Pathetic.. unprofessional.. Least bothered to respond qeuries those sitting on tables in the shop.... and the one who are managing social media.. contacted on insta, whatsapp n FB... just to know the stock availability, but no response... and on phone call, they just say, that you have to come.. and thats what happened on a visit, no kitten in stock.. but i would say.. front man sales persons atleast knows how to deal with customers.. only they listen to requirements Not recommended on the behaviour of Owners..

The shopkeeper was very irresponsible and I was in contact with him on a phone call and he was not correct. So, we visited there and when we saw that there was no required pet and even he was telling a lie. The both shop representatives were telling a lie and were giving wrong statements. I would recommend not to visit this shop and instead you should visit other shops in the same market.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. I have been waiting and they did not informed me that my order will reach at 5:30 pm as i have placed my order at 3:55, after my call then he informed me.. Bought a Kitten From Them few days back. belive me you can’t get more knowledgeable guys then these, they guide me completely as this was my first Experience. Yeah i got lucky to met the Owner Raza, He completely Guides me from a to z and my kitten is doing very well Alhamdulillah. Thank you Guys keep up the great work.

Really great company, great prices and seem to care about there clients. This is so important as I have dealt with other shops who don't deal there customers properly , and when you need dogs food on time and medication this is a must for me. 5 Stars for these guys! Some of the best quality cat selling shop pets point. I often go here for buy high quality imported toys, food and litter. The sales man are also very polite. They sell persian cat and kitten too. I bought some a long time before from here. Overall their products, clinic and service is very pleasent.

Very irresponsible behavior. I wanted a kitten, and they told me it was available. I messaged on WhatsApp asking for bank details so that I could make the payment; they didn’t even see my messages and sold the kitten to someone else. I have wasted my time. I would not recommend buying from them.

I had the worst experience with them. We left our cat with them for mating. First they said that mating is done but when we went there to pick our cat they said she didn’t mate. Also she has scratches on her nose. Plus she’s full of flees that caused her skin infection.

3rd rated staff. Despite prior appointment, he vanished from place. Did not have courtesy to attend or reply calls. Looks fake clinic. The vet Doc Waqas sahib when contacted, found out of country. Then why clinic was running without vet doctor
