Prices are much higher then other shops.. for example there was product of 20k he was selling it on 25k when i try to negotiate with him he simply said no there is not a single Penny he can spare he was asking 25500 then told me he can less out 500 so i just came out went to other shop... Shop's name was something like pet planet that guy soled me same product on 20k so I'll suggest stay away from this shop loot raha hai bhai yh

A very good place to visit for the necessities of your pets . You will find imported foods, accessories, medicines for cats, dogs, birds, fish etc.in a market competitive price. Mr. Ahmad Malik Owner is a very courteous, knowledgeable,helpful & polite person. There is an also arrangement for the veterinary doctor to cater the medical needs of the pets. Small but good place for the needs of your pets.

We have a really great experience with Royal Pet while it was our first experience to have a adorable Lily (My Cat) Mr Hamza helps us a lot not only setup my Lily new house but with her grooming and dietary. I have placed my order on 2nd July. From than I am in contact with them on WhatsApp. On 2nd July they said your order would be dispatched tomorrow and you will receive in one or two days. Now they are saying prices are increased. Very unprofessional behaviour. No fear of Allah Almighty .

Somewhat unprofessional behaviour, they seem to have just one delivery person who can not take instructions well. Unpredictable delivery time, you never know when you'll receive the items, even checking in with the shop does not help, items are not delivered in a timely manner.

These people are really unprofessional. They will take an order via website. Then will procrastinate untill your cats meal will end and then will ask you for increased price. Really unprofessional and awful customer services. Not recommended.

I'm a Vet Doctor. I highly recommend their products are quality assured and as well as their rates are quite reasonable. Their staff is cooperative and quite helpful. Highly recommended than the whole model town market.

Very unprofessional After saying dispatched. Now saying prices have been increase. And I am continuously in contact with them but they didn't told me anything. Now after 5 to 6 days they are saying prices are increased.
