We always get absolutely first class service from this store. Our dog needs medically approved food which needs to be especially ordered . Katie and Noah always have the order for us and if not , take the trouble to call and update us. They are great Ambassadors for Petstock . Well done to the whole Petstock Balgowlah Team . Rob , Jan

Fabulous staff … BUT … consistently out of stock. Every time I go there I leave without something I want. Its infuriating and I don’t feel I can support this store anymore. BTW have raised this more than once with regional sales team who each time promise that things will improve. My experience is that it has not improved.

Good range but what wins this pet store 5 stars is the service and knowledge of their team. If something is out of stock, they go to the trouble of asking about your pet and their circumstances in case they have something in stock that would serve your needs just as well. Great initiative!

Fantastic customer service, very knowledgable and always happy to have a chat to find out exactly what’s needed. They don’t try to upsell either, and have had some great recommendations from the staff. Plus our little pup loves it as well as she always gets a treat or two…

These guys are great! They are super helpful and have a self service Dog wash. Our puppy got up to a bit of mischief in the park and we had to unexpectedly wash him... The staff were all too happy to lend us a towel to use. Such great service!

Fantastic staff. All of them. Sam is always bright and helpful. Jen the Groomer is going to be our "Go to Groomer" for our families 4 Old English Sheep Dogs. They're hard work, however they always come out happy and looking fantastic.

Great range and the girls there were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The fact that our puppy is gorgeous was I am sure coincidence...A great range in a very big store and very helpful staff. Could not ask for more.
