My favorite pet store. Located next to the Walmart which is convenient. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They do sell live animals of different species like snakes, birds, hamsters, fish and hermit crabs. If you call ahead the staff is always willing to check if they have something in stock which is nice if you are searching for something specific. They carry supplies for the most common pets and some less common pets as well. The animals which we have bought from this place have always been healthy and lasted longer than most pets are expected to. I did buy a batch of hermit crabs and they were unsure if one was dead or not. To their credit it's hard to tell if a crab is dead, molting, or just hiding/sleeping. The crab ended up being dead which again to their credit it was molting when it died which is a common way for crabs to die even in nature. I brought the deceased crab back to the store and they gave me the option of exchanging it (but they were out of stock at the time and the others I bought were still in isolation), a refund or in store credit. I choose just the refund. The other crabs I bought from them are still alive and very healthy! All other animals I've seen at the store seem to be adequately treated and not abused. Definitely better than what I've seen at competing chains.

I absolutely LOVE this store! All of the staff is super friendly, eager to help and extremely knowledgeable. I recently purchased a baby bearded dragon for my daughter and they did not have the 40 gallon tank in stock. While I was in the store they called 2 other locations with no luck, so I decided to pay in store and order, holding on the bearded dragon until the tank arrives. It wasn’t 30 minutes after leaving and I received a call from Chris telling me they had one brought down from their fishers store for me. I was able to go back to the store and get the tank and baby beardy for my daughter tonight. When I arrived they had everything ready for me and Chris carried out and loaded the tank in my vehicle. I placed an order yesterday for dog food and it was suppose to be delivered today . I called to follow up on it and they could not answer when I would get it since it was suppose to be today . Manager was so rude and said she might get to me by Monday . She was just plain rude about it . Don’t day it will be delivered and not get to the customer or at least say I am sorry for your inconvenience. Trying to find out when my credit card would be credited and she hung up on me . Just a rude person . I will never do business at this location . I love the Noblesville location . I guess they were not going to call me and let me know I wasn’t even going to get my dog food today . POOR BUSINESS. The customer use to be first but not here

Staff is knowledgeable. The store giant too big or too small so it's easy to find what you need but also has a decent selection. It carries high quality pet foods such as origin and fromm. Carries small animals, fish, birds and reptiles and also has a self serve dog wash. Carry outs are automatic. Staff is always polite. Store has a good, clean upkeep despite the dog wash and dog and human traffic in and out of the building. Products are never outdated, they have a good system for keeping everything fresh. VIP Pet care, a mobile vet service, is in store a few times a month on Saturdays and offers basic vaccinations and tests for cats and dogs, no appointment required.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I haven't been able to shop at Pet Supplies for years now because it is so far from my previous home. It's nice to know that all these years later, the staff at this store is as friendly and helpful as at that other store. Also, the shelves were nicely stocked and the variety of items is huge! UPDATE: Great neighborhood pet store! Well stocked, knowledgeable staff and because it's not HUGE, I can QUICKLY get what's needed and be on my way! I don't need to wonder whether what I'll need will be on the shelf as is the case at the Wal-Mart store nearby. People who go crazy buying 100 of everything don't shop here. Thank goodness!

April 2023 New Store Hours!! 10a-6p All week. Unsure if this is temporary or permanent. ______________ Dec. 2022 My first time to this store. I had something specific in mind before I went which often ends up disappointing without an open mind. They had exactly what I was seeking. I thought a bit pricey but it was days before Christmas and selections were well shopped. There were other items I found that I thought useful but hadn't set out to purchase. Store was busy and lines at check out but still moved quickly. I will go back when needing speciality items or new treats for my pet that I can't find at big box discount stores.

I stopped in here to get flea shampoo for my Bassett hound. The staff were very well versed in animal care and steered me towards the Advantus chews. After mulling it over, I decided to get a 7 day supply to test on her. While they didnt have the 7 day, I ended up getting the 30 day supply instead. The cashier then proceeded to give me $10 off to offset the price since it wasnt in stock. This small gesture, coupled with the excellent customer service and genuine care for my pet, is a big mark of admiration for this establishment. Definitely an excellent spot for all your pets needs!

I stopped at this store for a foldable cat carrier for my large cat while on my way to Arizona from Pennsylvania. The only carrier that would accommodate his size was $67.00+ Not wanting to spend that much I asked the girl at register if any coupons were available. She looked for a price match and saved me over $20! This made me very happy since I just purchased one in my old store in Whitehall PA yesterday, that’s not worth the $. Nice, nice young woman named Katie helped me, kudos to Katie and the PetSuppliesPlus for making my day!

This Pet Supplies Plus has been one of my favorite pet stores in Indiana for a while. They have a HUGE variety of product (including raw food) for a very reasonable price. As a reptile enthusiast, I'd also like to acknowledge that while Pet Supplies care is not necessarily up to the professional standard, it does have the best reptile care I have seen from chain pet stores in this area. Very much recommend, they have great staff, great prices, and for a chain pet store they have decent pet care of their store animals.

Didnt realize it was even n the area! All I ever saw was, U know, GameStop & Buffalo Wild Wings. Can U blame me-?!? Didn't have a pet all thz years either until now.. Eh... Anyway, it looked great, plenty of options, good services offered at a reasonable price we'll b using vry soon. Items were a little pricey 4 my preference, but quality & variety seems really good. Didn't see too many Employees, but the one tht helped me was vry kind. Have 2 visit a few times 2 see if I give Store 5-stars.

No change at all with this company. Still horrible service. Too much time talking when shelves are empty. You either have to buy a tiny bag or a huge bag and don't do the free bag program, it will take several customer complaints to get nothing resolved. But, they are great with creating excuses across the company. The staff were too busy with their own conversation to provide assistance. The register was blocked with dump bins of product. The store was not appealing at all.

I really like this store and staff. They are always nice and friendly. Been a reward member for over a year and I must say, their deals are fantastic. You are missing out if you don't sign up. I always save something which is more than I can say at Petsmart. Once I discovered Pet Supplies, I stopped shopping there, plus their grooming was horrible and hurt my dog :/ Thanks and keep up the good work. One thing, make sure to clean the floors every night or early morning.

Pet Supplies Plus has a large variety of brands and flavors, which is great when you have something specific to buy. I buy Merrick brand dry food for my dog, and previously had to purchase it online as none of the major pet supply chains nearby carried it. Now I can buy it locally for the same price, and don't feel like I'm taking a risk if I want to buy my dog a new flavor. The staff have been friendly and helpful, and I find I enjoy shopping here more than online.

Didn't know they price matched until I got to the register and the clerk said "wow that cart is empty" and I said "yeah I can get cat food for 5 dollars at dollar general instead of paying 10 dollars here for it" and he showed me how to pull up dollar generals price and show him and he matched it and even went 50 cents below the ad price. I love this store and I'm glad that the people are so helpful and that they price match. I'm definitely a returning customer.

I think this place deserves 5 stars but the hrs are getting annoying. The best part of the local place is that when I notice I'm out of dog food I can run down the street and get some. Considering I feed the dogs in the morning and evening this no longer is the case as I have been met by a closed sign with even more restrictive hrs multiple times now. I just ordered my first bag of dog food online from the Big Box place and will probably continue doing so.

A little on the pricey side but has a big selection of dog food and toys. Just wish they had the glow in the dark balls that were more durable because I have 2 very large breed dogs that love to play at night but destroy every ball that I buy. But again, a little pricey. But all in all... a decent place to find what u need for ur furbabies or other pets. Whether their feathered or finned... lol staff isn't very helpful.

My experience was not good. The cashier was holding a cat throughout all of her transactions. She was haphazardly holding onto the cat while putting items in the bag , giving change back etc...This caused an inordinate line of customers because of her inability to do her job correctly. I had to bring my item back because it was broke. Who was still holding the cat. That same cashier. Then another delay.

Never had a bad time here. Especially as a surprise frog owner, I learned a lot with these guys at my back, and they're always so willing to help out. If they can't supply/can't help with something, they've never been afraid to recommend someone/somewhere else that would have my answers, and I will continue to go here until the end of days. The store is always clean and stocked well. The employees are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I have purchased food, pet carriers, furniture and toys from here with no issues. On the 1 occasion I had to return an interactive toy that my cat was scared of, they refunded me the price with no questions or hassle and it was several weeks later due to health & weather issues.

Love this store. Great staff, always good customer service. The supply of crickets for my bearded dragon almost always available and good supply of mealworms and other treats as well. Nice aquatic selection and have purchased a few additions to my tank here as well. My spoiled dog Noel gets some treats from here as well and we Will be trying out the self bath station soon.

I been coming to this store a little over a year now, and I love it. I love how nice the employees are, and one of the managers helped me pick out my puppy’s food. The Mgr Roman had pulled most of my order and had questions for me because I called not giving much notice like I usually do. Hes always most helpful and offers suggestions when a product isnt available in the quantity of case lots that I purchase. I so appreciate the help with my orders and the help putting product in my car!!

They had what I wanted. New leash. Training collar. It was a bit cheaper here. I had planned on ordering this online but grabbed it at comparable price. And it looks better than the one on ebay. Very wide selection of products. Went specifically for rabbit food and I got twice as much food for the same price as Meijer or Kroger. Very well managed, nice, upkept place. Staff was knowledgeable about their products,prices,etc. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Seemed like that "small" perstore feel.

Always the BEST of service from Pet Supplies Plus.....we just recently had a huge bag of dog food delivered and they did an outstanding job....packaged in a waterproof outer thick wrapper, and the delivery driver placed it super close to our front door. We love their promotional sales as well. A+++

I came for the dog washing station. The price is great, you can buy a card that makes the washes $5 each. However: the water is cold and cannot be made warmer. My dog shivered the whole time. While I like the whole set up, I really would like to provide my dog with comfortable temperature water.

The employees are so helpful kind and always available when Im ready to check out . the prices are good and they have a Vet visit for very affordable cost to help you get your babies healthy an stay healthy also they will even clip your pets toe nails lol. Just a great place for all pet owners

Usually have a positive experience until I came in this morning and they would not accept my hundred dollar bill that just came from the bank which literally makes no sense whatsoever I won't be back! Cashier told me it had to be a new $100 bill also makes no sense terrible customer service

Ashley and the associates are ALWAYS kind and helpful. I'm physically disabled and they are ALL willing to make sure that I have any help I need. Ashley always calls me by name. That's rare in a large metropolitan area. If I was the owner of a company, I'd try to hire her and her team.

Great pet store. Always have to stop and get the birds food and the puppies cookies. They have a great fish and aquarium plant selection, wonderful birds, and cute little fuzzies, lizards, snakes. The doggy wash is ingenious also. Maybe my dogs will behave enough one day to use it.

Used the dog washing facilities. They provide everything for only $10, including an apron for me to wear so I didn't get wet. The one thing that could have been better was the dryer, it was blowing cool air, started to get warm after about 10 min but my dog was starting to shiver

Found everything I was looking for and employees were very nice, asked if we needed help with anything, working in retail myself I know some customers won't ask fir help so I ask if they need help. The employees here did just that but found my way around the store just fine.

Stopped by PSP on the off chance they would have the cat food (treats) that all the other stores were out of. They had the 2 flavors my cat will eat so purchased 20 packets. Also was able to place an order for the eats. Moki was very happy to get his fave food (treats).

Very small store.. Kind of expensive. I was able to find a Batman collar and leash for my pit bull Lola.. The collar was about $25 bucks and the leash was $30. They have treats and toys and i believe i saw some fish.. Of course they're pet friendly! Hope that helps.

I order the night before and my products are delivered after 4pm as I requested the next day! The Lawrence location has great management and staff that goes 100% + everytime! I appreciate this service and always give the delivery person a nice tip!

Love the self serve dog bath. Always bring my own shampoo. Although it has a shampoo dispenser it's very diluted. Water pressure could be higher and blow dry air could be warmer it's still more comfortable and convenient than doing it at home.

High quality goods. Food , treats, toys, beds, etc. If you actually care about what your pet eats and your pets health and well being then this is the place for you. Pet wash stations are great if you don't want the hassle of a bath at home.

I love this cute place for my dog toys, food, and supplies. Some things can be pricier, but they have a big food selection and I'm happy to help out a local place with better food any day instead of buying generic from a department store!

Buyer Beware:: On November 22, 2016 I visited this business to make a purchase for pet supplies. Like most Pet Supply providers I felt comfortable using my Capital One credit card at this location only to find only to be notified 4 days

The pet store is really good and their workers are so nice and amazing I go there all the time. The only thing I don't like is how it seem like they don't have a lot of workers so it hard to run it and run out. Other than that amazing.

Clean store, grrrrreat customer service (thank you Tristan & Chris), and they really take good care of the animals in their store. Just check your bull items for bugs. It's a very common problem with any bulk food, so don't freak out.

Good size store. Took my dog for a bath in the self wash station they have. Little disappointed. They only have 2 tubs/ stations to use. One was waist high, which is nice and you won't hurt your back. The other is at floor level.

I shop there every time I need pet supplies for several reasons. They have fair prices, great customer service, and quality products. Their aquarium selection is fantastic, and the store is turning my hobby into an obsession!

Never seem to be open... was there at 6pm and were closed... what are your actual hrs? 3rd week I've tried to get supplies and have had to go somewhere else. Guess I'll just have to go with the more reliable option, not here.

The reason being for my five stars is because every single time that I have shopped there I'm always greeted with the associates. It is always clean it smells nice friendly atmosphere helpful tips and resources.

Workers are always helpful & friendly, but it gets harder every time I go in there not to take a couple of the kittens home that they have for adoption. I already have 3 and just can't do anymore.

Store is neat and clean. Always greeted at the door and at least asked two times if, I need help with finding something. The store can be busy or not busy when checking out it's a breeze.

I adopted the most beautiful Calico kitten here. Please if you're interested in a cat, go adopt one. They are rescue kitties. There is an adoption fee but well worth it.
