Great place for pet food. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who will not hesitate to order food in for you if they don't have it in stock. They are within walking distance of a much larger competitor but are slightly cheaper priced. If you are only looking for pet food this is the better option. I hope they'll be successful and the location was the right choice. Update: After a few months now I have to admit that I'm not going there as often as I thought I would. This has in some part to do with the opening hours. I'd generally do my shopping in the morning (before 10) at which time they are unfortunately still closed. Another time we got there 5 minutes before 6 and the staff had just locked the door as we pulled in.

Pretty good place to get pet food (dogs cats etc) but also lots of other pet essentials. Went in to get some treats for my dog and was impressed by the breath of things on offer. Foods at various prices from basic to high end and good value compared to competitors. Staff v friendly and helpful too. Ended up buying a kennel in the end - most expensive bag of treats for my dog ever !

Excellent selection of quality food & accessories for pets. I was impressed by the service and knowledge of the staff. Loyalty program for regular purchases. A lot of competition in this sector but this company stands out taking a customer and pet focused approach to it's business.

Didn't sell what I was looking for (frozen raw dog food) but staff were very helpful and friendly in looking in to where it might be sold nearby.
