First thing, I just did my washing and they dumped my clothes in the floor with so tiny basket it’s over flowing my underwear is on the floor. Disgusting, you do not touch my clothes. Why on earth from all the tub that is empty and all tubs that is been occupied they choose to take mine out and dumped it. This is today Second last 2 weekends I made sure my washing is nothing in those tubs before loading my clothes. When I took it out there was suddenly a plastic toothpick and sock that I don’t know who owns it. I will never go back there ever again. Unless you want a rashes in your skin I suggest don’t go there. Plus they charge you extra .50 cents for what?? I have my own laundry detergent. I have to spend more to rewatch my clothes in another place.

Disregarding the fact that the washing machines aren’t great and it’s ridiculously expensive, the woman owner is the rudest person I’ve ever came across. She should most definitely not be allowed to interact with customers, and against her belief I’d say that nearly everyone that comes through the door is more than capable of operating a washing machine without receiving her bad manners and attitude. Supposedly she does already have this reputation around the area so I would recommend everyone, especially backpackers to give their money to somewhere else that actually deserves it.

Amazing customer service. Reliable and honest people operating the facility and genuinely enjoy their work. They are a fantastic small business and also look out for the local community. I would honestly recommend anyone that requires a quick wash and dry to visit. They offer competitive prices and the machines are new and in good condition. You can pay with cash or card and they always have change, ready for you to go. Thanks guys!

This is possibly the very best laundry service I've ever come across. Having lived in the area some 40 years and in particular Potts Point for the past 25 years, Lisa & Terry provide excellent service. They are a true credit to the industry that other similar nearby businesses could learn from as far as courtesy, attention to detail and timeliness - nothing is a problem. Great !

Michelle and I have used this laundry and drycleaning service for the past 2 years. Terry and Lisa are always cheerful and helpful and do a fantastic job. A lot of backpackers also use them and no matter what problems clients may have, the staff will always assist and help in whatever way they can. They are a true credit to their profession and are loved by all who meet them.

Had gone to another laundromat nearby but wasn't happy with quality of washing machines cleanliness so came in one day here and have continued to do my laundry here. Super friendly staff, never had to wait to wash/dry clothes. Places to sit whilst you wait for your washing, WiFi too. Owner/staff have a chat to you too which is great. Would recommend to others to try here

As the reviews say, the lady working there is something else. You are rushed all the time with her constantly taking over everything as if we're all utterly incapable of washing our own clothes. It's bizarre and likely to do with OCD or the like. Never thought going to the laundromat would be a stressful experience

This laundry is a joke. The owner put you under pressure to wash your clothes as fast as possible and try to make you pay double price by using two machines and low temperature for dryer so you pay more and it takes longer ... Don't go there, for 3 kg laundry I pay 25$ and I do it myself and use my own soap ...

Stayed in the Holiday Inn down the road. Potts Point Laundry was one of the only laundromats opened on Sunday. Dropped our clothes off at 0900 when they opened and picked up at 1500 washed, dried and folded. Owners couldn't have been nicer. Would definitely use again.

I understood the staff perfectly. And she was quite helpful too. Perhaps the reviewer below didn't understand English as well. Prices VERY reasonable and goes according to the size of the machine you use. And the dryer is only $1 for 6 minutes. Deal!

The advertised price for dry cleaning of an item is $3. Depending on who you get served by you’ll be charged up to $5. Plus the 10% extra fee for paying by credit card is appalling when it’s 1% if that and worst of all missing dry cleaning.

Cheapest laundry in the area. Plenty of washing machines in different sizes/prices and the dryer is $1 for 5 mins. The staff is also very friendly. The machines use coins but the staff can exchange for you and accept card.

I think they are a great. They are hard workers , reliable, kind and do an amazing job drycleaning my clothes. Very nice to talk to and always on-time. I don't go anywhere else as I've been coming here for years.

I got a ball gown type dress dry cleaned here - the price was super reasonable and it came back perfect. The owners are also super lovely! If you need something exxy cleaned, these guys are a good go to

Good place to do laundry yourself. Not a lot of room to fold clothes but can be done. Nice neighborhood with a great little restaurant next door to refuel while waiting on the washer and dryer.

Did self laundry here a couple of times while visiting Sydney. Machines are fast and work well and the staff is helpful. They also sell per load detergent if like me you don't have your own.
