Staff was talking about how drunk they got on gin while we were shopping. Can’t bring my dog to the door to try on something I believe will fit and am willing to pay for but I just measure? I obviously don’t carry a measuring tape with me so that’s out of the question. Won’t be coming back. Will rather support other small pet shops.

I love supporting local community businesses. Here at Pet Village you are treated with such friendliness and care. They do go the extra mile, with things like carrying a 20kg of dog food to your car, with a smile. Their prices are so competitive that it makes it easy to not even try and look for items elsewhere.

Terrible. For the sake of a sale a product was recommended seeing no stock of the actual product needed. Now my cats is suffering till the wrong product is out of their system. As he said it my cats go back to the vet. He didn't care of the financial implications of his recommendation.

Beautyful clean neat and tidy shop very friendly and caring people healthy animals being treated with the love and attion they need I would recommend you go there if you need anything they will get it for you if they don't have what you need

Fantastic service with pleasant staff. Such a pleasure stepping into this store. Staff make an effort to ensure my furbaby has the food he needs. Prices are also reasonable compared to other pet shops in the area.
