Everything from the professionalism of every employee (friendly, welcoming, and highest quality service in every way), quality and availability of products and cleanliness of store, are beyond what I traditionally look for in choosing a pet store. I have shopped here for years, and would not consider shopping anywhere else.

I brought my foster dog in as his first real public outing. He was terrified, and did not want to walk. Everyone was so kind and sweet to him. Got me a cart and let me push him around to smell things that way. Offered him treat samples and gave him lots of sweet attention. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Finch loves coming here, even if he usually has to get a bath while we’re there haha. The staff is so nice and helpful and it really makes me smile when we walk in and they say hi to Finch and remember him. And of course he loves the attention. Been coming here for over a year now, so glad to live nearby!

We’ve developed a relationship with the folks at our local (Nora, Indianapolis) Hollywood feed. They’re always not only courteous and helpful, but ask about our pets and give them treats and lots of attention. These folks are knowledgeable and happy to give advise on the best products for our needs.

Love this store! Always greeted with the best, knowledgeable individuals. I don’t buy a lot because my “favorite” canine lives in Chicago area, but when I’m in need of organic treats, great toys for a BIG fabulous lab, this is where I go. Thank you to the folks at Pet People!
