Really not a great first experience with Penguin. Dropped off and paid for pair of pants to be cleaned on Wednesday that I was hoping to have ready for an event on Friday. Was told they would not be ready until after 4 pm on Friday. I noted the closing time on the website as 6 pm so I got there at 5pm only to find the store closed with note stating that they were closing at 4pm due to the long weekend. I called the number, no answer just an answering machine. So long story short, no pants for the event. If you are closing early why would you tell a customer that their item will not be ready until after the closing time?

Extraordinary service and attention to detail! Dan attended to the specialised cleaning of a precious dress ( code F cleaning required which can only be done by certain Dry Cleaners) in record time for a special occasion! It’s not local… 1 hour drive but wouldn’t take it anywhere else in the future!

I had to get some dry cleaning done quite quickly and it was a very distressing time for me. The lovely lady at Penguin, sorry I didn't get her name, but she could not have been more understanding and compassionate. They also do a great job! Thank you so much.

Really appreciate the teams help with some heavily stained shirts. Andrew and the team have gone above and beyond to help with extra attempts at cleaning the shirts. Can't recommend Penguin enough.
