Outstanding care & customer service. All staff are very knowledgeable and if unsure they don't hesitate to get another staff member to help. No brush offs. I have asked staff on numerous occasions questions, ( dog, bird, & fish) never a problem. Thank you Crossroads Casula, for an awesome shopping experience. Update to my original review Last visit not so good, very unhappy. Apparently if prices on the web and prices on the pallet are eg $54, And you get charged at checkout $55 it's up to the CUSTOMER to prove the pricing before transaction is completed as the store cannot change their registers, even though it's advertised, WOW. Staff advised this happens all the time it's a head office problem. Don't even try with an email to the info line, your talk on deaf ears. It's not the lousy $1, it's the principal. Definitely the customer service is out the door. From this last experience, they now have lost my business. I only lost $1 fortunately. To the staff at Casula I wish you the very best in trying to rectify your system, I tried to no avail. Sorry Info line said if I go back into store they would arrange to refund my $1. With petrol prices like they are, it would cost me more in fuel to go back. If they had done there job in 1st place, I wouldn't have had this now negative experience.

The customer service in this place is absolutely disgusting. They all think they know better and that they are better than everyone else. And multiple times I have walked in there and they are all standing around like they are in a mothers meeting, chatting to each other & laughing without even coming up to me to help. I came in today, didn’t get one hello how are you, except for the new girl who is in training who served me with a smile. Everyone else, not one time did they come up to me or even smile. I recommend hiring new staff members, even the redhead thinks she’s all that and is rude. I iust can’t believe it. I come here all the time and it’s always like this, I’m going to be going to a different petbarn from now on. You would think the useless staff would be happy since they are working with dogs.

Tonight, I had the worst experience at this pet store. Arriving precisely at 6.00pm closing time, I was greeted with a locked door, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful staff with crossed arms taking pleasure advising me the store was shut and unwilling to show any flexibility. I desperately needed dog food and was about to spend in excess of $160 for this specific brand which I will now purchase elsewhere. As a regular Petbarn customer at this store I have always been disappointed with the lack of service from these amateurs but always let it slide, however tonight’s debacle was their last chance. I will never shop at this pet store again and would advise others to avoid it at all costs.

V0 stars they could of made my dog hav a seizure or possibly die just so they could make a sale on flea n heartworm tablets simpatica to be exact they said it's all good dog 100% safe to use the girl next to him verified she uses it for her dog no problems so I bought it I was just doin some reserve b4 use and rang petbarn up the girl told me her dog had a seizure on it and she stopped useing it immediately different story from b4 then she tells me they will say anything to promote the sale mmmm guess our animal lives dont matter as long as they sell u something I guess

I went here at about 1pm on the 30th of October. I am saying the date and time because I didn't get the name of the staff members but all of them and I mean like the 3 girls working and the manager were all absolutely amazing. They all helped me with different things and made it so easy for me. Even when they didn't have cat sunscreen they helped me find a place to get it. They were so nice! My mum had also came to this petbarn a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience aswell I really recommend coming here.

Generally very friendly and helpful staff. The one that we always look forward to see is called Jessica who greets all with beautiful big smile all the time. She is so helpful and sweet that my kids love to come and see and learn from and get excited to look after our puppies and follow her support and recommendations. Truely a beautiful person that is so worthy of every compliment. She makes you happy just talking with her. So thanks to all the staff at the Casula store and special ones to Jessica.

I've been in hospital and have difficulty walking so purchasing the item I needed was going to be difficult. Well not at Petbarn Casula. A young man, Josh N. helped me conduct the transaction from my car parked outside. He brought out the goods to show me, conducted the transaction and then packed them in my car. What impressed me though was how genuinely helpful and cheerful he was. It was a great shopping experience. Thanks Josh!

Petbarn has been very resourceful, responsive, responsible & provides useful information. The store always listens to the needs & wants of the customer, providing suggestions, recommendations, sound knowledge about dogs health, grooming, lifestyle, medicines & dietary requirements too.Hence it’s a 5/5 for me as always due to the consistency, friendly approach, helpful nature, professionalism & patience.

This’s the store I go normally and I am very happy with the staff, they are always there to help making decisions and also to take heavy items to the car, also price match is good, what I am not happy about is petbarn (policy) that if they do price match I can’t get any further discount like if I have $ voucher or the discount had been sent by email of % if you spend over the select amount.

We had our Labradoodle groomed at Petbarn Casula today and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ve been to a few groomers who don’t know how to groom Labradoodles and more often than not, our dog has come out looking like a Poodle. I could tell that they had put in a lot of time and effort into brushing her. Keep up the great work ladies.

Extremely appalling customer service every time I speak to the grooming section. There is always over a one month wait to get your animal in for a wash - they don’t even bother asking what dog you own (having a small dog it usually doesn’t take much time). They don’t even bother asking you to be on a cancellation list either if that’s the case.

The staff here are amazing. The variety and selection of items are so vast, it is perfect for any pet needs of any kind and the variety accompanies options for any budget limit. Parking in not an issue and there are trolleys and baskets available. The pet washing facilities and training classes are just a cherry on top of this great pet barn

Best customer service and extremely helpful. I used to go to the Hoxton Park Petbarn. Unfortunately only three workers there are nice and they are never there when I go. Hoxton Park management could learn a lot from the Casula branch. It costs nothing to be nice to someone. Especially when they are paying your wages. Will be back.

MADI served me today, she was very helpful and went above and beyond with advise on my Akita i inherited and had no idea on what was good for him. She didnt rush and had a smile on her face at all times while my son was running a muck!!! Anyone that needs advise go to Petbarn and ask for Madi. You wont be disappointed

Ladies that work here are pretty informed when it comes to information and getting help on what's needed. I found the team member that helped me with a newly adopted French bulldog to be friendly and knowledgeable it comes to seeking advise. I would definitely recommend this place for your fur humans needs.

I was looking for a flea treatment medication for my dogs and Adam was very helpful, had great customer service and was very knowledgable about each product. He would refer the products based on his personal experience, and they worked really well. He was very patient with me since I had a lot of questions.

Is located at the cross roads shopping centre with plenty of parking and appears to be quite wheelchair accessible. There's a dog wash close to the entrance. Sometimes there are kittens to adopt! Quite a large store with an extensive collection for dogs, cats, birds, fish and reptile friends.

Horrible, the manager seems to not know what he's doing when dealing with customers at all, rude and obnoxious. (Kyle) Not only that, but the store has poor quality control, in the fridge for dog meat, I found a packet that expired back in January 2016, almost 2 years later. Disgraceful.

The groomer was wonderful from talking to me on the phone to trimming our cats nails, she was fast & very efficient. Our cat didn't have time get to upset about having her nails done, it was over so quickly. Very happy to continue to bring our cat to have her nails trimmed ongoing.

Great place to wash your dog. Store has decreased in stock and variety. Unable to get Royal Canin Feline Dental Biscuits. They are only available on line. I used to shop here all the time for chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, parrots. There was so much choice. Not now.

I usually send my dog for grooming every 6-8 weeks but I recently noticed that my dog doesn't smell nice as used to be and the grooming in general is not that great although they increased their charges from $90 before Covid to $160 now! Time to reconsider!

Staff member wouldn't let me buy a fish and assumed we don't take care of fishes because "fishes have hearts"(what she said to us), so we went to another pet barn in Preston's and the members were more welcoming and actually allowed us to get a fish.

Staff are super nice but I bought 3 fish from here and my whole tank community started dying. Had to then buy treatments and do complete flush and filter changes. Disappointed as I have owned and bred fish for nearly 10 years and never had sick fish.

We were only a couple of days out for our monthly 15% off a bag of dog food and were charged the full price. We spend approximately $150 on a bag of food each month. We will no longer be returning customers and will purchase cheaper elsewhere online

They did an excellent job at grooming our Cavoodle! Only downside tho was that I took him in at 9:00 and was told he’d be ready after an hour and a half but he wasn’t ready for pickup until 11:30. Sooo give yourself more time on the waiting!

Great place for all your pet needs, and for that extra member of your family, they do Santa photos. The staff are always courteous and helpful and the santa crew were so patient just to get a great photo shot.
