Boutique is the place to go if you're looking for a new family member. Great selection of puppies from small to big all types of breeds available. We chose a male Shih Tzu puppy which we named Oliver to be a companion for our Bengal cat Lucky, they are the best of buddies. We have our puppy for almost a year and he is extremely friendly and funny and loves everyone. The staff at Puppy Boutique are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Vanessa, Calvin and especially Kathleen are very patient and really good at dealing with all the questions that we had. I give the a lot of credit with all of them for juggling all the customers that come into the store. I have to say it's very hard to choose a puppy when they are all so adorable and if can afford it get two puppies. I remember the first time we went looking for a puppy I'll never forget how clean all of the cages were and the store didn't smell at all. Every puppy looks very healthy and happy, we went several times before making our decision and enjoyed our experience every time. Puppy Boutique also offers grooming services which are bone non the best groomer I ever went to, Cynthia grooms all the puppies that are sold there and the puppies smell sooo good. I advise you to make an appointment with Cynthia in advance because she can be very busy at times, we willl not go anywhere else for grooming. My girlfriend went into this store just to browse and ended up falling in love with a female Frenchie. She begged me to come and play with her. This store has a couple of private rooms where you can play and interact with the puppies. I was hesitant at first since I’ve heard horror stories about puppy mill pets. When I walked in, I was very impressed. This place is clean and all the puppies seemed healthy and active. Nico and Calvin spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable about their animals and they have all of their records. From birth, transport to arrival. I did not expect that at all! So, 3 weeks after the initial visit, I ended up walking out with not one but two Frenchies! I went by myself this time to buy them so I can surprise my girlfriend. The store manager, Kathleen, gave me an awesome deal for purchasing 2 puppies at the same time! They seemed very healthy and happy! They acclimated with our other pets immediately! So my son was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, recently his maltese puppy was stolen and I want to purchase him another puppy. Looked online found a maltese puppy here at a reasonable price. Well I'm currently in Florida due to a close family member being on life support due to covid19. I called spoke to a young lady that was very nice. I explained my situation I told her that I would be willing to pay them $1000 extra plus boarding fees because I won't be returning back to pick up puppy until a week and a half or less. I asked if they could make an exception. The owner told me no. I explained to her if she wanted proof of my son being sick. And that all he wanted was a maltese puppy to make him happy. She still told me no. Honestly I am very disappointed that they weren't even willing to help me out. She said no that the most they can hold puppy is 3 days. I offered to pay boarding fees and an extra $1,000 on top of puppy price they said no. ITS VISIBLE THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE DAM MONEY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SONS LAST WISHES COME TRUE

I found out about them via google map search and we found our perfect pup companion for our maltipoo! Calvin and company are very attentive and the online messaging works great. They even replied back when I left a voicemail. Due to the COVID 19 restriction, you must set up an appointment. Don’t just show up because they are booked and limited to the amount of people they can allow per the Governor’s order. So blame the person imposing these restriction not the business as they could get shut down if they don’t abide by the rules. If you happen to just walk by, just stand in front of the door and wait. They have other people inside that they are providing service to, so be patient. The location is not the greatest, but their prices are not as ridiculous as the bigger pet store chain out there... The best of luck and I hope you all will find the perfect bundle of joy you all been looking for...

It's been over a year since I bought my french bulldog here, and I'm happy to report he has been in great health and has been the best addition to my family! The day we walked in, we must have spent a couple hours just playing with the puppy - never felt rushed, the employees answered all our questions and were happy to help. They made the process so easy, and I was thrilled that they had a vet lined up for the first check up after we brought him home (and already had him microchipped!). I stuck to what you're supposed to do with puppies, which is keeping them indoors and away from other non-vaccinated pets until he received all of his vaccinations. Clean bill of health! I moved out of state a year ago for work, but once I'm back in town, we plan to be back to add another frenchie to the family. Puppy Boutique will be our first and final stop! We have been going to this store for 2 plus years playing with the puppies. My grandson loves this store and enjoys playing with all the pups. Even though they have some of the cutest puppies ever, I finally saw the one for us and purchased her. This store has treated us amazingly each time we visit and we have to tell you we love our new addition to the family. Thank you all for letting us visit your store so many times with out purchasing We love our new baby and she will be well taken care of. We will also keep visiting your store so my grandson can play with the pups as it makes him very happy. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good cuddly puppy and wants to be treated well.

The staff has been ext helpful and thoughtful during all of our puppy transactions. We feel very confident in their puppy selection and the breeders they use. Our dogs have been more than we could have hoped for in regards to their health and disposition. Puppy Boutique offers a great selection of puppies at a price that’s more in line with a consumers budget without giving up the same warranties and guarantees as its competitors. I have lived in Las Vegas for the last 30+ years and haven’t found a puppy store that even comes close to this store. The employees are all very friendly and willing to take the time to really find the puppy that fits our wants and needs.

Very helpful and love our new baby! He did end up having ear mites and very mild kennel cough but those were resolved very quickly and no out of pocket costs (and vet said kennel cough has been high in the area and mites were probably from parents/litter). He has a wonderful personality and it was cheaper than a lot of breeders we were looking at. He's extremely smart and completely potty trained after just 3 weeks. We had originally wanted to adopt from shelter but I had specific needs to train as a psychiatric therapy dog and have not been disappointed :) He gets along well with my other dog, I just wish we had a backyard for them to run their energy out!

Today I purchase a Shihtzu, cute as can be!! Well I have to say I am very impressed with the service that they provide. They are very knowledgeable of the puppies they have and you can really tell that they take well care of the puppies. All of the cages are very clean which I have not seen that in other pet stores! Not only that but they go all out to try to help you take the puppy you want. Don’t really remember her name, but she speaks Spanish she went all out to help us get the puppy we wanted and had a lot of patience with me! God bless you missy!! We loved this place. Vanessa was very patient and made us feel important even after I told her we would not be purchasing a dog today. The puppiesare very Well taken care of and loved. They seem happy and very playful. We were sad we didn't get to play with the puppy we wanted to but it is due to a policy they have, all to make sure the puppies are safe. I loved them and really enjoyed to see a place were puppies are sold and loved at the same time. We will be purchasing a puppy and we will definitely be purchasing it here. Do not buy a puppy from here. No reputable breeder sells to these stores, I found out the bad way. The puppy I purchased from here has severe behavioral issues consistent with dogs that are breed recklessly, separated from their mother too early, and come from puppy mills according to my vet. If you buy a dog from here you will struggle to potty train them, they might display severe compulsion behaviors, they will be under socialized. Being on that cage 24/7 makes all of it worse. Even tho everyone was very nice and helpful, don’t do it, it is not worth the headache.

I adopted a rescue puppy two weeks prior to my appointment and his fur was matted. The lady treated my puppy like a new born baby. She held , cuddled and rubbed him. The appointment took approximately 1 1/2 hours but it was worth the wait. He was beautiful when they finished. They even cleaned his ears and put a bandanna on him. They only charged $65 for everything. This place treated my pet like a person and I couldn't of ask for better customer service!! UPDATE: Went back for another appointment with my puppy Hector and the service was still EXELLENT!!

I have another new family member. I love this place because Vanessa is so great. She patient, through, informative and she has the best customer service skills. I worked in hotels (hospitality) and believe me, I know great customer service. My Lexi now has a brother Kobe. I found Lexi in December 2020 and I brought Kobe home yesterday 10/08/21. Vanessa was so helpful and had answers and suggestions for all of my questions. She made me feel so comfortable. I recommend you go to Puppy Boutique and ask for Vanessa. I guarantee you will not regret it.

I went here for a grooming that my dog desperately needed. My dog also had some skin irritation issues that we were worried about. My girlfriend brought the dog in and everyone was extremely nice to her about everything. They took the time to listen to her and address all of our concerns. They gave us tips and told us what to do to help our dog's skin recover. They did a GREAT job with a very difficult grooming. I will be going back here regularly. I highly recommend this place!

Although I did not purchase an animal today the store did appeal to me as a future animal purchaser. The dogs look very well taken care of, there was an adequate amount of staff taking care of the animals, and the cages all looked clean. I played with a sweet dog who appeared very healthy, and was energetic. Staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to tell me specifics about the breed and price.

We have now adopted two puppies from the Puppy Boutique - one in March and one in August (2012). Yes, we loved this place enough to go back! The owners care about the pets and are very knowledgeable. The animals are well taken care of and we have been very happy with the entire experience. They also have a great selection of puppies and do not support puppy mills. As soon as we saw the puppy's eyes, they were ours. She had an adorable tummy and it only took playing with her for a little while before deciding that this would be our little girl! The associate who met us was also very nice, knowing everything about dogs makes all of your decisions easier when you're in such trouble over which pet to get because there are so many options available at any given moment.

These guys are the BEST! They are so friendly and helpful, and didnt pressure us at all. We found a sweet, adorable pup that we fell in love with...they let my husband and I spend time in private playing with her and getting to know her. Found this place through Google and as soon as my family and I walked in Calvin the manager greeted us and answered all put 100 questions we had! I was pleasantly surprised. They had younger and older pups - one was 18 weeks old. They were alert and active and looked well taken care of. They're closed Tuesdays for receiving new animals. They prefer you call for an appointment. Someone canceled so I was able to get in... I loved it!!

Grooming services on point!! They did an amazing Job with my fussy 6 month old toy poodle. The groomer knows what she’s doing. This is the place to be for puppy grooming. She even took time to give us an advice and sometimes would give us free samples. The best in the city.
