Update: helllo it is me who buy these products, not Selina. As I mentioned, I returned the treat is not just because it is expired, it is because my cat got diarrhea. Also, in the sale region this is no sign for no return or showing that the products are expired. When I’m buying no one told me no return policy. I grab the expired cans not in sales region and it seems you think you are too grateful to let me return these cans. My point is not that you refused the return of a final sale products, instead you didn’t point out they are final sale(the products in a region named sale, not clearance or final-sale; and the discount is range from 30% to 10%, maximum is buy one get one free, I though it is just a regular discount and no sign for EXPIRED Also many products not in sales region are soon to be expired, like in 2-3 months, they have regular price. What I bought before even expired for more than half year I also don’t like the state by your staff that expired products in 6 months is ok, even more than 6 months are also okay Your actions also hurt these trustable brands, like k9, orijen etc... I’m not a hater my other reviews are mostly positive, but I do recommend you improve your products quality control. I bought several foods here, and interestingly, many are expired. At first I bought 4 large cat can food at ORIGINAL PRICE, and found 2 are expired at 2020. Besides, a K9 cat treat also expired in 202 but they reside to refund because I opened and it’s final sale. My cats ate this and got diarrhea, btw that cat is extremely healthy he never got diarrhea before this. When I told the server, she said her cats all eat these and they are good. At first she mentioned food after the “best before”in 6 months are ok, while actually my purchase was expired more than 6 months, but she still thinks okay. (Yes, I asked about this) When I return the expired, they immediately put them in the sales region Today I went there again and found everything in sale are expired ( the most expired one is in 2020 March) and a lot of stuff are soon to expire with a regular price. Definitely will not recommend And I strong advice you state that the sales food are expired!!!!!! Though you are expired, the price is not competitive to Petsmart!

Hi there I am so confused about this reply?! I went to your store couple days ago looking for some raw food for my cat. I was trying to get some help, and I couldn't find anyone, until I have to shout out for help. The female associate then walked out of the room and star at me like I shouldn't be there. Where is customer service?? When someone walked into your store at least you should say hi, or offer any help?? Then I asked her if there is any recommendations for raw food, she literally said no, I don't know anything about raw feeding. I was like excuse me? You worked in a pet store that sells raw food with more than 5 fridges, and you just had to say you don't know anything about raw feeding?? I seriously wish that you should at least train you staff a little better? Not just hire anyone for this job. Please make sure they have some basic understanding for different diets for different pets! And of course I didn't have any record shopping at your store before. Why would I buy something from a store that no one can give me any recommendations or help or any basic services? Tisol is literally a block away?!! Where they offer so much information and feedbacks!!

It’s a convenient location for me and online ordering works, but lacklustre in other areas. I asked the associate for a case of Firstmate and only belatedly realised that I was charged the full price of the individual cans x 12 instead of the price with case discount on the website. Not a big deal, I’ve just been ordering delivery instead but shouldn’t the stores and online system have the same price? Also the toys here are quite a lot more expensive than other places so compare before making a purchase. I try to buy from locally owned company as much as I can and I understand they might not have the economies of scale of bigger pet supply stores, but when a toy is priced 60% more expensive than other small scale locally owned stores then it’s very hard to justify visiting.

Stopped in here yesterday to see if they carried the food I needed for my dog. The young woman I spoke with immediately said that they didn’t carry that brand of food and instead of ending it there, she proceeded to express her disgust over the fact that I would dare give my dog that specific brand of food. I have done my research on different foods and have tested a variety of brands on my 8 year old dog and he has never been healthier than the food he is currently on. It was disappointing to have this woman dog mom shame me for the choice of food I choose to give to my dog. Definitely will not be going here again and would not recommend.

Recently visited this location and left with a pleasant experience. Very accommodating and friendly staff that goes beyond to ensure you are satisfied. They were attentive and they made sure I found what I was looking for my cat. My cat is very picky and they recommended me few products to try. I picked one of them and they told me that the product is covered by the manufacturer if my cat does not eat it. They also send me home with few samples to try too. Overall, they served me well and I was more than happy to come back to get more food that my picky cat loved to eat. I would give more starts if possible.

Pet Pantry had a great selection. We have recently started going there because the prices are lower then some other pet food stores in the area. We have a dog, so have only been comparing prices for dog food. They seem to have a great selection and so far the staff has all been really helpful. I actually made a but of a mistake on the food I purchased last week and one of their employees helped me find the right stuff as well as refund the food our dog wouldn't eat. That was so appreciated. We will definitely continue to use this location for our pets needs.

This place is great in all kinds of ways - good selection, nice and clean in there, online delivery is super fast - but the best thing about it hands down is the points program. Points add up quickly if you buy frequently (we buy all our dog and cat food there, so we're there quite often), and I've had a few occasions where I've paid nothing on a $80ish bill. That's amazing. Worth shopping here for the points program alone.

Will NOT come again！They are selling a lot of expired food and claiming thats ok. Avoid at any cost！ However what the owner replied is not true！I went to several pet shops before, and they are happy to take back any expired item, whether it’s opened or clearance. Beside, the expired product are NOT from the clearance area, they are selling in original price

Great selection of everything for dogs and cats. Love that they carry Open Farm brand dog food, certified to be made from humanely raised animals. It is the only brand I buy. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Awesome points system to work towards dollars off purchases. Bright, new, modern, well stocked store. Highly recommend!

A variety of raw, dry and can food selection plus natural treats make my little dog happy. There is an excellent friendly and knowledgeable person in here helps me out all times to select right options against my dog allergies, so I can go there to pick my order up even blindfolded. Highly recommended

Excellent selection of raw cat food! So far our little guy has only tried the rabbit but was so happy and excited! They also had some super healthy treats available, unfortunately our guy isn't a big fan of treats so they will need to find a new home! Definitely coming back for more in the future!

Love this new store on main St! After so long of only really having one option in the neighbourhood, it's great to have a new pet store, especially one that has such a wide variety of raw food for my furkids!!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the store is so clean! I'm sold!

They are selling expired pet food and claiming its perfectly okay to feed pets. I don’t know who does that but I will never ever give my cat expired food. Please double check the date before purchasing as they won’t refund any opened pet food.

The Pet Pantry team are amazing and really sweet! There's a good wide selection of products that are heathy compared to the basic stuff from grocery stores and other small stores. They also have a loyalty program!

Great customer service and selection of pet products. Never had issues with anything I bought and staff is well educated on pet nutrition and the products they carry. One of the few stores I trust.

They stock a wide variety of BEG and raw pet foods. Their prices are a little higher than other neighborhood pet stores I frequent and thus I left without making a purchase.

You can find all the good quality pet food here and no garbage at all! Huge variety, so happy to have such a place so close to my home …
