Do not take your dog here for grooming. Took my beautiful Dog to Petstock Milperra for a light trim to tidy him up. I made the instructions clear that he was only to have a light trim.Instead they have used clippers and shaved all his beautiful fur off. His beautiful face is unrecognisable the way they have hacked his fur off. Rang to speak to manager to be told they had to cut short because it was matted. He did not go in there matted as he is a beloved, regularly groomed dog. If he had been matted they should have rang and discussed it with me. He looks nothing like he did before he went to have the worst haircut any of my dogs have ever had. My poor baby is now hiding under the lounge and won’t come out.

Pet hunting for our 2 children, we entered the store one Sunday afternoon and was assisted by 3 lovely young girls. They spent a good 10 minutes showing us how to adopt a pet and recommended websites etc to look for. Upon departure my daughter left her hand bag with her phone and $100 inside not releasing till 7pm that night. I telephoned the store in the morning and the wonderful shop assistant confirmed the bag with the phone and money were waiting for us to collect. So lovely to see and hear that there are wonderful, honest people out there thankyou! And we will definitely be returning to purchase pet food soon!

Not happy at all rushed job I have asked for full grooming My dog is cavoodle when I went to pick him up he looked anything but cavoodle he was shaved completely I've been advised that his hair was matted...I've accepted that but my argument is the hair around his mouth and the top of his head wasn't matted at all and should be slightly trimmed ...any grooming salon will take at least couple of hours or more. They message me after 45 minuets and said he's ready Unprofessional and rushed job in some areas his hair wasn't cut evenly Never again not recommended

The staff here are really friendly. They take the time to chat and give advice. One staff member advised me to hold off on buying an expensive product until my puppy was weighed so that I didn't waste my money - I really appreciated the transparency. They also run puppy classes and have cats available to adopt (sometimes rabbits and guinea pigs too). It is a new building in the Flower Power complex, so it is light and airy and spacious. You are welcome to bring your pet and parking is directly outside.

Really disappointed! Went in with my 5 year old to buy a gold fish and one was dead and one looked sick bent in half horrible for a child to see! I heard a lady telling the staff member and they didn’t care less!! Poor quality fish and not looked after so be careful buying from this store means you could end up with a sick fish or one that doesn’t last long. I don’t recommend this store and my daughter was so upset we just left

Very good store but the girls working are the least friendly stuff I have ever seen. Won’t shop here again. And in front of me they stopped a girl from coming in as it was 1 min past the closing time. And the customer was crying in the car as she was asked to leave in a rude tone. Time stamp: Saturday- 5:00pm. Management you know who is rostered for today and take action please. Cheers

Friendly staff, lot of the products now you can get online and much cheaper. Lots of parking as it’s right to flower power. Attending puppy school for my little puppy however pre school for my puppy was very basic and the trainer yes she was nice but very young with less experience. Overall good experience but majority of the staff are young and obviously animal lovers.

GROOMER REVIEW We decided to try out the new Milperra grooming service. Our dog Marley got a beautiful cut however the groomer cut her nails too short - her nail started bleeding once she started walking on it when we got home. I'm weary taking her there again because of this. The store on the other hand is great! Friendly staff 5/5!

Friendly staff. They didn't stock the item I was looking for, but did look online for me, found what I wanted, wrote it down and measured my dog, for the items size.. have previously bought from this outlet previously, always friendly, always helpful, parking was easy right outside.

Parking at the front of store... Staff member was extremely helpful in what I was looking for... Took her time to explain the product... Stock that I was after is a very pricey so I'm gonna look for a cheaper one on the net... Overall shop was very clean and staff were great...

The best team of staff and trainers! Out of all the pet places I’ve been they’re always incredibly helpful regardless of the reason for my visit. Not to mention so understanding of animals and even us as pet owners. BENJI loves coming in and so do I !!!

Very friendly and informative staff. I've been here multiple times to buy aquarium items and, while they don't have a massive range, they do have all of the essentials to start and maintain a fish tank. Store is always clean and shelves are stocked.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Our dogs love it as they get treats, they're not as keen on the dog wash but great that they have 2 washing stations. Members also get 15% discount after a full price purchase.

Thank you to the fantastic groomer at Milperra, my dog has now been groomed twice by you & she thoroughly enjoys her visit at the "hairdresser". I have recommended you to all my friends with pooches.

Trying out their puppia soft harness for my rabbit as he has out grown the usual rabbit harnesses and I wanted a vest harness for him. Looks good, we just need to see how well it suits while walking

Great stock of pets items. Unfortunately due to Covid19 don't have any type of fish. Hope this is fixed soon, cant wait for our new fish tank to be completed …

Not worth one star! If your pets mean something to you avoid this place at all costs. I lost my pet due to the negligence of irresponsible unqualified staff at PETSTOCK Milperra.

Nathan was very helpful! I am a first time cat owner and he took out time to answer all my questions and recommended items that would be helpful. 10/10 would recommend

I came in and they had a very small fish tank on their counter with 3 goldfish! The poor fish were so crowded and could hardly swim around. So sad to see …
