While the service was easy unfortunately they ruined my pantsuit. I'm not a hugely fussy person so I'm not being pedantic but my pantsuit that had only been worn once has been damaged to the point where I'm not even sure I'll be able to wear it again. It didn't even really need a clean but I thought I'd get it done before I wore it to my next event. It came back to me with what I thought was dust but turned out to be the elastic threads coming out all over it - and this is very obvious damage, not 'only someone right up close would notice it' damage. One top of that is wasn't even pressed properly. And yes, it does specify dry clean so there is not reason for this to happen other than careless handling. I tossed up whether to use them as I usually use one close to my work in the city and they never fail but I figured as this was close to home and I could drive in I may as well try them and figured what damage could they do. Well, a lot it seems. On top of that I called them and told them about the damage and that the label specifies dry clean only and cool iron inside out under cloth. I asked them if they did this and they said I would have to do this at home (???) and that they do not check every care label. I suspect they did not even bother to turn it inside out as all the damage is on the outside of the garment, not the inside. They did offer to 'take a look at it' when I bring it back in but aside for replacing my pantsuit I'm not sure what this will achieve. Their attitude of 'we're dry cleaners, we don't check the care label' is NOT what I have experienced elsewhere at other, good dry cleaners. Pick up your game - if you can't provide a good service there are plenty of competitors who do offer it. I would not recommend these guys at all.

i really hate leaving bad reviews but i really should have avoided this place like the rest of the reviews suggested but i gave them a shot anyway because everyone can have a good or bad experience at the one place. Many of my suits (i took 7) came back with stains still on them like they hadn't even been through the process i paid for. I'm not talking about stains that you would be in awe of, if they were removed successfully, i mean simple stains like coffee etc. Based on the rest of people's experiences (that i should have listened to) I wouldn't even bother going back there for them to rectify what they should have got right in the first place and wouldn't trust them with my items again. Avoid this business and go to a dry cleaner that does what they're paid for and if the owner / management took people's feedback seriously and pride in what they do then they would have acted on it by now and listened to their customers.

Absolutely livid with the service at this dry cleaners. I recently left in a designer dress along with a couple of tops. I had only worn the dress once and just wanted to get it cleaned as I was going to New York for Christmas and wanted to wear it while over there. My dress was completely ruined with elastic threads coming out all over it (it looked like the dress was years old and never looked after). I also left in an expensive top from Veronica Maine that was also destroyed and covered in hairs. I was at the drycleaners at 7am the following morning and no one on duty could help me. They would not give me the managers name or number only took my details and assured me that he would call me back that day. Almost three weeks later and I still have had no call from this establishment. I am absolutely furious!

Used them four times now and each time the service has been marginal. This time my jacket came home with a hole in it. I was told the manager would call me. They never did. After a week I called again and was told the manager would get back to me. Got a call from the staff not the manager. Manager said it was not them and didn’t even offer a refund. An expensive jacket went in without a hole, and came out with one. Manager didn’t even take the time to call. As a local I’m disappointed in this customer service.

The most disrespectful and upsetting service I have experienced. The owner was an absolute pig and did nothing to apologize for yet another ruined garment caused by his workers. I was accused to be the only customer to ever complained... obviously not by reading the reviews. SHAME ON YOU! I will travel further just to make sure I don't bring my business to you.

Great informative shop front with good scope of what they are about and what costs to expect. Staff are always considerate, helpful and present well. Parking available literally right outside the door. Good, fast next day pick up and payment procedure. Will be back as they looked after and cleaned my best suit and a couple of shirts to perfection.

Have been going to this dry cleaner for 5 years however they recently asked me to prepay for a doona dry cleaning which is apparently new policy. Hubby dropped off a doona a few weeks later and wasn't required to prepay. Let's just say the "whites only" policy on the window doesn't just apply to Doonas.

Recently had school skirt and blazer “cleaned”! Absolute rip off..mentioned coffee stain on skirt..still visible upon pick up so I got wet sponge n wiped down..stain gone??? Blazer still had stain on sleeve and when I scraped it with fingernail it came off..save your money they need reporting!

Left items for over the required time (fair enough) they made one effort to call an old number. Came to pick up and bizarrely 3 items (the most expensive ones) went missing. Met with an almost gleeful staff member stating ‘they are given away after a certain time’. Pocketed more like it

Never written a bad review but man I presume is Manger/Owner would never smile or acknowledge you, inadvertently gave my name one day and was told names don’t count, dry cleaning came back with a stain it didn’t have when they went in,

Hi, this place is good and they render a fair service. Not all the staff is friendly but, most are. We have used in the past many times and going to use it again soon. Their offers are appealing too. Yes, do recommend.

I had the bad luck of meeting the owner today. He is one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I have ever met, and from here on in I will travel an extra 5km to avoid this business.

They did amazing job on my daughters deb dress. Removed all the fake tan that had gotten on the dress. Her dress looked brand new. The staff were very friendly Highly recommended

Always great service from some beautiful ladies. Doonas, wedding attire and everyday drycleanables all done on the premises. No harsh chemical smells like the old days.

I had a funeral and the ladies at peninsula drive thru got my suit pressed on the day at late notice for me. Couldn’t recommend this company any higher.
