Hello, I have been a customer at this place for almost 1 year and I have been super happy with the service that they have been providing. However, last week I was making my appointment over the phone (as usual) and the lady behind the phone was super sarcastic with me. She asked me if I wanted a blow dry, to which I said no, and she said “oh, so you’re going to walk out with wet hair?” to which I replied “of course not”, but she clearly was mocking me. Also, I did cancel my appointment on the same day (I was feeling sick and suspected I had the flu) and when I told the lady over the phone she told me: you need to cancel 24 hours in advance, you could had left us a message yesterday night…. Excuse me? Sorry for feeling sick on the same day and not planning a day in advance! The reply was just insane. You guys lost a customer today.

Absolutely fabulous! So many wonderful things to say about my time here. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by smiling faces and an entire staff willing to make my experience the best ever. I received color for new growth, and incredible hand massage with Aveda products, delicious teas, and coffee, a manicure that transformed my nails into a landscape, and a haircut and style that left me feeling my best. Jocelyn, Danny, and Graham were my main support, but so many others pitched in to make my time at Perry Monge incredible. 5 Stars for this salon, and I will return every time I make it to Phoenix!! Gosh how much I love this salon. The staff is beyond welcoming and Perry himself is a wonderful host and mentor to the staff. You will always feel welcomed and pampered when serviced here. You are treated with a drink of choice, the caramel cappuccino is a personal favorite! The hair appointment include a back massage, shampoo and condition, cut and style. I always get my hair done by Jocelyn and she absolutely kills it! Adore her as the sweet person that she is and her amazing work. You have to get a facial done here, so relaxing and completely catered to your skin type. Perfect location in the heart of downtown Phoenix in Cityscape.

Awesome! Best place to pamper yourself! Best hairdressers and best service by far! It is soooooooo worth coming here! While the hair dresser is cutting your hair there are the assistants massaging your hands and arms! Seriously! Heaven! I wont go anywhere else! I highly recommend this salon! If you are too busy pampering other loved ones and don't do it for your self then come here and pamper you! Trust me! You are worth it and this is the place to do it! I had a mani pedi there and it was great. Graham is so talented and accommodating. The pictures are my nails one week apart. I never had gel manicure last that long I don't have a picture of my toes but they still look so fresh one week out I also walked in and they accommodated me very quickly Everyone is very nice and professional Will definitely be back when I'm back in Phoenix

Jocelyn and Dani took excellent care of my whole family while we were in for my wife's appointment, not to mention having the best cappuccino of my life! The Mrs. said it was the best treatment she had received during a salon visit, bar none. We will most definitely be back sooner than later for more pampering …

This salon is truly one of a kind. The staff and stylists are all so welcoming and warm. The owner, Perry, cuts my teenage son's hair and my son says his haircuts at Perry Monge make him feel more confident. Thank you for everything you put into your work, Perry, it shows in your clients smiles!

They are very knowledgeable in all types of hair. I always feel relaxed, pampered and welcome . Recently took my granddaughter and they her treated like a princess! Thank you she will always remember her visit. I highly recommend Perry Monge Salon Spa
