I have been getting dog food for my 3 dogs over a year now. It’s the only dog food they seem to like and this is the only place I seem to be able to get it. On three separate occasions either my partner or I have gone to get food and have gotten to the door for it to be closed in our face and saying that they are closed. Bare in mind it’s been 5/10 minutes before they are due to close, and clearly we were seen running towards the door and for the staff member to shrug their shoulders and say we’re closed. I understand it’s late when we get there sometimes but we are running after work some days. It’s takes less than 2 minutes to grab the bags of food and go. We have given them a lot of business over the past year and I just think it’s not good enough the service and attitude some days.

Just call to see if they had any collar for my dog who's been not well as his tail is sore. And need to leave it alone. Have an appointment on Monday. But need it today. Lovely lad said he had sold out and waiting to order more. But he could tell I was stressed. And said he would look in the back. And around the shop. And got back to me and said he found one. I am on my way now to pick it up. And I'm so happy he will for the weekend. Thankyou for Caring pet Republic Xhave it for the weekend

A young man by the name of Franklin was so helpful. He went through all the types of dog food and vitamins that I wanted to get for my dog. He was also so good with my dog Milo. I normally go to another dog shop closer to home but I will be back because he was so lovely. Wonderful customer service.

My husband and I have two dogs and two birds and every time we need something, Franklin and Sam are amazing help. Sam’s knowledge around birds is fantastic. Franklin is great with our dogs and is a pleasure to deal with every time.

I met the nicest young boy in a long time at your shop yesterday. carried out my large bag of bird Feed and absolutely refused to take anything in return. did me good to meet such a nice pleasant helpful boy. Hold on to him

Very knowledgeable about cat nutrition and helpful carrying heavy bags out to the car. Always friendly staff, and a good selection of quality brands of cat food.
