I GOT DOWN TO MY LAST PIECE OF MEAT AT IT HAD GREEN ON IT? Ive had stomach cramps and sharp pains in my abdomen all afternoon and i cannot wait to leave work and go and sit in a waiting room at the doctors for hours FFS! I'm almost certain i can feel food poisoning coming on, this is the absolute worst pho i have ever eaten, i was actually excited to find a Vietnamese restaurant close to work, I've had to cancel my plans for tonight which is really frustrating. The lady was borderline rude but i didn't care because i genuinely thought i had found somewhere i could get good pho from everyday, if the pho wasn't good (which it wasn't) i wouldn't bother writing this review, i just wouldn't go back but the fact that i feel so sick after it I'm not holding back, DO NOT EAT HERE!!
I used to visit this restaurant often before covid and also after covid. Today I felt like going again, I ordered skin chicken and rice as always. When I was eating seor third or forth spoon at the side of the plate, I saw an insect leg, should be that of cockroach or fly. I showed it to the waiter he said sorry and took away the plate. I was sitting then don’t know who he is owner or the manager told me that it’s alright and won’t charge money. Seriously he was unapologetic and no professional at all. He should have come and said sorry at least. I also feel that the kitchen is very dirty. Such careless and dirty people. I nearly vomited after seeing the insect leg because I was eating from the same plate. Never ever going there again, yuck
My best friend & I ate at Pho Ha Noi Restaurant at Rooty Hill for lunch yesterday for my birthday. We both ordered Combination Laksa, Mango Smoothie & Iced Drink with Pearls. Prior to this, we waited for buses going to Bidwell or Emerton & the only bus available was the one going to Rooty Hill which we boarded. We said we will just choose a restaurant there. Luckily we chose Pho Ha Noi Vietnamese Restaurant. We were very satisfied with their great food & also good service. I recommend Pho Ha Noi to everyone who wants to eat great food, lovely free tea & good service.

I ordered the crispy chicken and vietnamese rolls. There was only one guy attending at the counter, he's also, taking orders from the phone, he's also serving the food orders to the table. He's doing everything except cooking I guess. They should have another person to assist the customers and extra cook or helper in the kitchen. They do get quite busy specially on the weekends. I waited for a total of 40 minutes for my order. I've paid as i order tru eftpos, if i didn't, I will walk out after 20 minutes. The vietnamese rolls could've been better. I'll never go back there again. 40 minutes wait is appalling.
Found this cute little authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Rooty Hill through Menulog. It is comparable to the quality you get in South-West Sydney as we regularly travel to Cabra or Canley for our pho fix in the evening. Would recommend to give them a go ☺️ and prices are reasonable! You will also save on time and fuel .. We will be back!

Sydney sider when think about Vietnamese food in their mind is Cabramatta is the best place to go Far away from Cabramatta, at Rooty hills area close to train station , Phò Hà Nôi deliver to local about Vietnamese food. Taste is average, nothing special, 1 thing that very special that this restaurant willing to take a big gambling to introduce Vietnamese food in northwest area. You really need assistance for your lunch time (we do understand due to Covid-19 very hard to survive for every business owner) All the best Phò Hà Nôi Thank you for your nice meal
Wasnt able to contact the restaurant their phones were down. Wan tong soup wasnt good they just used a bunch of cheap stock, flavorless wan tongs, the noodles are dishusting and look like 2 minute noodles, fried rice was flavourless for $10 we added soy sauce to improve it and the vegetables were from a frozen veggie packet,my chicken stir fry had 3 pieces of chicken and once again 2 minute noodles and the pad Thai was flavourless no meat. Avoid this place they cut all corners it was the worst food what a waste of $50 never would order again
We love having lunch here with family every weekend from old and new management. The food is delicious, generous portion and the price is affordable. Most of the food is yummy. We recommend chili thai basil fried rice, beef pho, crispy skin chicken with tomato rice and crispy egg noodles was the best.

Loved this little family run restaurant! Food is crazy cheap but amazing quality. Restaurant is on the more run down side but nothing to be concerned about, it gives it a great authenticity vibe! Have eaten both in dine in and takeaway, and the food has always been quick and great both ways. Has become a local go to for vietnamese food!

Ordered Beef Pho from here only as I was working in the area. Broth is ok, probably average. I kindly asked from some fresh chilli and lemon and the lady didn't seem very impressed. But most disappointing was there was no fresh basil or bean sprouts. I didn't think to check this when I picked up and only noticed when I got back to office. If I'm out this way again, I might stick to a burger and chips.
The whole meal was just horrible. Arrived 30 mins late, cold and watery... Everything was watery, even the pork. Mongolian beef tasted like watery gravy with a whole lot of carrot and not much else, Singapore noodles tasted like a 5c pack of homebrand 2 minute noodles, also watery as hell. I don't know what I just received but it did not at all resemble even the worst food court Asian food.
Highly recommend the crispy skin chicken with tomato rice, and any of the bibimbap options (chicken, beef, pork). The chicken was fresh and juicy, and my bibimbap was so delicious; meat was tender with lots of flavour, while the veggies added crunchy texture to the rice which I stirred a raw egg through. Prices are very reasonable and service is pretty quick, good for work lunches.
The special beef pho broth was not hot as it should be while there quite alot of meat it was a disappointment. The laksa soup was very watery and there quite alot of soup. The fresh rice paper rolls were okay but the prawns were on the smaller side. Service and staff were reasonable at best.

I have eaten here twice in the past week as the food is so delicious. I had a chicken laska with a side of spring rolls and it was perfect. The previous time I had there five spice chicken, the flavour was sensational. The menu has variety for none Vietnamese eaters and it's excellent value for money. Also run by a small family. Ill be back before I go home :)
I found the food very delicious and fresh. And it fitted feeds a family of 4 for under $50 depending on what you order. There is ample room for customers to sit comfortably wether it be inside or outside the restaurant and the customer service is good. I definitely recommend this place for a casual eat out amogst family and friends.
Amazing service and very friendly staff. Food is reasonably priced and good quality food

i am given 4 star just cause the GREAT service and vibe in the restaurant. Food was definitlly custom to Western taste, i am Asian, prefer salty food, pretty sure there is suger added to my stir fry? or maybe it the overloaded onion? the quail was deep fry with weird oil, it taste funny. anyway, over all, still glad i give it a go.
Not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant .They serve Thai, Korean and other Asian cuisine as well. I ordered a vermicelli dish that didn't have any flavour and the spring rolls were really oily. The salt and pepper calamari had a lot of crumb but very little calamari in each piece. The beef noodle soup had good flavour in it though.
The Restaurant had new Management. Good place for family dine out.

Verry poor sevice. They rang for my address 7 times and want to the worng address they want to the house 3mins down the road. The food tased really bad. I ordered Gallic prwans and got Gallic chicken. I called them and tolled them the problem and they tolled me sorry but we can not help you. Never ordering from them again.
The crispy chicken that I ordered was delicious, packed with flavour alongside the sauce and at a pretty average price. Interesting presentation, and the restaurant feels quite nice to dine in, with long tables and soft music. Kind and welcoming staff and a good location right next to the train station.
My kids loves the laksa so much that every sip of the soup they always said delicious. The crispy chicken is average. I would suggest the cashew chicken to be more on sticky sauce rather than watery but the taste was spot on..The service was fast too. I will come back and try some other menu next time.
I went there at off peak hour. Not many guests and taste of the food is nice. Big portion, worth for money.

Service seems to have deteriorated in the couple of months since last visit. Seafood hotpot came without plates, bowls, cutlery or strainers. Table top cooker seemed to have two settings (blow torch or birthday candle). My wife and I have had several good meals here, this was not one of them.
Bad To the bone! I ordered Garlic prawns, they tasted pretty good... when I got to the last one it had some green on it. Eww. Then I ordered noodle soup as takeout, and what I got was more onions than noodles... I had to fight the onions with my spork just to get to the noodles!
The food is cheap. However, the crispy chicken with rice is very salty. Pho is good.

I placed an order which the restaurant rejected and they have not refunded me my $50. Very rude on the phone and got hung up on as well. Will never order there again. They don't even deserve one star. Don't know how they received 4 1/2 star on menulog
The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is amazing . Their bibimbap is honestly addicting because it’s soo good. If I could give them more stars I would.

I ordered the $11 beef noodle soup (pho bo) and the $8 seafood spring rolls. They were both delicious! One of the most delicious and affordable pho places in the Mt Druitt/Blacktown area. The soup was flavoursome with a hint of sweetness.
I've been here a few months ago and it just doesn't compare to what you get from Cabramatta or Bankstown! Still there isnt any Vietnamese places around so and prices are reasonable so if you have a craving for Vietnamese, here is a option
It's not Pho that is served. It's not even close. My kids did liked the fried chicken. Not sure about the rest of the menu but when you have Pho in restaurant name and menu you better get it right. Not recommended for the Pho soups.
Not nice at all like we couldn't eat it all but we did because it would be a waste of $40 but i would rather spend at money at MacDonalds there special fired rice smells off the spring rolls are way over cooked wont be going back
Delicious food. Only problem with the pho is you have to ask for the sprouts and basil. They don't give it automatically because they said most people didn't use it and they didn't like wastage. So remember to ask …
I would have to say that the food here is very genuine Vietnamese food. All served in a clean little restaurant, run by friendly considerate staff. Great effort out west. It was really, unexpectedly good.
Springrolls were barely warm on the outside and very cold in the middle! The tofu stirfry barely had any flavour. Not the best, but it was close to the train station for a quick meal before heading home.
Friendly staff. Food was legit. Had Beef Pho and Crispy Chicken with Red Rice and it was on point. Good Viet food if you cant be f'd driving all the way to Cabramatta. Definitely going back for more.
Price for value is great. Flavourful broth and perfect amount of meat cuts and noodles. Hits the spot. Walking away happy!

Amazingly yummy & cheap food here in Rootyhill, we loved all our dishes, polite friendly service, warm & friendly, highly recommend this place & will be making it our place to eat …
Stir fry lemon grass chicken supposed to be dry, came with full box of watery gravy Chef's spl sizzling pork belly again suppose to be dry came with full box of watery gravy, its -0 point
Its not that easy to find good Vietnamese food at a reasonable price, in the western suburbs but this place ticks those boxes. My partner and I left satisfied, thanks! :)

DELICIOUS. Although, when you takeout they almost give half of what you order compared to eating in at same price. But still great food.
Love this place GREAT affordable food, friendly, cozy laid back, like being in Ha Noi itself! Salt and pepper calamari is the best!!
Cozy place. Intimate and perfect for quick satisfying night outs. Food is absolutely delicious. Courteous staff and quick service.
We always order from here and they're always super fast and super delicious!! Best Laksa in the West! And it's decent prices!
Great food and friendly staff and food is at reasonable prices.

Service appalling Food disgusting Used to be a great little spot Definitely wouldn’t recommend
Not the greatest Pho restaurant I have been to but still very nice food and decently priced.
Food is not that good. Customer service is really bad. I am not going that 2nd time. Sorry
Good authentic food at a fair price. Music is a bit loud and staff oblivious sometimes.
Crispy chicken nice but Very dirty place, table water bottle hey served lid dirty also.
Had beef pho, was average. Not the most authentic. Staff were oblivious and unhelpful.
