The worst experience as a pet owner ever. If I could give a Zero star rating I would. I gave the groomer the benefit of the doubt when they kept telling me my puppy needed to learn to get used to brushing and clipping. I actually returned three times but never, ever again. Rude, incompetent and cruel. My sweet little puppy was nervous and anxious every visit and based on their advice I thought it was him not them! But on this last visit he was so distressed and behaving strangely when I collected him. When I got home I noticed he had cuts all over his tummy!! Avoid this place for the sake of your dog and find a groomer who cares about their customers and pets.

I have had nothing but amazing service from the grooming staff here . My fur baby is treated with love and kindness . He has been getting groomed by an amazing lady here since he was a puppy , we have followed her to pennant hills from another Petbarn grooming and we wouldn’t want anyone else . In fact I have moved out of the area and still travel 40 minutes to have him be groomed by her . Thank you for loving our cranky elderly man as much as we do and always have him looking and smelling his best .

The girls here are awesome! They were very friendly and positive. By coincidence we got lucky to be consulted by one who has the same dog breed as we are. That made our communication very efficient and informative (appreciate that so much). It is clean and nice in the shop. We spotted places for DIY dog wash!!! Other lady was doing some "magic" things with water for fishes and she was very nice to explain what she was doing to our boy.

Delivered within 2.5 hours of ordering. So happy with great service. My chickens ran out of food and this fast delivery has saved them. I had an order in with another company, an order which I made several weeks ago, who charged 3 x more for delivery than Petbarn do and who have yet to deliver. Well, I will definitely be shopping with Petbarn from now. Thank you Petbarn

the grooming staff are lovely! I have an elderly dog with very bad joints, and they were both so incredibly gentle, patient, and accommodating to what she needed. The manager of the salon was very understanding and knew exactly what she was doing, and her co-worker was the same way. Both were friendly to both myself and my dog.

Petbarn is not a dark but my memory of any petbarn feels darker than it was. Have no idea why. Staff super friendly and helpful. Why i go there is for grooming. They have my confidence. Amazing grooming services! I have been taking my cavalier to this salon since the store first opened. My dog always leaves the salon looking fabulous and the salon manager always gives me useful advice on how to take care of my dogs coat in between grooming appointments. Highly recommend!

I love Petbarn, I love the fact that I can come in with my pup and browse together. Last Sunday I came in to get a product for my dog and Tiffany helped me out with my questions and she also provided excellent advice. I was delighted with her friendliness and knowledge. Thank you so much!

I adopted a kitten for the first time here and was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and their service. I'm definitely a fan of the extra perks I seem to get each time I visit and the staff always offer to help bring everything to the car. Highly recommended

The grooming here was fantastic, with great staff, prices, and services. Unfortunately our dog was hard to handle yet the woman at grooming still did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

The Puppy School with Daniel Snowden at Pennant Hills was great. Daniel is patient, kind and caring to all the puppies (and humans). Amelia and the staff in the store are really helpful.

Nice clean layout, friendly service... Seems good if you've dogs or cats. The small animal section is very small, but I still found some treats for our guinea pigs at a reasonable price.
