Been using Pearcedale Medical for some year's now actually following a very good Doctor that has done more for my health referring to the right specialists l needed, l have found the staff pleasant friendly helpful with nurses to help for minor surgery preformed by other Doctors that l have seen again very helpful with doctors that actually care that means a lot to me, even have pathology making easier a very capable clinic.

Dr Penjamin what can I say more life saver he continues to better my health every time .girls at clinic are amazing very helpful .his skin clinic next door n Phsio are 5 star equipment to help back problems etc skin tightening etc Botox fillers .no 1 quality n service so do happy thanks dr for all that you do just can’t get enough if clinic . The doctors and nurses are great but the receptionists need to show more respect, patience and politeness to people. I can understand that some people can be rude, however a receptionist shouldn’t roll their eyes at patients and expect them not to be rude back.. respect goes both ways… the receptionist should do better

Great doctor's , thorough , caring and always listen. Willing to refer you if they are not sure about something. The staff in admin and the nurses are lovely and will help as much as they can. Only ever had positive experiences at this clinic.

Ladies at the front desk make it very difficult to discuss anything with them. They didn’t even care when I told them I cannot come back due to my personal situation with not bulk billing anymore

Highly recommend. Dr Nadia has been our family GP for many years. She is very caring and always professional. The Nurses and admin staff are always friendly also.

Reception staff are the rudest reception staff on the planet. Will not be going back here.
