WOW I never expected to have such a lovely experience. Vanessa and all the staff were fantastic. We adopted (forever) a rescue Cat and picked him up just as the lock-down was about to begin. He was an anxiety pet for my daughter. This wee boy has changed both our lives and bought love and fun into our home. Funny as I work for Mazda and his name was Zoom. We have renamed him Ace because he is Black and White and is literally "Ace" so this is his new family name. We love and adore this wee creature. I will never forget the experience we had. Vanessa instilled confidence in us and gave us all the advice we needed to look after him. Thank you Vanessa and the PetStock staff. Ace is a very happy and smothered wee cat :) xxxxx

definitely going back, the lady that helped me was so kind and knew a lot about fish and how to care for them. She helped me pick out some white clouds for my new tank and i love them they are so healthy and beautiful. wish i caught her name i definitely recommend talking to her! drift wood is also from here its very good quality for only $12 very happy

I'm really disappointed in Pet Stock Mona Vale. I have been booked my dog in 3 times over the past month for dog grooming and have been cancelled 3 times. I understand that there are unavoidable circumstances (Covid). Having said that, the grooming member did not try and resolve the situation or offer any reasonable alternative. Will not be returning.

the man wouldn’t sell me a fish because my 30 litre tank with a filter plant and light , which already holds one goldfish couldn’t hold two gold fish according to fish regulations. That tank has held three fish for 2 years, so two fish is fully capable to go inside that tank. Very disappointed with his attitude and customer service.

Such an incredible experience, dropping in here on the way to the dog park at Bayview and walked away with the best experience. For some reason pet stores attract the friendliest and most helpful staff. I live a fair distance away but will take any opportunity I can to drop in when I'm around.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. We get our chicken food, and premium dog food here, and get regular discounts from the membership. Their cat adoption program also helps us get our cat fix, and it's lovely to see when animals get rehomed.

Good service,quick staff get to know you and ask about your pets. Vety helpful with new products and finding the right fit for your pet. Now have a grooming service. Parking can be challenging if they are busy.

Tash in grooming is fantastic she is very gentle and caring and i have followed her to Mona vale from Brookvale because of this reason i highly recommend her if you have an anxious pooch like i do.
