In January, we popped into Pentravel at Cresta to get some quotes for my 30th birthday getaway, Madelein assisted us right away and emailed me different quotes for Thailand and Bali by the following day. We decided to go with Thailand and Madelein assisted us with everything. She was patient with us when we asked 101 million questions because none of us were seasoned travellers, so you can imagine the anxiety. She reassured us and kept us in the loop when documents were taking a bit long. On my birthday, she sent me a birthday email, which really made me feel special. The small things really do count. We had an amazing holiday, knowing all of the important things, like flights, hotels and transfers to and from the hotel, had been sorted. All we had to worry about was having fun once we arrived in Thailand and BOY did we have fun! A big thanks to Madelein for her help, patience, and care. The four of us really appreciated it. Will definitely be using them again!

Terrible service; the 1 star is a default, I'd give zero stars if possible. Went in on a Saturday and made an enquiry for an upcoming trip. I was promised feedback on Wednesday. No feedback was provided. I followed up with the consultant and my email was not responded to despite an auto-reply that noted that a response would be received. Instead, I have been added to a mailing list which I didn't provide consent to be added to. Instead of providing information that I requested, you are spamming me with information I didn't ask for.

Elizabeth from Pentravel Cresta was absolutely amazing, she has helped me with all my flights recently. She was speedy with responses, went the extra mile with answering ALL of my questions and made sure all of my needs were met so I could have a stress free experience. (6 stars!)
