I will never go to this place again. I will not be told by your cashier that I cannot purchase an item just because another one of your staff members took my trolley from me after I got to the till and told me that i'm not "social distancing" and she refuses to sell the item to me. Worst experience I have had ever, luckily Clicks is just around the corner from you, got much better service there. I wont be surprised if your store closes again soon due to the Covid 19 situation

Custumer service that I received today at Rosebank was highly poor. I was helped by Mpho at the lottery paypoint , Money Market. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers as I did not even appreciate the way she responds when talking to fellow customers. After I decided to leave her she started pointing fingers at me and she also called me with an asolting name ( which is 'LO') worse the managers did not even come to assit with the caouse that was caused by cashier.

Been living in the area for 3 months now and have not had one good experience. The shop is always messy with trolleys standing all over the place at the tills. The staff is rude and slow. The bottle store hardly ever have more than one till open resulting in long queues. Standing in it actually as I am typing this. Come on PnP. Time for new management here with proper processes for customer satisfaction in place. You are in Rosebank mall after all.

Service at the Deli is extremely bad, not only do you wait very long before getting help, you need to send back what they bring you because there is not enough or to much or not what you asked for, but it actually isn't just at the Deli, while I was standing in the line I notated that at the all of the other places like the bakery and the butcher there was the same problem. I just what to say Good job p&p for not giving $€¥¥¢¡! about your clients

i have today shopped at your Rosebank store for the last time. I can no longer tolerate the rudeness of most of your staff (a few are pleasant) in particular the short obnoxious "little"man working in your fruit and veg dept today Sunday 3rd Jan 2021. I'll be spending my money in a more pleasant store like Spar or Checkers from now on. I will also try to influence my friends neighbors and family to do likewise.

A very huge pick and pay. You find everything you need for everyday life like fresh fruits and meats and canned goods. The selection of drinks and wine is also very nice. The staff behind the deli counter can be rude sometimes but not always. The stock on certain items run low on occasion. The staff on floor are helpful and help you find what you need. The parking is expensive though.

The service of your staff is seriously lacking. The queues are always long, the wipes for the trolley's (if there are any) are always piled up in a mess. Have been going here for years, never again!!! Absolutely awful!!! Hesitate to even provide you with one star, however the system does not allow you to post if not! Time to shape up. Checkers will be getting my business from now on.

Deli food is always off, cooked veg, pies, even off food that was wrapped in packaging I couldn't smell it until I opened it at home like the cooked butternut when I got home you couldn't even eat it, not even the rats in my garden want to eat it. Pies always give food poisoning and pre-prepared salads and hummus always off. Lost money and had no edible food.

There is constantly a very long and slow queue. I much prefer Checkers and Spar. Their customer service exceeds that of this specific PNP. I have only 30 minutes lunch from my job which is never enough time if i go to this PNP. As someone below said: "The Express tills are not Express. We wait in lines way to long. Competitors are faster and more efficient"

The reorganised shop has little logic. You can't simply grab a trolley and go. Why change the position of all the aisles? Despite the reorganised zig zag till queues there were only two cashiers. While my husband queued I walked to Woolworths, bought some groceries, queued, paid and walked back to meet my husband and he wasn't even through the till yet!

If you like PnP, don’t go to the one in Rosebank! Staff is unfriendly, Lay-out is bad, queues are long and only half of them are open at best. They are also very likely to close the till just as you get to the front. Not sure why I go back from time to time.... probably thinking that’s impossible for things not to improve.

Purchased ice-cream on special as advertised. Both tubs were like eating icicles. Absolutely disgusting. I then took it back to pnp killarney for a refund intending to take another two tubs. Turns out those and ALL of their stock have icicles. No wonder they were on special. Pnp is selling defective goods!

This Pick n Pay is not my favourite. It is always busy, and the food stuff is not always the best. I bought a milk that had been damaged but was on the shelf in any case, this could pose health risks. It always feels unclean and just not my first choice when it comes to shopping at Rosebank.

License plate CAA 131-470 blocking the road to shell garage in a pick n pay truck. 19:40, 01/02/2022. Driver refused to move truck and started using foul language when asked to move. Pick and Pay I suggest you fire this driver before your image is furnished by him.

Today I went to pick n pay rosebank mall they had a special of buy x6 rolls and get x2 free however when I queried this I was told there's no special but below is the special, am shocked that person working at bakery and till points don't know this

I have nothing against this store , your queues are ridiculous though. Customer service is lacking and honestly for an express till to take 25 minutes is something that needs attention. You can’t have 4 people working on the tills on a month end .

Went to return a microwave and get a different (and more expensive one). They accused us of stealing the microwave despite the slip and clear markings they make once you buy it. Terrible service and poor leadership from their management.

I regret going here everytime but I think I've finally learned my lesson. At Rosebank Mall you can go to Clicks, Spar, Woolies and even Game but don't go to Pick n Pay. Easily the worst customer service in the entire mall. Never again.

Worst service ever, the staff just look at you and pass you while you wait to be served at the food counters, their stuff is not fresh... Even the one star is far too gracious... I don't know how they remain open

New upgraded shop looks nice, but several items are missing price labels, no one at customer service and also not enough staff in comparison to queuing clients. Possibly worst PnP to go to in the area.

The staff at the bakery department are rude, especially when you try to tell them something, there is no customer service in the mornings, something needs to be done because really it's not on.

shockingly poor service. long queues at 3pm and few tills open. the lady that "helped" us can compete with a sloth for slowness. noone in the store to ask where things are. just disappointing.

Shocking service at PnP Rosebank AGAIN. Papaya on the "4 for 100" display but when you get to the till there is no discount and the manager refused to acknowledge. Very disappointed

Beggars/vagrants wandering around the store accosting people by verbally abusing them to buy groceries. Staff look on do nothing with no security present at all. Shocking!!!

Worst shopping experience ever. It took us 40 minutes to pay an assessment rate and pay for pnp gift card!!! Do not go to this store for grocery shopping, you will regret!

Yesterday I went to the shop buying pampers and sunlight liquid that was on special. When i was about to pay there cashier told me to wait for 5pm I was there around 3pm

I went there to buy coke which cost R23 .. i had R100 n the cashier she doesn't have change.m really disappointed..she gave me my money back …

Spacious and with a decent range of food options as well as household items. Haven't experienced how things run when there's large queues though

Updated and clean, but the staff seem very muted or perhaps unhappy to be there - from the deli and bakery, right to the check outs.

Pnpay Rosebanks customer service is very bad. You cant find a manager,you go for the specials and no know seems to know about it.
