says that you don't need to add any detergent or washing liquid, however my laundry didn't come out super clean. I expected it to be a little cleaner with fresh smell. Similarly, the dryer set at 24 mins, didn't quiet dry the laundry 100%. Overall decent place and will use again if needed.

Place looks good, lots of machines, none out of order. But where are the suds? My second vist here, and most of the machines on wash cycle seem to have clear water in them. Can you have an effective detergent that doesn't generate any suds? And why do some machines seem to have suds but others have none? I'm skeptical as to how clean my clothes are after washing them here.

Pretty good place and they provide their own detergent which is supposed to be good on your skin. I used the smallest sized machine and they charged 7.5/8.5 either, which I think is a bit expensive compared to a dollar lesser than other laundrettes. Considering they provide the detergent it's pretty good deal. Machines are pretty hygienic as well. Would recommend.

The management of this laundry is so bad, This isn't the first time that i have issues with this laundry, I was in hurry and i put my clothes inside for washing but after it finished the clothes were still so wet with the foam,so i had to pay dabble for it plus my time,and the dirt is everywhere as you can see in the pictures. Last time i use this laundry.

Hey, I found this place fabulous. It was clean and tidy, (apart from some folks who had left their laundry on the top of the washer, however that is ‘customer fault’ not the laundry’s fault). I would recommend a broom/dustpan somewhere though, i accidentally spilled some nappy San on the floor and would have cleaned it up but nothing to sweep with.

Change of season I come here to wash my blankets and doonas. It cost me less than $50 to wash and almost dry a queen size mink blanket and doona. It took a little over 1 hour and the results are great. Bonus - no need to bring washing powder. The facility is always clean and for the infrequent or novice user, the instructions are easy to follow.

One of the most cleanest laundromats around in Sydney and for Parramatta it's wonderful during the day. There's a gentleman there that will go out of his way to help you. And if you're a bit short of calling, you even check a few in to help you wash The service. It is great. Always clean, always tidy. Just remember it does get busy at times.

My dryer broke on Monday and by Friday it was a nightmare with the washing building up. The massive washing machine and massive dryers here make it so easy. Did two huge laundry bags in 50 minutes, washed and dried. All runs off pay pass to and powder is build into the machine so you only need to bring your cloths and credit card.

This place good. I been using this for some time now. But since the new introduction of new payment system is horrible. They hold our money and during a busy a day setting up a new payment system is horrendous. It has to hold people and taking more time. Please retain the old card payment system which is much easier.

These are not perfect machines, true that seems light in washing liquid. I wouldn't bring my best clothes here but are good sized and large machines available and large dryers, v handy for bedding Main reason for 4 starts though is the pet washer and dryer , super handy so don't have to use home machine for dog bed.

I used this service on weekend and the worker with the white hair was talking about child molestation while laughing about it. Hearing that made hairs on the back Of my neck stand up it was uncomfortable. If you have a contact number for this business I'd like to have to make a formal complaint

maybe just a small bit more expensive per load but the quality is beautiful . the business is clean and modern . the payment system is very easy to use. love the smell of my clothes when I take them out . don't think I'll get my washer fixed when this place is open

The best local laundrette and the only one around with extended opening hours. No need for coins (tap & go) or to take washing powder and every machine is brand new. Bumping into regular returning customers is always a sure sign that it is a good place to use.

Total rip off - no detergent, clothes still dirty and smell hardly any different. Called them and they aren't open on the weekend. Should have service as long as the shop is opened. I want my money back - spent $30 for wet clothing. But who

The washers and dryers here are really excellent. They have normal load machines, 2 double loads and 2 big machines which does 6 loads. 30min washes which includes detergent. Makes washing and drying multiple loads really quick.

Great little laundry open for extended hours. Can get pricey if you are pendatic about your clothes being washed. Beware for white clothes and some of mine came out with a black tinge / mark that looked like makeup pencil.

It's expensive now.. 8 to 12 dollars and 6-8 for drying.. Prices increased 2$ in 5 months period.. Other than that I find the place great and clean.
