Very poorly handled situation in store. Charged full prices and not membership prices even though we went through the process of bringing up my account at the register. Went back in to correct payment to membership price but was refused by the staff member. I asked for a full refund. After being refunded I attempted to purchase the same item at a price match as it was cheaper at pet circle but the staff member refused to price match. When I questioned it they refused me service stating “You can come back tomorrow”. Will not return.

They were amazing. Staff were polite and professional. My fur baby was safe, happy and looked fabulous after his groom. Unfortunately, they forgot to make his additional appointments and we have to go on a wait list. On two occasions they promised to make the appointments and said they would text me and I never heard back. Booking appointments is there only let down. If you can get in you will be happy. Just don’t leave without an appointment even if they say they will text you they probably won’t.

Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a good variety of products but they didn't have dog kennels big enough for a German Sheppard, although they said they could order one in and it would be there the next day most likely, plus they'd match any price that other stores sell them for. Unfortunately I was looking to buy one that day but I'll be back to buy food in bulk plus as it looked like they sell quality product/s. I'll most probably get a range of other things once I get my puppy to.

Our go-to every month. They're decently stocked for our cats' needs and there's enough variety for litter, wet food, dry food, treats, toys, and so on. They carry premium brands like Tiki Cat After Dark (highly rated on reddit) as well a premium New Zealand brand called Ziwi Peak, which we've yet to afford ($5 per can is a bit much). They even have the good allwormer tablet brands. They have never failed us and like clockwork we go there every month after payday to restock.

Was the first time I went to Petbarn Bayswater. I was having my doggo groomed and booked online. I made a mistake an only had her booked in for a wash and brush, however the wonderful staff still managed to clip her. Thankyou so very much. I rate this Petbarn highly and would recommend it to anyone, and to everyone.

Our greyhounds use the grooming service once a month each for their nails cut for $15. I can pick-up food whilst dog is being cared for, and all done in 20 mins. Staff are always welcoming and ready to help if needed. Been shopping here regularly and had no issues with both in-store and click and collect purchases. They usually have type of cat litter I purchase and also have plenty of cat food options to choose from.

Very friendly service not just in store but also in the vet. They were very accommodating with questions and concerns I had. Our little kitten was well looked after and very happy there while awaiting his new forever home with us.

Petbarn Bayswater Came in for a ID tag and needed support. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and very helpful. Parking was an issue at the time (around 11:00am), but was still accessible.
