☆ UPDATED 6/18/19: MUST READ!!! My 1st time to "Petland" in 'Boca Park' & it's GREAT! SO MANY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF! They know their products and seem to LOVE WHAT THEY DO!!!!! ~ MY ONLY ISSUE/COMPLAINT: Petland sells dogs!As a daughter to a parent that has dedicated 40+ years to nreeding, showing, caring & loving the Pure Bred Lhasa Apso, it TRULY HURTS MY HEART! ANY & EVERY STORE, INDIVIDUAL, etc. that sells (especially dogs & cats), IS CONTRIBUTING TO PROMOTING "Puppy Mills!" ▪︎What's a "Puppy Mill'? Any person(s) that DOSEN'T SPAY &/OR NEUTER THEIR ANIMALS, THEREBY CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROBLEM OF OVERCROWDING THE ANIMAL SHELTERS, ASPCA, ETC.! ¤ IF YOU'RE TOLD THAT IT'S A CERTAIN BREED OF ANIMAL, THIS IS FALSE AND A BLATANT LIE! ☆ NOT ONE RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, DEDICATED BREEDER WILL EVER SELL A SINGLE ANIMAL TO A "PET STORE"! TRUE, HONEST BREEDERS SELL "NON-SHOW QUALITY ANIMALS", (UNLESS IT'S TO SELL TO ANOTHER BREEDER) TO SHOW THEM TO BECOME A CHAMPION &/OR IF THE A BREEDER IS NOT PAID FOR A MALE TO SIRE (IMPREGNATE THE FEMALE), THEN THE OWNER(S) OF THE FEMALE WILL GIVE THEM ONE OF THE OFFSPRING, IN LIEU OF PAYMENT FOR THE SIRE'S (MALE) SERVICES! ♡ ☆ Overall, if you are wanting a pure bred dog or cat, the only true way to accomplish this is by DEDICATING A LOT OF TIME, RESEARCH, PATIENCE, AND REFERRALS TO FIND AN HONEST, CARING & LOVING BREEDER! 《 For those of that need help finding a respectable dog breeder: check out the AKC; American Kennel Club; if outside the US; eg. Canada then it would be CKC: Canadian Kennel Club and so on. I would also highly recommend going to a few Dog Shows too. For those of you who are interested in a Pure Bred Feline: check out the CFA 'Cat Fanciers Association'. You can also pick up the 'Cat Fanciers' magazine &/or go online to find a list reputable Cat Breeders, located in the back.》 ☆ Sadly, they don't have any National Dog or Cat Shows in Southern Nevada, although CA, AZ, UT, CO and many other mid-west, eastern and southern states DO HAVE these shows! You will find the dates, times & locations can be found both in and on the web, and Cat Fanciers Magazine. ● Lastly, the most coveted dog show of the year is the 'Annual West Minister Dog Show', which ALWAYS airs LIVE...then reairs about another half-dozen...sometimes up to a dozen more times on the USA Network Station! ● #♡MaineMyCoon • #Sharil'sLhasaApso (My Mom's been a Breeder for 40+ years!♡ ) #LoveMyRagdolls • #Spay&Neuter

I adopted this little princess and would not trade her for the world! When we adopted her this past December, we were so excited after spending months looking for the right one. (That she is, fits our family well!) It was not a good experience buying her though. We scheduled to view her. Never got a call back, so we just showed up. I knew which one she was right away, in the no play window. The young girl tried to convince me that I would like the other one. Wrong! He was not the reason I came in, and I insisted she is the one I wanted. We waited almost a half hour (she just ate) before we got to hold her. So not only did I fall in love with her picture, I fell in love with her! We put our deposit and came back the next day. We get all this stuff ( I could of gone without, most of the stuff I haven't used or she didn't care for). I get her home and finally review the receipt. (Why and what was I thinking?!) I noticed some of the stuff that was on the receipt I didn't even have. I called (I got lucky after 3 calls!) and she said there was no way to verify I didn't get it before I left. Grrrr, not so happy! We had a difficult time getting her to eat. Went back to the store and asked what they were originally feeding her (tried to call again, no one answers) come to find out it's not the food they sent me home with...she has her appointment within the 7 days of purchase and come to find out she has a severe case of Kennel cough, but I was not informed about it until I went to my own vet a month later because her cough would not go away. They tell you to go to their vet so you get a clean bill of health only to find out, that is not the case. Tried to contact the store owner, as per what the store manager said to do. Never received a call back or an email. She is now 9 1/2 months old, healthy and happy, a certified AKC CGC getting ready to be trained as a service dog. I can say I'll never adopt another baby from here, it is hard for me to go back in the store with that experience in the back of my head. Every experience will be different, just as everyone's expectations. Oh and there is a funny side to this story. After we had her for almost 2 weeks, I finally got the call to schedule an appointment to view her. If I had time to waste, I would of scheduled and brought her with me... Sorry so long, hope this helps someone out.

Please do not support this business! We came in to look at conures after calling and confirming they had Nanday and Sun Conures in the store. We ended up deciding to buy a Sun, but when we got to the register it rang up at $1475; not $799 like the sign over the cages said. We asked for the manager and she told us that it was actually a Red Conure and that they were more "exotic", therefore more expensive. She said that the sign hadn't been updated yet and that they didn't have any Sun Conures even though that's what they were and what the employee told us they were. I asked if there was any way to discount it and meet us halfway since we just spent nearly an hour with this bird and felt it was meant to go home with us to replace our recently deceased Sun Conure. No dice. All of that is not really too big of a deal and I wouldn't avoid this place just for that. I would just be on the lookout for bait and switch. The main problem I have is the condition of some of the birds. The two Nanday Conures they had are in really bad shape. They can't use their feet at all to grab. They just push themselves around the enclosure and laid in the food bowl most of the time. We picked one up and examined it pretty closely and there is something seriously wrong, but they are still trying to sell them for $1000. The employee told us that they had been there for 8 months and that their feet had never worked! They have never stood on a perch! That is insane to me and I can't believe no one has called animal control before us. These two particular birds have no quality of life. I don't know if they are hoping someone will feel bad enough to buy them and get them the proper care they need or what.

I don’t know how PETLAND Las Vegas has so many bad reviews. I know every experience is different but wow- the care, patience and assistance we received this Saturday picking out our little ferret baby was superb. First of all, every single puppy looked like they were ready for a calendar shoot; their eyes were bright and clear, their coats were full and shiny and their kennels were all clean. Yes, there were a lot of puppies :( and it makes me sad, too, to think of all the fur babies out there stuck in shelters while breeders keep pumping out purebreds. It’s heartbreaking. But the law allows it, so as long as PETLAND is taking great care of the animals, people shouldn’t rant about something in a way that suggests what they are doing is shady or unlawful when their issue seems to be an ethical one. I too, don’t think it’s ethical to breed new puppies while so many beautiful “mutts” SO deserving of a forever home remain homeless. But that’s an ethical issue and this isn’t a platform to bash a business because my ethical opinion doesn’t correlate with their legal business practices. Moving on, the woman who assisted us was so kind, patient and helpful in helping us pick out necessities for our new little buddy, as well as educate us on Ferrits. Even short- staffed, she took the time to help us feel comfortable and informed. She even helped carry our new kennel to the car. Our ferret is lively and sweet with a very healthy appetite. (Got him for my son but I’m kind of in love ❤️). I would absolutely go back there and recommend others based on my experience and the visual conditions of the pets ❤️.

My family and I had a pretty bad experience this past weekend. I came to the store last week to get some more information after seeing the puppies listed on their website. I spoke with Crystal to get some more information about the adoption process. She was very informative, and told me to bring my family in so they can see which dog we liked best. This weekend I returned but unfortunately the experience wasn’t the same. After playing with the first dog I asked if we could see another, because the first dog wasn’t a good fit. I overheard what I believe was a manager (she’s black with braids) tell an employee that “it was just play time”, that we weren’t serious , and that we probably didn’t have the money for a dog. Which I find absolutely hilarious she was judging me and my family off of our appearance. We didn’t go dressed up to play with puppies , not to mention it was 110 degrees outside. She then proceeded to pull the two young ladies that were helping us to the back, and yelled at them. When they came back out it appeared one girl was crying. I will never return to this place. If that is how they treat employees just imagine how the animals are treated. This place isn’t focused on the animals or customers. To them it is all about money, and I’m so glad I realized this before spending almost $4,000 on a dog from them. I’m even more glad that I’ve had a chance to come read these reviews, because everything I have read so far seems to be true.

I went there yesterday and spend some time with a few pups. Loved this chocolate lab and asked the person helping as to what’s the out of the door cost. She said it’s $5000 and explained me all the things that came with it. I wasn’t prepared to spend so much money so I thought of giving it a day to think about it. Next day I made up my mind and thought of getting this beautiful puppy. Went to the store and saw another couple cuddling with him. Asked the rep if they were going to take him and he said we’ll see. Kept my fingers crossed and told him that I would take him right away if they give him back. To my luck they did and in the mean time they were checking another dog. I told the person helping me that let’s finish the paperwork and he nicely walked me around the store to explain what comes with the price. While I was talking to him another rep came to ask him about the chocolate lab to which he replied that he’s been taken by me. Happily I waked to the register put my cards on the table only to know that the price now was $6600. I said wait a minute I was told $5000 yesterday and then all the unpleasantness started. They refused to honor the price quoted to me yesterday and the only reason I can think of was a complete lack of professional ethics. You don’t jack up prices after quoting someone just because you see a higher demand. Simply a place I wouldn’t recommend to do business. Very disappointing experience.

Do not buy any Pet from Petland!! They sold us a sick puppy, and they are not even going to pay for any Vet costs! Petland is over priced, and do not trust their breeders!! You will be stuck with a sick pet. As for your comment that you don't even have a registered sale, I have a bill for a $7,000.00 pekingese puppy and your working relationship with Blue Cross that says it's true. Did you ever think that it could be registered under my wife's name rather than mine? Your sale person told us we had a 1 year warranty, and we come to find out it's worthless. The puppy has clear neurological problems and the poor thing can't understand what is happening to it when, out of nowhere, it jumps off the floor uncontrolled. Perhaps if you spend less time being a puppy mill and more time being concerned about the puppies you sell, you would take better notice. In fact, we actually were sold a different puppy than we viewed the day prior. We took him anyway because we instantly fell in love with him. You might have a great selection of puppies, but that's where it stops. Do not ever tell my wife a comment like that again, "we don't even have a sale...". Own up to how you do business, honor what you say is a warranty, and treat the puppies like they are more than profit centers for your business!

BUYER BEWARE* Very disappointed in my experience with Petland. I came into the store after hearing that they had Rabbits. I found a cute little black otter and began to ask questions such as age and breed, the sales girl knew NOTHING about the Rabbits. The age changed 3 times in 10 mins. She wasn't sure of the breed and I mentioned that I was looking for a Netherland Dwarf. She took the rabbit to the back and then came back and said that they were positive it was a Netherland Dwarf but would not provide any type of proof or include the breed in the sales contract. I asked about the gender and was told that all of the Rabbits are male and then a few minutes later she said that this one was female. After all of this, my husband and I left and we talked about it alone in the car. I went back in to get her knowing that I would not ever truly know what breed she was or her age. Upon going to check out I was constantly trying to be upsold on things that weren't needed. I was questioning their health guarantee and was told that unless the rabbit died within 7 days and I brought in a picture that proved that I hadn't neglected the rabbit that no refund would be made. I questioned what happens if she is sick and was told tough luck. After so many red flags I left

Okay this is why I gave it four out of five stars. I'm not really crazy about the whole puppy thing they've got going on. I just don't agree with it because I feel like there's so many puppies in the pound and people should adopt not shop when it comes to puppies. also the selection is not very huge. When I hear the name petland I think something the size of Walmart. Maybe that's just me and assuming because of a name and making a judgment but hey. Now on to the actual pets they had a pretty decent selection. There was at least few snakes couple spiders and maybe a lizard or two. The hamsters and other rodents are so friendly that that is the redeeming factor here. The fact that they are animals are so tame and they are still willing to let you hold and play with the animals that I almost am willing to overlook the fact that they contribute to the whole puppy operation. The staff is super friendly and sweet the store was clean didn't smell bad at all overall it's not a bad little place if you can overlook the fact that they're selling thousand-dollar puppies when you can go to the pound and adopt a homeless puppy for a couple hundred dollars but that's just me.

Petland sold me a puppy with 3 parasites. After many rounds of dewormers, giardia remained in his system because he became resistant, now he had lifelong digestive problems. Lady at Petland told me to give him pumpkin. Yeah, right. He quickly expressed signs of kennel cough (upper respiratory infection), Petland said it was normal and it will go away quickly. I had to drive to the vet every morning for 10 days to give him a nebulizing treatment so that he could breathe. NOW, he is developed and also cryptorchid. An autosomonal trait that is inherited only if both the mother and father dog carry the gene. My dog is about to undergo surgery because the breeders that Petland uses breed dogs with chromosomal disorders. This puppy’s life has been short but full of distress, pain, and illness. The fact that Petland offers warranties on their dogs should be a red flag enough. Save yourself from the heartache of raising a sick puppy and don’t give them your money so that they can continue their operation. This is a disgusting company and all of the employees that work here resemble the same standards.

Looking at all the 1 star reviews is crazy.. but seeing the some of the responses given by the owner to people to have came into the establishment, and had a negative experience, is honestly scary. Shows that the owner has no care for it’s customers. As a black man that has walked into PETLAND on multiple occasions, I have indeed felt as if I were invisible. I would try to ask staff about a certain animal and the response I received was barely one at all.. however if I were to go near the birds or the animals near the birds, I would be quickly scolded and told not to touch anything. It almost feels as if the staff fells like they’re “too cool cause they work with animals and you don’t”. The staff members will assume the type of person you are, and work from there instead of giving everyone an equal opportunity. Plus, why are the prices so high? And how come the website doesn’t have prices? I know why. Most likely so you can change the price whenever you like. Makes sense. To anyone reading this.. just shop at petsmart, petco, or any other reputable source besides this one.

Staff is great, knowledgeable and very friendly. They're always willing to help with anything even after a purchase of product or animal. Make sure you pay attention and understand what warranties you have at the purchase of an animal and how to maintain the warranties. You also get a free spay or neuter with a purchase of a dog, free office visits at their recommended vet of choice, food(wet and dry), a kennel, urine cleaner, biting deterrent, spot marker( spray to encourage them to urinate in a certain spot), vitamins, training treats, chew toys, puppy pads, stuffed animal, $100 gift card, a food storage container, etc. You also get a nice print out of the particular puppies lineage. Ours included their parents, brother and sisters, grandparents, great grand parents, and mom and dads brother and sisters on both sides of male and female families. Very detailed. All dogs are micro chipped as well. They also can order a specific dog breed for you if you do not see the one you want. Really like it here and plan to come back to buy more products and puppies in the future.

Deceptive return policy. Unwilling to discuss. Purchased this dog pen from PetLand instead of Chewy (where it was $89.99 compared to $114.99) to be kind to local, on ground retailers. MISTAKE. I tried to take it back 5 days after I purchased it, still in box. I did not have the right card on me, so that was on me. They offered me store credit but I don't have a pet, this was for a visiting dog. I was out of town for a month, when I returned with the correct card, they said "Oh, it has been too long. We can only give you store credit". I explained that I could not use $120 worth of store credit with no pet and asked to talk to owner. The nice woman at the counter tried TWICE to get the owner to talk to me, no luck. My only recourse is this bad review. My advice, buy from Chewy they will take it back. Here are the direct words from chewy.com chat "I'd be happy go over our return policy with you! If you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can return the item within one year of the purchase date. Even if it’s open or used, we’ll take it back and pay for the shipping costs"

TLDR: Petland Las Vegas is scamming a vulnerable community out of thousands of dollars, while also selling sick animals. My elderly grandmother purchased a puppy from Petland Las Vegas last week. She was given pills for the puppy and told they were vitamins "to help her grow". She was instructed to keep the puppy indoors (weird) and told to get the dog to the vet within so many days (also weird). She lives an hour away from this store, so she took the puppy to her vet. There she found out the medication was for a severe respiratory illness that had not been mentioned or reported either time the puppys health was questioned. My grandmother is heartbroken, but returned the puppy to the store where she has been told that they will not issue a refund "because she didn't use their vet." Four THOUSAND dollars, the loss of a pet she had planned on loving for a decade (she has never surrendered a dog before this), and the stress of having a sick puppy. Absolutely ridiculous. Sorry if this is a duplicate review. My first submission never appeared on my end.

So happy with my little puppy Lily! She is the sweetest little thing and fits right into our home. I want to thank the staff for taking such good care of the puppies. I can tell everyone is very passionate about their job and have so much love toward the pets. All the kennels were cleaned properly and all were supplied with water. All the pups looked like they were having a blast considering they have a few roommates they can play with all day. The prices for the puppies can be expensive, however; I think for the amount of stuff you get is way worth it. My little Lily went home microchipped, paperwork providing information about her, toys, food, a crate, supplements, and many more great things that make it worth it! They even give you a voucher for free spay/neuter with their vet. I mainly want to say thank you to Vanessa because, she made sure Lily went home with everything she needed. She was a great help throughout the whole process. Lily has opened up so much and is a spunky little fur baby.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service. Visited today 08/18/2021 at 7 pm and one of the workers (shorter girl with dark hair in a ponytail) basically implied that we were too poor to play with an English bulldog puppy. We asked if it was still ok to play with him since he was labeled “limited playtime” and we were met with one of the rudest reasons as to why we can’t play with him. She tried to insinuate that we were some young teenagers not wanting to buy and just wanting to play with a bunch of dogs when 1) we are in our mid-20s and 2) we were ACTUALLY interested in looking to buy. We understand that the English bulldog puppies are highly sought after and will cost more, but to have one of your employees indirectly call us poor-looking is ridiculous. We’re both nurses and can definitely afford to buy the puppy, but now you’ve lost potential customers. Please train all your staff to be more courteous. She could’ve easily made up an excuse instead of going for an indirect insult.

AWESOME! A chance to give an honest feedback, and possibly win cool stuff. I'M IN! Okay y'all, my name is Jacky I'm married, 22 years old. a mom of 2 kids and I BOUGHT A CORGIE!! My husband kids and I went to Petland and had a warm welcoming from the team. The shop was clean and well organized. At least 2 team members at all time were in ear distance in case I needed anything. We glanced around and finally saw a few good candidate SPENT maybe 40min to and hour getting personalities out of the great pups there. Well maintained and cared for. Reasonable prices, and best part I now have the most amazing pup one can own. He's akc registered although I don't believe all are, but don't be afraid to ask. He took to the new house and family great. As a mom with small kids a pup with a long future for my kids and I to grow old with was important, especially being that dad is military and deploys. I found a forever family member at Petland ❤ And I'm forever grateful

I would give these people negative 100 if I could. Our story started back in March of 2020. We bought an adorable mini Australian Shepherd from them. The puppy was healthy and happy for about 2 months. Our Vet started noticing that he walks funny so she asked us to take him to a specialist for more info. We found out that he has hip dysplasia on both hips (right and left) the poor puppy had to go through two surgeries for each hip. Thank god we have insurance, but we still ended up paying so much out of pocket. When I reached out to them with all the medical documents they had their insurance pay for 70% of what we had paid this pet store. Long story short, our dog is going through physical therapy right now which is almost making us broke and he will never have a normal life. This has been a tragic experience for us and this poor animal. Do not buy from this place. They do not work with reputable breeders. Avoid.

My experience at Petland is equivalent to the feeling I get when I go to Disneyland. The people are friendly and nice, and the animals make me feel so happy with a warm reminder of what it feels like to have an animal again. My partner and I have been trying for a year now to find a special hypoallergenic puppy, or some adorable animal to adopt since he's allergenic to most dogs. I'm so used to growing up with animals that when I moved out of the family house I haven't had a buddy around since my pug. I miss seeing his adorable face everyday. Petland has become like a second home to me because you can play with the animals, they let you make yourself at home, and you can look at the cool pets they have for sale. They treat all of their animals with love, friendliness, and wonderful treatment. That's why I love Petland! ❤️

I was more than willing to drop thousand on a dog. I have purchased previously from petland on a white lab and boxer. No finance needed cash on hand. I came in tonight. Have been seeing this corgi girl on the website ready to buy. This sales lady, long wavy red hair assumed the worse cause I after working overtime showed up in comfy clothes. Assumed the worse about me and my momma. Without blinking an eye would have bought this corgi. So we decided to test her personality and ask how much and before she could finish her sentence with the price she says ok. Well we do offer finance. Assumed every worse scenario. So sad this pup couldn’t come home to an amazing house with an acre of land to play on. One rep. One sales rep! I teach my staff daily handle with care to our clients and obviously she wasn’t taught or didn’t care

I was at the store this past week with my daughter to make a return on some items that were not going to be utilized for her new puppy. I neglected to bring in my receipt as I had inadvertently left it at home. Mr. Brian Parker provided assistance and made the entire experience a positive, stress free, and memorable one. He could have sent us away and required us to bring in the receipt, however, he took the time and had the patience to look up our transaction by utilizing the date and information we provided him. Unfortunately, we live in a current state of unease, unknowns, and challenges, so it's exceptional and refreshing to encounter individuals like Mr. Parker who are willing to go above and beyond to express kindness and helpfulness. Thank you, Mr. Parker for the great experience and amazing customer service!

There were so many cute and some not so cute pets at this petland... we are more a cute and fuzzy kind of pet people... and there were so many cute puppies, bunnies, kittens, not to sure what some of the fuzzy creatures were but they were cute... they also had a good variety of fish to choose from (that's why we really went there for but ended up not getting anything because we couldn't decide... lol...) they also had water and land turtles... and they also had alot of creepy crawlers too... snakes and lizards... plus they had a lot of pet supplies for just about all kinds of pets... from your pets food to dressing up your pets... it was fun visiting this pet store just to take a look at all the different types of pets... back home in Honolulu we don't get to see most of these kinds of pets...

  • Faythe Dzul

Petland has great deals and wide a selection of everything, including pets. I think it’s great that the tops of the cages aren’t covered allowing potential new pet owners to truly choose which pet is best for them. My hamsters were purchased here and they are all just adorable lil creatures. This isn’t the first time we purchased Robo hamsters from this pet shop. Sadly this type of hamster’s life span is roughly 3 years. Stitch is very sweet and she doesn’t mind being touched. Tiki however he likes to jump. Sir is probably the best with human contact because he allows you to both hold and pet him. Petland’s open top cages allows the soon to be pets to adapt to humans before being adopted. Gets them used to the idea of human contact and to eventually enjoy the occasional scratch on the back.

One of the WORST puppy mill ran stores In Las Vegas. The staff was completely horrible. While I was in the process of purchasing a puppy, the staff was discussing how some of the customers in the store seemed poor and drunk but they still were okay with selling them an annoying pet. I did my research and found they have been in previous trouble with puppy mills so I told the manager I'm not comfortable purchasing a puppy mill puppy. He smiled and told me that "he could sit here all day and argue with how he believes puppy mills are NOT bad and he's fine with the dogs he receives from them." Please purchase from any other breeder who will provide you a puppy that is healthy and actually cares for the animals they are selling.

We love our puppy! We got our Shih-Poo in mid January at Pet-land, Ashley was great & introduced us to him out of 2 other pups & he has been a wonderful addition to our family. We named him Ty on the spot as it fit so well. He’s so friendly, lovable, affectionate, intuitive, & smart. He is already house broken in & outside the house, loves to play ball & run. We are so happy we decided to go to Petland. We found our beautiful puppy there & so will you! I highly recommend Petland, they gave us everything we needed to make him feel at home & have all his papers. The vet they use is excellent & we could not be happier with our puppy.. Thank YOU Ashley & the team at Petland! We are one happy family. Blessings always.......

Hello, I'm deaf. When I went inside and they walked away and ignored me n not treat me fair n I asked for helping like no one want to offer to but that white woman who acting funny like she is a miserable person. She took it too personal for my baby girl who is only 1 and a half-year-old hurt the baby dog which she didn't. She is just a baby. She was excited to play with the dog. She took the dog away from us and put them back in the cage and talked about me to a phony young Mexican lady who doesn't want to help me which is disrespectful. I spoke with the manager and he never took it seriously what I said he didn't do his job properly anything. Some people are fake who work at pets. They are just weird.

Pet stores are not where one should normally but a pet but at Petland the process is a little different. We bought three birds there and although they were banded, which I hate, they were able to get used the birds we wanted when no one else could. BTW, all 3 were healthy happy birds. We dealt with Abbie and she was a dream. Very knowledgeable about all three of them, and also very caring and compassionate. She even came in on her day off and meet us there right at closing time to take care of us. She is an absolute doll! I know it's all about the commission but that is not what she showed us! If it's a bird, a cat or a dog please go see Abbie! She's studying too become a vet!

  • Michael Sian

The puppy is great but Petland runs a shady operation. They overcharge you for the dog to send you home with a bunch of unnecessary supplies that they make a great deal of profit on. They don’t allow you to return any of the supplies...not even for store credit. Then the sales associate talked us into financing the dog on their credit card. She said oh it is like 10% interest. She lied to us. It turns out that it is 29.99% interest! I have great credit and could have just put it on one of my current credit cards for a much lower interest rate. Also, I never received my credit card or a bill in the mail. I had to contact the credit card company before I was charged a late fee.

If you're a family and you come in they'll treat you like royalty, but I come in as one female who looks young for her age and they completely ignore me, and when I wanted to try to get help, the two older men were too busy conversating with eachother so I didn't really bother trying to interrupt. My cat passed away recently and I've been looking for a new companion, but I guess I won't be coming here. Also, it was a very quiet time of the day, not a lot of people at all. I will say however after coming back in a second time a lady with glasses did ask me if I needed help, so I thank her for that. The pets are adorable. I love that you can pet the guinea pigs and ferrets.

I got my border collie in this store on 2017 it was a nightmare. She was sick and had giarda it was so mentally stressful because I had to make phone calls a lot of times and they are denying to cover the vet bills. I wish I made a research before going to this store. I had few people reached out and had the same experienced. Please do your research before going to this store. Reply to owner; 7/19 that is a LIE. i asked to surrender the puppy but it was denied because it was over 10 days you guys said. And 1st of all the puppy was not neglected she had diarrhea at night and everytime I get home from work. You guys was selling a sick puppies!!

  • Lexy2x

Me and my partner walked into this place thinking we where getting a beautiful healthy puppy. She’s beautiful, but not healthy. We paid over $4000 for this sweet little girl and she had/has many issues . How are you charging so much money for sick animals ? It’s cruel to the animals and also the customers. I feel scammed! The poor baby had to be put on respiratory medication TWICE and was also treated for worms , she’s also aggressive. What are you guys doing to those poor animals , this is not right and this place should be shut down after my experience and the research I found. It’s all about money with these establishments

  • Erica Crawford

My son bought a puppy for $4900 we were told that she was fine and had a clean bill of health. We take her to the vet they advised us that she had parasites. I called 24 hours after we bought her and told them she had severe diarrhea she said she didn't have any here However I should of known better when I realized they were keeping her in the back. Then I was told she was contagious. When I called them and the warranty place they advised me that any bills for my dogs that were home basically was my problem. I really should of looked them up beforehand please do your research before purchasing from this place. Look elsewhere.

  • Noise Vellichor

Way overpriced for anything at all. I went here to look at ferret cages and toys since they have a tiny ferret section, and saw a nice three tier prevue cage, they had it marked for $400 which is silly since I went to the prevue website and got the same exact cage for $260. I understand upcharging because you've built it, but $140 seems like a bit much for something I built in 15-20 minutes, not to mention this cage is massive, I'd have had to disassemble it anyway to get it home. The same can be said for their supplies and food, anything they had I found much cheaper on the actual website or other nearby stores.

  • Jennifer Bracamontes

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Rude arrogant workers. They don't bother greeting you, and it almost seems like you're being profiled. The employees are all worried about what they are having for lunch instead of helping people. I went in there determined to adopt a puppy, but after this experience NEVER. I will be taking my money elsewhere. I thought the people who gave these reviews were exaggerating, but they are not. When people take the time out of their life to write a review you can almost be assured it's the truth. Horrible unethical place, DO NOT waste your time or money here.

  • Jozlyn Matteson

I want to give this place a 5 star review but I can’t . Let me explain a little. We bought 2 robo hampsters around Christmas time. The employees told us that the hampsters were both male. Well a few weeks went by and something seemed wrong with one of them. Later that night low and behold the poor (little guy) was having babies. omg ! So long story short we now have 4 hampsters because we listened to the employees. We had to by separate cages for ALL of them because we didn’t want this to happen again. Please Petland ,be sure you know the genders of your animals before selling them. Thanks

  • Kristopher R.

All pets are very overpriced, but while we were there, a fight between overcrowded puppies broke out. The instigating pup was roughly grabbed by their back and smacked multiple times as punishment in full view of us before being tossed back into the cage. We left immediately. Edit: No, it isn't false and I have nothing to gain with telling what you think is a lie, doubt you were even there. My husband, my daughter and myself witness one of the employees smacking one of the pups after a fight broke out between them. Instead arguing with customers, try and resolve the issue instead maybe?

  • ZooHouse Plus

Got the chance to visit petland. It was nice and clean! One of the employees was very helpful younger guy in suggesting another place to go because unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for (fish stuff) this section has dwindled in supplies. They’re fish are sitting in a little betta containers on the wall in ammonia. There was a ton of other employees that just seemed to group up and chit chat not helping anyone. No hellos or goodbyes! Giving 3 because the store was nicely kept and at least one person was helpful and they had a good selection of other stuff available.

  • Karen Burgos

I bought my Teddy Bear puppy here last month. She is healthy, happy and a bundle of energy and joy! The staff were wonderful and patiently waited as I researched the breeder before I would commit to buying her. They not only provided me with the breeder info, they also had their inspection reports from the past three years. I never felt any pressure to purchase the puppy. I did have a concern about the price as it was more than I could afford, but the staff worked with me and brought the price down. I would recommend Petland to anyone looking to add a puppy to their family!

  • Austin Day

I would not visit this place of business if you are a person of color. I enjoy taking my child to see Petland’s puppies as well as the other animals that they carry, but each and every time we visit their store we are never greeted but watch as they greet every other customer and have to beg and bother them just to get help. It’s gotten to the point where the employees completely ignore or avoid us. I can tolerate being treated in such a manner, but when my child is being disrespected and ignored it angers me. I refuse to every visit this place of business again.

  • Maximiliano Lopez

Place seems off, my wife contacted me about a Chow, I called to get price and details. Price was $4500 without OKC papers. My mind went straight to is this a puppy mill, and reading the negative reviews it seems it may be. If you are buying a dog make sure it does not come from a Puppy Mill, seek a reputable breeder. Easy to find google OKC and the breed and they have breeders online and you should once again do resaerch into them. Some good breeders exist. Google Petland Puppy Mill a disgusting article by PETA can be found. These places should be shut down.

  • tina bobina

I have never written a review in my life so this is how you know it's bad. Me and my boyfriend got a kitten from here recently only to find out she has 2 parasites and ear mites. You'd think they would let us know it's possible we're bringing that into our home and exposing her to our other cat and ourselves. We now have to get her and possibly our other cat medications and go to the doctor for ourselves. Thanks so much petland! Great work you do. Try maybe making sure the animals you're giving to people aren't infected with parasites. Shame on this store.

  • Samantha Baptista

I bought a Pom back in October. He came home with Kennel Cough that was never treated properly at Petland. I have now incurred multiple medication bills. One for $165. $53 and $84 (and another one for $95 recently, because his cough has still not gone away)....I have been reimbursed the $165 so far. They work thru a company called Solutions Pet for Claims(nightmare communication) but the checks comes from Petland. It's now 11/29 and I've been waiting for the $84 and $35 still even thou they have been approved since October 26th...WHERE"S MY CHECKS?

  • Kayla Smith

My first time there and more to come, there was a bunch of adorable puppies. Playful ferrets, a Petland employee talking about how much dogs love chicken feet Found out indeed they do! And they had a wide variety of hamsters. I was trying to show my boyfriend the one that looked cow colored and suddenly she started popping out babies! I notified a staff member who very promptly and professionally addressed the situation. I was extremely pleased with how he went about helping the mommy and baby hamsters into there own private area. ❤️

  • Tanya Hoover

Well, we adopted the best puppy ever, but she had an upper respiratory infection (what the vet called it). When I brought her in, 3 other puppies from Petland had the same thing. She was about double the price that it says the breed is elsewhere. You received a 30 day health guarantee, but there is a $250 deductible. So spent $252 dollars in checkup fees and medications and received $2 back. I would not trade my puppy for a different one but before you go and fall in love with one of their dogs do your research so you don't WAY over pay

  • Jeff Champlin

Great place to get your next pet. Ariel, and Hannah so much knowledge they can always answer your questions. They are patient while you make your choice. They have pets of their own and love to share stories and pics. We bought one and went back and bought another several weeks later. Same exact quality service. They made us have a terrific shopping experience. We actually take our two dogs back for visits and with all the people and pets they always remember their names and give tons of love to them. Not at all your typical pet store.

  • Bizee Bee

This store should be absolutely ashamed of itself! The prices of these dogs are outlandish!! They are double the price of any other pet store I have been to in Summerlin, Henderson and Vegas Metro. There are several pups who have literally grown up in their cages because they are too expensive for families to adopt. I know for a fact there is a group of puppies from the end of January who are still in there today, April 21st! I am sure the primary reason is their price. I hope this store goes out of business!

  • John Hutson

We walked in to look at some puppies which I had saved 8k. Immediately I was put on the pay no mind list. We walked in at 3:30 and walked out at 4:05 without even one employee saying hello, or I'll be with you shortly. Total trash. This place has no business in my Summerlin community. I am rather upset and intend on making sure others our not subjected to this treatment. They will be out of business very soon. If you have pet needs or are looking to buy a new pet I would highly advise avoiding this business.

  • L2gamer 73

We bought a ferret from this place and we loved it so much we came back to buy another. This place should have 5 star reviews across the board because it is amazing and all of the animals are so happy and well taken care of. Staff and management are fantastic and helped us get the perfect house for our little buddies. Just walk in to any other pet store and smell the air, then walk into petland las vegas and smell how clean the air is. On all accounts this store has got it together.

  • Cody Cox

This place is high-priced (around $2,100 for a kitten and dogs range from around $2,000 to $5,000), but the staff is always very friendly and give good service. The place and cages are usually kept pretty clean and the animals always seem well taken care of, which is important. There's a decent selection and variety of animals and they're open late. Side note: I bumped into Nicolas Cage here once. So I guess if you're a multi-millionaire movie star, the prices aren't too bad. Ha.

  • Kyle Forest

Huge shout out to Alvin for selling us our first Italian grey hound❤️ Not only did Alvin have excellent customer service he seemed very excited for us to get our new puppy. Don’t let the price intimidate you before going in because I can guarantee it’s a good deal. Not only is my puppy from champion blood lines she seems as if she’s already potty trained to go on the puppy pad. Very impressed with pet land and would recommend every one to get your self a fury pet from them too.

  • andrea campos

The puppies are so cute and amazing... but it's like the staff are never around to answer phone calls. I've called more than 6 times. They open at 10:00 am and I've been calling since 10:05. Right now, it's 10:30 am. I will update this review after, if Petland decides to call me back at some point. UPDATE: So I finally got a call from them and the dog I was interested in is more than $6000! I find the same breed in another shop for less that $2000. What's the extra 5k for?

  • Kristin Edwards

The pets here are incredibly expensive but, I love to go hold them, love on them! I figure that I am contributing to their socialization. I do have to mention in all fairness that the $$$ you spend does get you the puppy, shots, vet care, a crate, etc. I usually prefer to utilize a rescue. The employees here are very nice and accommodating, some even knowledgeable about the puppies. All of the pups were purebred, including this tiny schnauzer boy that I fell in love with!

  • Matai li

Horrible, cruel place. Keep their birds below eye level, which is utterly unnatural (birds live in trees) which causes severe stress. The sales girl tried to explain that the singular cockatoo (a highly, highly social and flock orientated animal) is molting from "natural stress" of being in the store. Yes, it would - it's kept in completely unnatural conditions, alone. Maybe it's absolutely miserable? That people can both work and buy these poor animals is disgusting.

  • Courtney Fitzhugh Nash

Me and my wife bought a Yorkie from petland 2 years ago. It was 1 of the worse decisions we made that year, as we at that time had 3 other Yorkies at different ages. They puppy we brought home was sickly and had kennel cough. She bascily infected all our other dogs and we ended up spending thousonds more for the vet bills that they said was not there problem, even though we bought our puppy from Petland! So I would never again buy a puppy from this sort of puppy mill!

  • Dawn Jones

Beware when buying a puppy from here. I bought my puppy Saturday evening , Sunday the vet was closed and took my dog today which I told the vet the dog had blood in it's stool but the lady at the pet store said that was normal. Not only that the puppies ears were very dirty and had an affection in them. Called the pet store and they DID NOT care. So not only did I pay over $3000 for my puppy it also came with a vet bill. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

  • Johnny

Location is always awesome! Staff is always very helpful and full of information. Previously we would take our child to spend times with the puppies in preparation of taking one home at some point in time. One visit we decided on a ferret out of no where and the staff was amazing in providing us with all the information we could handle and everything we needed for our new little family member. She's doing great and potty trained amazingly with tips from the staff.

  • Andrew marquez

Really sad place, the workers openly let people mishandle their smaller animals such as birds, hamster, you name it. I watched as teenagers were sitting there aggressively grabbing the birds by their tails feathers, as they ran, to grab them over and over again for a good 20 mins bobbing them up and down stressing them out. The managers or owners probably make the employees do nothing about it to please horrible customers. Do not support this establishment.

  • Genalle S

The staff was very nice and were calm and patient about helping. What I dont understand is why that they had a five month old puppy for almost 50 percent of. When I asked they said it was because it was a little older than the others. But when I looked around they're was puppy almost at one years old for full price around 3,600. I dont know what is wrong with the puppy, but I do not like being lied to, therefore I only give 2 stars because of the staff.

  • Glenn-Matthew Roybal

DONT BUY HERE! They lie and say they don’t get their dogs from puppy Mills, but in fact they do. If you do a little digging it’s public information, and they get it from one of the largest puppy meals in the US, these dogs are mistreated, the puppies are taken too early from their parents, do not support this establishment! Plus, you can go to a reputable breeder and buy a puppy for half the cost, or your local shelter where there are many need a dogs

  • Kat Hicks

After being diagnosed with a heart condition as well as cancer, I went to Petland to find a service dog that would fit my needs. I had been in a few times and Hannah was very patient with me. She allowed me to take my time with different breeds while I was making my decision. She was very supportive and understanding. I felt so welcomed at Petland because of the amazing people who work there. I not only have my perfect service dog but, a best friend.

  • jennifer radonjic

Your DL is collected in order to play with the puppies which is understandable. However they have a responsibility to make sure the right IDs are returned to the right owners. My daughter was in the store and they gave her ID to a complete stranger. Putting her at risk of identity theft. They should really have a better system in place would not recommend going here especially having to hand your ID over and not knowing if it will be returned.

  • Curt Clear

I will never understand why people are giving this place a bad review on staff, store and puppies. The staff was so friendly and helpful they treated me like a valued customer. Kudos to Bruan, Dominic and Haley. The store in well stocked no orders and the cages were clean and the dogs were friendly and active. Didnt like the price but u pay for what u get. The warranty program is great. I totally recommend this store in Boca Park

  • Raven Noir

ADOPT DON'T SHOP! Breeding rules are not strict in the USA. Many dogs are from backyard breeders/puppy mills, are inbred and will end up developing serious health issues if they're not already sick. Stop contributing to the high euthanasia of shelter animals because you want a designer breed. This place is insanely expensive. ADOPT an animal in need please. Put backyard breeders out of business. Always do your research.

  • Melissa Jasmin

My family and I got there today at 12/14 at 8:30pm. 30 minutes before closing. The doors were locked and the workers inside were looking at us, waiting to get in. My husband called to ask if they could let us in and they said no, that they closed. Husband said that they sign clearly states that they are open until 9:00pm. They still wouldn't let us in. ‍ BTW, we were informed that the puppies ranges from $5,000-$8,000.

  • Shawn Goklaney

I found a nice male cavelier. Service was great, I've never seen such a well mannered pet out the door. Never trust non-authorized dealers who are misleading or work for greed. All their animals are well picked and great champion bloodlines. He is very friendly with people and is a fast learner. I'm never buying a ad sold pet again. People are very caring and very aware as well of customer needs. A+ , happy adoption

  • Monique Martin

Went in and considered buying a beautiful dog, but our time with him was cut short when one of the employee with blonde shoulder length hair in a red shirt sent another employee to take him away. Our whole experience there she was watching my friend and I. Very rough and uncaring with the animals, she dragged a dog out of its cage and when it's paw got stuck she pulled harder. The rest of the employees were lovely.

  • Yale Bridge

Was very very impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well as how organized it was and easy to find items. The staff was very nice and patient with my four wild kids. We loved playing with dogs and seeing all the animals! There was also one worker there that was extremely knowledgeable about all the animals which was very helpful to us in our selection. Glad we came in and looking forward to going back!

  • Donnita Morehouse

I bought 2 min pins January 2022. Both I thought had kennel cough. I was told I can take them to the vet and get reimbursed for the cost of the vet. Was never reimbursed! When I got home to Alaska found out the boy min pin had a bacterial infection in his lungs. Was told by petland I would be reimbursed for vet bill which was $900. Was never reimbursed. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!

  • Jay C

Store is clean, layout seems nice, staff is friendly. If you're going to look at a puppy, expect major sticker shock. Longhaired chocolate dapple dachshund, I was ready to take her home then and there........over $6k. They could discount her to over $4k though. The supposed package is nice...... but you're still not getting enough bang for the buck. I handed her back and walked the other way.

  • Ryan Otero

I did not realize the dogs at this store were from breeders. I wish I would have known before completing my purchase of a few dog treats and I would have put them back. There are so many dogs awaiting homes in pounds and shelters - no need to be selling dogs from breeders, even if they are reputable. This store could have rescue dogs on display just as easily as dogs from breeders.

  • Kadey Luz

Very nice staff. I love how you can interact with the pets before adopting. You can tell that they are taken care of and have lots of attention. Pet places where animals are cared for and not just thrown in a dirty enclosure are amazing. Not very expensive either. :) all the animals (ferrets especially) are so cute! Definitely will be purchasing my pets here in the future. 15/10

  • J H

We needed crickets for my ladies tree frog and they unfortunately were the only place in town who had them. Nothing but young kids hustling dogs, we waited 10 mins just to be helped then the girl got on the phone to try and sell a dog for 3500.00 dollars as 5 other associates acted contagious to customer service. Got enough crickets to last us but we definitely wont be back

  • Dahlia Olive

I have owned 3 hamsters before and they were never like the one I bought at Petland. They all bit the hell out of me. You can tell all of their animals are used to being held by humans. They are not scared, they don’t jump, or run away from you. Their animals may cost more, but are worth the extra money. You are going to get a quality animal that is not scared of you.

  • Cindy (LasVegasFood)

I can’t get over how many cute pets they have. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are very attentive and eager to help. The only thing I didn’t like was the price, who knew purchasing a dog would be so expensive. I also like that they set up new owners with the essentials and proper paperwork. If you need a pet and have a lot of money! This place is perfect!

  • Mary Maxon

The pet store was very nice, staff was very friendly. We have been looking for a labradoodle for a while now, and we found one at this store. But unfortunately we left empty handed the price for the pup was outstanding expensive! I know breeders sell there pups for way less! but there's a long waiting line. Don't know why they sell there pups for sooo much.

  • Nick L

Great selection of pet related items. Prices seems slightly higher than box box stores however the quality likely makes up for the inconsistency. Appears to be Very safe and clean. Animals appear to be welcome in the shop. Staff are friendly; and appear to be more concerned about customer service rather than making sales which I respect. Will return again.

  • susan dais

Love animals so stopped by. The smell of parvo was so prominent it is horrible. A lot of puppies do not live through that if they get it and it is very contagious. If you consider buying one there be ready to immediately take it to a Veterinarian and be prepared for it to spend alot of time at the vet before it can come home if it lives.

  • Doug Wever

I suppose there's nothing wrong with this location or the staff. However the prices of some of these animals are absolutely ridiculous. $3500 for a dog? I know some people would say that it's a normalcy now but this is very expensive. We were also told when we were in there some of the dogs go upwards of $20,000!? Like seriously?

  • Stephanie Registe

They made the purchase easy for my husband who had got her for me for a birthday present. They provided us with everything we would need to start with our new dachshund Princess. We have had her for a year now and had a great experience with Petland. We plan to get another in the future and will definitely come back.

  • N. Arnautu

I was only able to spend 30 minutes there but Donny was so helpful with our Gunner and finding booties to protect his paws from the Vegas heat. The staff we entered acted with were so welcoming and knowledgeable about their animals and in general. I was definitely impressed and am looking forward to our next visit.

  • Jill Ines

The associate who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I totally forgot her name (younger blond) but didn't forget her awesome customer service!!! We are currently shopping for a ferret, but not everyone is on board with a new pet just yet. Definitely going to have to go back when we are all ready.

  • Jennifer Vandiver

I like this place because they have puppies to play with and unique toys/clothes, but would never purchase a puppy from them. I wanted a certain puppy, and they wanted to charge 7500 for it. I found a very reputable breeder, AKC certified with microchip and shots, for 1500. What was the extra 6k for?

  • Alejandro Salcedo

Amazing pet store, love it. They have a grand selection of canines, a few reptiles and birds. 4 stars because they don't post the breed of dog or price on the viewing windows. They move the dogs around but surely can come up with a system. The store is very clean and the workers a wonderfully polite.

  • Roxane Williams

We adopted a severe macaw about a month. The staff was fantastic pleasant and patient. You all were so geniune and care for your pets. Abby, Joy and others thank you so much. We are from az and we will be back! John and Roxane. Thank you for our precious Abby she brings such joy to our home!! …

  • Amanda M

I went in with my friend who is looking for a puppy and had a terrible experience. Hailey was the one helping us and she made us wait a long time, ignored us multiple times when we were trying to ask questions, and treated us horribly. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not buy a pet here.

  • Deb

Hate to say this, they have the most beautiful puppies I have ever seen. Such a large variety, many breeds. It's still a pet store, and they say they only work with breeders, not sure about that. Prices are all around 4500 ish, although I look , can't bring my self to purchase from a pet store.

  • Wayne Davies

Took my wife to see if she could find a dog that she wanted. I knew the second we went in there that we were bringing home a new dog. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you're looking for an addition to your family I would recommend stopping in and checking out Petland

  • char tex

It's my first time at this pet store. I had no idea there was a pet store in Boca Park. I picked up a number of pet toys. A couple bully sticks. Pig's ears. And a healthy small dog meal. My fussy Yorkie loved everything but the healthy dog meal. Good prices. Friendly employees. It's all good.

  • DeeDee Palmborg

Hailey was so Racist an in shock that I came in an spent 10,000$ on 2 puppies. She wasn’t a big help at all especially after spending that much money she began to move slower the only good thing about the process was the Havanese that I came to see two weeks earlier was still available

  • Marty Murrillo

The team made the buying experience really easy. I wanted two Boston Terriers and found them at Petland. The team was helpful, courteous, not pushy, knowledgeable and well trained. Jimmy, Dobby, and Vanessa were awesome! If you are thinking of getting a puppy, this is the place.

  • Terry Wilkie

Partner miniature poodle there and had a great experience except for the price. We love him but they really did price gouging on the purchase adding a ton of things you'll never need and we didn't want. Heads up you can't just go in there and buy a dog without all the add-ons.

  • Linda Ogram

A pet shop in a shopping strip. They were having a sale on puppies and it was apparent why. There were up to 4 puppies in each cage. Some of the dogs had been there awhile since they were half grown. There were no kittens or fish for sale but lots of lizards and tarantulas.

  • Kevin Marley

Amazing store, the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. We got to play with a husky and golden retriever on our visit, and both puppies were super cute and fun. The area for the puppies is really nice and adequate space for you to visit and play with the puppies.

  • Anonymous Consumer

They just renovated this store . It was much needed and it came out great. It’s twice as big and everything is upgraded . Even the staff it seems like. Environment dictates mood and this shop is proof. I will continue to go here for my dog treats and everything hampster.

  • omar vazquez

This is my second time purchasing a chocolate miniature schnauzer. Stay away from Marshall he always lies about the prices and the discounts you are going to get. Hanna was the employee that helped my boyfriend and I with our puppy. She was very informative and caring.

  • Anayeli De Santiago

disappointed in todays customer service. I asked to see a kitten and was told “sorry that kitten can’t come out today. He’s had too much play time” I was interested in buying a cat and now will never know if that kitten was the one. Will be looking elsewhere for a pet.

  • Layla Guzman

best pet store i have ever been to friendly staff and the animals look well taken care of i spoke to a brunette with tattoos the last time we came and got to play with the cutest puppys and she was so attentive only place i would consider buying a pet from

  • William Stone

They have beautiful pets and from what I've seen, very caring people working there. I now have two dogs from there, Cavaliers, and both are healthy and loving. Jordan helped me this last time and made the process very easy and answered all my questions.

  • Christian Dreyer

Good selection. Helpful employees. Very much overpriced dogs. We were quoted $4800 for a Gold Retriever and $4400 for a 3 month old Siberian Husky. The price on the Husky is 3-5 times the national average, which is insane. Make sure to shop around.

  • Kathleen H

Marshall was so nice and professional. We are hoping to come back and get the puppy we are interested in. Not only do they have puppies for sales. They are a full service pet store. I now have a new place to get my lizard 's food and accessories.
