I don’t understand why I keep going back…. I just love Penn Station I guess. THIS LOCATION MAKES MY ORDER WRONG EVERY TIME IVE EVER GONE!!!!! All I ever ask for is onions and banana peppers on a sandwich that doesn’t include them. They forget to add them. Every. Single. Time. This time it wasn’t busy, I’m standing right there in front of them so I assumed they would make it correctly! I asked for EXTRA banana peppers and onions. I’m 7 months pregnant and decided to drive off, assuming (stupidly, once again) that there would be toppings. Lo and behold…. NONE!!!!! I don’t understand what their issue is. This has happened 6/6 times I have come here. They always offer to make a new one if I come back. I live 20 minutes away with a 2 year old. I can’t just come back. MAKE IT CORRECT THE FIRST TIME! I am very pregnant, hungry, and fuming rn. Do better.

Very expensive! Two sandwiches, with one order of fries, one cookie, and one drink came to 38 dollars. They also charged me for extra cheese on my sandwich when I had told them "no cheese" The grilled club sandwich is pretty good. This place is too expensive for me!

You just can't go wrong here every Sandwich I've ever had has been amazing they always make it to perfection and will change anything that you need the friendly staff very clean inside just makes it feel like a welcoming place to eat pretty quick service amazing lemonade and their cookies are amazing

I just got off work and I saw this location was about to close at 10pm . It was 9:46pm when I called to see if I can still place an order . Hannah and the manager on duty were extremely polite and welcoming even though they were about to close for the day . Thank you for great customer service .

Their ticket times suck I was in there 15 minutes before I got my food, and they weren't even busy, I'd hate to see a ticket time when they are slammed honestly. My fries were already cold by the time I sat in the car, but my sandwich was warm and not piping hot. I will not be coming back to this store.
