They finally got wifi!!!! They might have had it a while actually, I hadn't been there for about 8 months. Huge and very clean/tidy women's washroom, paper towels AND driers, maybe 4 each?, all motion activated; activated sinks as well; huge mirrors that I've rarely seen smudgy; smells good. I've heard the same for the men's. Store is always tidy; floors are always clean, even in winter; selection of products is AMAZING(tourists, truckers, regulars; plushies, clothing, cleaning, drinks, snacks, electronics, truck repair stuff....they even had 12V coffee makers and the like!!); staff is usually super friendly, helpful, and often hilarious if given the chance. LOTS of parking, front, sides, back; and a e Charger thing. Pumps work well, not slow, buttons are good, ads are relevant, sign is visible and accurate. The attached A&W is a little slow, even the drive thru, but the are accurate and most of them are friendly and willing to answer dumb questions about the menu, such as "can I get a cup pd ice please?".......its A&W....they don't HAVE ice....(in my defence, I was massively under-caffienated)

I locked myself out on last Wednesday. Almost midnight and it was rainy. The staff was so efficient and helpful that I couldn’t believe such ppl still live on earth. Every possible help and effort was made to help me unlock my truck. The guys brought me ladder and extra keys , called everyone to help but no towing truck or company would help. Watching These guys giving a lady out of the world service random truck drivers started helping out by trying their keys and finally a driver from Midland company had bunch of extra keys ; He tried one and it worked. Petro Pass I am so grateful and obliged for being super helpful ppl. People are true assets and you got the best ones. Well homeless again, and this place offers showers for a low price of 5.65 tx In, the room was small old and out dated but did offer all that you'd expect, they even have laundry facilities available. The taps never stopped dripping , the shower curtain never reached the floor so after my shower I was forced to use my towel to soak up the water that had flown everywhere, and to top it all off I forgot to grab my watch off the paper towel dispenser and when I called the next day they apparently didn't find it (rolls eyes) so either they didn't clean my shower room (#1) and the next person took it or the staff has taken it ...I'm afraid that even after this minor theft I'm still forced to use the facilities they have to offer ...Isn't life full of its ups & downs

One of the worst place to take a shower. I am a BVD customer still had to pay for Shower & the customer service asked for my Truck Key or My ID just to take a shower. If they can’t trust me for a $5 shower how do they expect me to trust them with such an expensive truck and load ? Asking and keeping the id to take shower is the stupidest thing and also they cloud misuse it however they like. Showers and place were clean though. I suggest all fellow drivers to never give them your id to them to hold on to take shower.

Good location middle between toronto to Montreal run so if your log is about run out I do think this is good spot to stop because also here is A&W so you can have breakfast in the morning as well and also it has good parking and big lounge. Feel free to stop here. Front of it there is Tim Hortons as well. But I would like to add one more thing which is due to covid 19 pandemic petro-pass not providing you any soap towel in the shower facilities so you should carry your own stuff like soap and towels etc.

One of the worst in the country when it comes to customer service. The evening teller was very rude.Would not give her name which was rubbed off from her name tag. Telling the other employee to keep an eye on me so I didn't steal. If the printer is not working you can be expected to pay for your filthy shower room, and tack on an extra $7 for towel rental. You would think in a heatwave they would have a little empathy. You can be sure our two dozen fleet trucks will no longer be coming here.

9am isn't the time to clean the men's bathroom using a female employee amd locking it down to sweep floors in the winter. News flash we just need the toilet and sinks clean. I mean 7 of us waiting in the wall while you take your sweet time is unprofessional, rest of the store is huge and has a lot of what we need parking included

Usually centennial gas station is really good on the way home from a long day... tonight however, at 1223am December 3/2022.. the doors were locked and the worker was sitting in their black truck staring at us trying to get in to make a purchase, didn't even bother to get out of their vehicle to let paying customers in!!

There truck pumps are gross never work, small parking and cash counter people they just don’t want to help you. They just want nobody comes in so that they can have some relax. Where ever you go to cash counter for help, they don’t help you and treat you like why you came here go somewhere else. Not worth it coming here

I trusted Petro Canada to be my main gas source but when I seen they are ripping me off by 3 cents a leater with gas station down the road being cheaper I said to myself I had enough Petro scruing me over and over I'm not that rich paying 3 cents more most of the time so I decided to never go there again.

Hi ,being Trucker I go to places . This place is not bad but the person on duty is not helpful. I told her there is no soap in wash room please give me other wash room key she refuses there are 3 wash room empty at that time.very bad customer service. Today 27 July,2021 at 8:45am.

This is a normal Petro Canada gas station with convenience store. They have all been basically made the exact same now. However, the A&W isn't attached but it is just right beside it, probably only 100 feet away. There also is a car wash on site right behind the store.

Petro pass one of the worst service in Canada , Always ask for fuel receipt for showers . We are BVD customers and why Petro-Pass always behave rudely for shower. Please update your app like loves pump USA and Flying j Canada how they provide services there customers.

Come here often for fuel and sleep. Night/early morning staff are awesome!! They always get an A+ from me. They are always busy and always so friendly. I try hard to make it here before I run out of hours cuz this is my choice to call it a night on the 401.

The most expensive Petro-Pass diesel in southern Ontario, very driver un-friendly management. They want you to buy their fuel and leave quickly. Don't even think about parking your truck there over weekend - they will call tow truck to get rid of you.

Not too sure if they really cleaned the shower before we went even if the cleaning lady was in the hall so 3 stars for the shower. But employe was smiley and nice to us and that's a nice place to sleep too and lots of parking for trucks …

Super clean and everything at the pumps works. Can get a meal to go from the A&W or something to snack on or a fresh coffee if you're in a hurry. Can get gas or diesel and also DEF fluid. Thank you Petro staff for a job well done.

Very clean place and all the pumps clean and working conditions and all the def pumps working definitely they put sing if pumps not working that is very important for the drivers it is always there very good service...

Great Petro-Canada location! There are plenty of gas terminals, location is right by the highway for quick access. The station itself is large and is always clean. This is my go-to Kingston station.

Sometimes they don’t give team shower. And they don’t explain why but every other petro pass offer team shower. Somebody is filling $1000 diesel every day and they have this thing to offer.

Staff is very friendly when cashing out. Have the old school manners that I miss about customer service and can hold a quality conversation. Love stopping here to get gas later at night.

Petro Canada won't even break 100 dollar bill at the stores if u don't spent more than 50. Bike will get used to 91 and I'm sure and I can get that with customer service anywhere else

I came here and was in the a&w trying to get their attention. I practically yelled and I could hear them talking and they didn't come. Who ever works at 2:30am needs to be fired

Good location not far from the Highway restaurant attached has everything you need for a pit stop. The rescue uses this location as a hand-off in transport lots of parking

Nice clean store but was on step inside the store and got yelled at as I was putting my mask on to out it on.. Again employees getting off on authority with he masks..

The young lady who serve me was exceedingly polite and smiled genuinely. I know it's just business but it gave me the feeling that they appreciated me being there

Well stocked store, great selection, good coffee and an A&W too. Parking lot is packed with overnight trucks. Must have something to do with the amenities, Hmmm.

Friendly efficient staff, lots of pumps, easy access from the 401. Road from the traffic lights to the entrance is VERY rough, but it's only a short distance.

The service is awesome. The personnel is very friendly and smiling. I recommend this place. Huge selection of products in store and the coffee is delicious!!

Modern higher level of Petro Can. Store is spacious and well stocked. The attached A&W food quality was disappointing.(But if you prefer mostly bun...)

The guy at the counter is an awesome friendly customer service. After 8 hours of driving, talking to this friendly man was quite refreshing.

Drives me nuts how this location wants a fuel receipt from the last 24 hours to get a shower. Any other locations you just show your card.

BVD card doesn't always work at the pump, and usually no paper for a receipt, which means no free shower. Needs updated card readers.

Convenient for 401 travelers, but more expensive at the pump for locals. Have not seen a competitive gas price in our 6 years here.

Today a bit of a cluster but to be expected when drivers are not working together, but also don't help the they are low on fuel

Petro pass is frequently lined up during the day with one pump always out of order for some reason.
