Passgo was easy, efficient and affordable for the sale and purchase for my move. Working with them does require some tech savvy as it is mainly done through online chats and task lists (which I imagine helps with affordability) but they are very supportive and quick to respond. Also, the paperwork was all accurate and things went very smoothly with the transactions, which is the most important thing.

Passgo made my life very easy. I recently purchased a house in Edmonton Alberta from Ontario. Everything was virtually provided with the right instructions on their portal and was easy to understand. Erin was quick to respond, friendly and very accommodating. I found the appointment a little too quick and rushed for my comfort, in particular given it was our first time purchasing a home and having to go through the process. However, I imagine that this is the norm for most lawyers and this situation.

We sold a condo in Calgary, shortly before leaving for an extended holiday in Europe. Passgo, took care of teh transfer and legal works using a Web Portal. We signed the documents remotely and everything was completed is in the time required. Erin and Cari were exceptional to work with.
