Suzanna did my step-daughter's make-up for her grade 6 graduation On the day, suzanna was running awfully late for the appointment (apparently she had to do laundry?) Which put us behind all day, resulting in having to pay extra for the pre booked transport, and all her friends waiting outside until she was ready. I wouldn't have cared too much about this in normal circumstances, but the make-up that I requested was far from the light make-up suitable for a 13 year old, that i requested. Instead we got make-up that was extremely caked on, an incredible amount of bronzer, and black circles of smudged make-up under her eyes and down her face. Because the hair was done amazingly, I did pay, but I definitely made sure that Suzanna knew I was not happy. A week goes by and I start hearing rumours going around about me with things that was said about me and my family that was supposedly said from Suzanna in front of the other clients that were there. These comments, I will not repeat here, but they were incredibly personal and very cruel. I went into the shop with the expectation of having a civil conversation with her and was hoping for a refund, if not a full one, then a partial one. She was very hostile, rude and standoffish. She then had her minions stand up for her (even her client and clients partner) when she wouldn't talk for herself. This man stood up, intimidated me with his beer belly and pushed me into Suzanna. I asked repeatedly for him to not touch me. He then grabbed me very hard by the arm and threw me away, causing bruising on my arm. The police were called on me, but once I explained the situation, the police were very accommodating and told me I had rights to press charges. Im not sure what im going to do as yet, but need everyone to know that this woman is a horrible, horrible human. She was so nasty, from my very first conversation on the phone with her, all the way to today. For you're own good, stay away from her. You will get much much better treatment going elsewhere and there is plenty of wonderful places on the Peninsula for you to get your desired results from. Oh, I very much so expect her to come on here and probably belittle me even more and probably say things like it was all my fault etc etc... but I couldn't let this go. Please please, do you're research on this person. Read her reviews and complaints, and her responses to these. This town deserves much better service then what this woman gives. So judgemental. And Suzanne, you don't know me, my circumstances or my children, please don't put your mediocre opinions out there into the community and spread lies about us. Thank you.

Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant!, Nervous for not having Salon experience before then walked out feeling as if I was a part of Peaches & Cream family. I am now a regular and have used their service for many different treatments. A few of my treatments have included; -Face regeneration, which has made my skin look healthier, evenly toned and my pores have reduced in size. -Waxing on all parts of the body with the utmost respect taken for my privacy. Hair cut and colored -Perfection always. I have also undergone a little bit of injectables, mainly to reduce frown lines and puppet mouth. OMG amazing. This is done with Peaches & Cream's injectable Nurse whom herself is outstanding, professional and hygiene savvy. You can not go past that. - Tattoo removals. With a few zaps, my little teenage sillinesses were gone. Practically pain free with anesthetic cream not needing to be applied. Eyebrows microblading. -Over-plucking as a Teen and a thyroid issue as an adult had left me with not a lot of brow, not only didn't the hair grow back it become patchy, thin, shapeless and of course fairly invisible. Well after having them microbladed, I cant fathom why I didn't do it earlier. They are now full, shaped and so natural looking, I love them. So all in all I can not fault Peaches & Cream in any way. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for 5 star service with staff to match. It's a must.

I'm fussy with my hair & I find it hard to get a decent colour specialist especially someone who is good with long hair styling. Teresa was amazing & managed to achieve everything I asked & exceeded my expectations. She is an absolute gem & an asset to this salon. Unfortunately I can't give this salon a 5 star rating as the price the owner charges is on the border of ridiculous. I supplied my own colour & still got charged $300 just to put it in. The first time I went to this salon i had a waxing done as well as my hair & was only charged $250 ish. Shame greed has overtaken quality. I won't be backto this salon & I wouldn't recommend it to my friends & family. Update, I am so glad the response to my review is exactly as I expected.. just like everyone that has had the slightest bit of negativity in their experience, there's an essay of how the client is wrong. You are very quick to throw you best worker under the bus before you would take any responsibility for price gouging clients. The "contractor" does not owe me a cent. As a business owner I am surprised you say you don't have a say in the pricing . My review is not about the money but more about the business you run.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon. I waited half an hour for them to finish cutting the hair of one of the women who worked there, only for the ONE hair dryer in the place to break down in the middle of my blow wave. The owner had a casual look around but couldn’t find a replacement, so the stylist had to put a full head of rollers in and sit me under the old school dome drier. Needless to say it didn’t work and my hair looked shocking. The owner did not apologise or even seem concerned that she was running a hair salon with no hair driers. In fact, she went out for lunch mid way through the whole debacle with multiple people waiting. Not before having a screaming match with the stylist in front of everyone though. The whole process took two hours and I ended up just having my hair done with a straightener. Not one apology or explanation from the owner. Luckily the stylist did not charge me, which is the only redeeming part of the whole experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

i went here to get my hair done on the 30th and was unfortunately disappointed. i have been recommended here multiple times and had such high hopes but was left not only unsatisfied with my hair but upset because of the way i was treated. the owner i’m assuming was a lovely and welcoming person but the hairdresser was unfortunately not. she was unnecessarily rude and did not listen to what i had said in regards to my hair at all. due to covid and being in my financial situation i have had to do at home cuts and colours on my hair. the hairdresser kept on mentioning it and was kind of shaming me for it which at the start i understood because it wasn’t the best haircut but by the end i was just left feeling degraded. she also used no heat protection on my hair and my hair was left pin straight even though i asked for a blowout. i really hope that they treat other customers better because i would feel horrible if someone had to feel the way i felt be kind!

I went into peaches and cream for a colour and a trim. First impressions were it was a really nice salon on the inside. I was initially happy with the colour that they did but now I am even questioning that. I had asked for a trim and walked out with a very uneven cut, that looks even worse when I tie it up! The ladies in the salon were quite supportive when I needed to get out due to an oncoming panic attack from how short my hair was. Most disappointing of all was receiving a threatening text from the business after leaving my review. For that reason I stand by the one star rating and would give zero had it been an option. Updated to add in the before and after photos of my hair, which is great fully being salvaged next week from another salon!

Worst experience of my life! I still have nightmares and am still afraid to even brush or wash my hair properly. My scalp was burnt so significantly I ended up in the emergency room. After months of treatment and infections my scalp is still healing and my hair is still falling out. I have bald patches all around my head. After being dismissed and convinced it was normal for my scalp to be burning so bad, the colour I received was awful, stripes and patches. The dismissive attitude I received was appalling. After convincing me I was fine I was charged a lot more than I had booked in for. I would hate the same thing to happen to anyone else as I am still in pain and my hair will never be the same again.

I’ve had lashes done at many salons across Australia, and Suzanne at Peaches & Cream is certainly leading in setting a high standard in the beauty industry. She is always accommodating for bookings and will frequently work in with the customers schedule, regardless of what godly hour this may be! No matter the doom and gloom of a bad day, I have always left the salon feeling refreshed. The salon only uses the best quality product to meet the clients request, whether that be something bold and volumised or a more subtle natural look, Suzanne always has you covered! If you live on the peninsula, this is your go to place.

I Walked in without an appointment and staff were extremely accomodating - the settings are in oak, mushroom cushioned chairs, orange waiting area and black cushions. Customers appointments were attended to within 5 mins of arrival. I was welcomed with a hot coffee/snack and managed to have a hair trim /blow wave, full face wax, eyebrow shape & tint. My hair was transformed from unruly fuzz to a neat well conditioned shape that allows for future growth into a style I aspire to. Facial treatments were immaculate- with a finished touch of amazing smelling facial moisturiser. I was so impressed with standard of attention to detail that I’m returning for other treatments next week. ♥️♥️♥️

Me and my daughter both went here today, it was our first time going here and can happily say I can see this becoming our regular. Unfortunately, the owner and Theresa had 2 clients previous to us that have been difficult customers, but yet they both gave us a wonderful experience. One of the customers has left a bad review, which you could see the owner truly does take to heart. The makeup that was done to the client before us was truly beautiful. The girl left looking amazing. Both myself and my daughter have left super happy with our hair and the experience we had. We will definitely be back.

When I first moved to Hastings 5 years ago, I came across Suzanne and her wonderful business. Initially I was impressed by this ladies multi tasking, however when my eyelids became glued together, I felt that perhaps the woman needed to pay more attention to applying my lash extensions, rather than do it one handed while answering the phone and dictating emails. I ended up with globs of glue on my lashes, lots of lashes glued together and when the extensions came out they took many lashes with them, leaving gapping holes where my eyelashes should have been..

This is the first time I have used Peaches and Cream for any beauty treatment, the lady came to my house to give me a spray tan and she was beyond lovely, we had a nice chat so she made me feel comfortable and the spray tan was done to perfection I could not be happier with the service they have provided me. Will absolutely be going back for other beauty treatments 20/10 service!

After my initial great experience with Sam several months ago I was sorry to hear she was no longer working in the salon. My next visit unfortunately was not so great. I found that Teresa was very offhand with me during my cut. I’m not sure whether there was something else going on with her but although her cut was acceptable I won’t be going back.

Had an awesome experience with Sam. Went in unsure of how I would like to style my hair - Sam mentioned due to the length I would be able to donate it to make wigs for kids if interested. I jumped at the opportunity and and so happy with the outcome! Sam was very reassuring throughout the massive change too. Thanks guys, 100% recommend

My daughter and I recently got our eyebrows waxed. My daughter is young and only her second wax, the lady was very abrupt and quite rude. I always support local business but at $40 for two eyebrow waxes I feel completely ripped off. I have never paid over $12 previously. Definitely won't be returning.

After having lost my eyebrows to chemo. I contacted Suzanne and talked to her about microblading. She took the time to explain the process to me thoroughly. She took so much care and produced a wonderfully natural look. I'm incredibly happy and can't thank her enough and I highly recommend :)
