Poor service. Make an appointment to visit for the first time. Waiting outside, ringing the bell and knock the door, no one opens the door. Calling mobile number no one answer my call. At last have to leave because to freezing outside. I was there 5-10 early. You only call me once I left your house. I was on the way back home. You didn't tell me your salon was back of the house and you also didn't give me your mobile number. You just take my mobile number once I left your front door then only you keep calling me. I already leave. If the 12.30 pm appointment doesn't mean I should be there sharp at 12.30 pm, I can be there 5-10 min earlier right? I was there before 12.30 pm. I also call the phone number in your website before I left but no one answer. I cannot wait outside in freezing and windy winter. No point I answer your call after I left, disappointed. If you give good service to customer and they really like your service doesn't matter what review I give.

I would never go there for waxing. She has no idea of how to wax. I asked her to hold after she waxes and she said She would but proceeded to do the same thing. She did not know how to do some areas and when I told her I didn't have time to do a section, she proceeded to ask questions that were not necessary about that area. I would recommend nobody to go here.

A very relaxed atmosphere and a hairdressor who actually listens to what you want to achieve. My blonde highlights were perfection and Monica's pricing is very fair&reasonable !! Petals is now my only hairdressor i go to and i honestly recommend "ALL" to give her a try...you won't regret it !

I make regular visits for my hair cut with Amrik. He is good at his work. Charges are reasonable too. He takes his time to do the cut cleanly and efficiently.
