A case of Bud wiser is normally R310 and I visited superstore 7 days ago the price had escalated to R339 per case of bud wiser, this was on the day that Ramaphosa was going to address the nation. None the less I took 3 cases and as I was about to pay the cashier said they do not accept tyme bank cards and I asked why is it, response was that the owner advised the cashiers not to accept the cards as the bank has no branches or an office. I can't believe that for a business person who has such a busy store they could give such an excuse. This is a bank that was approve by a country why do we have to go through such nonsense while supporting a business. I've vowed not to support super store again, customer service is the last thing in their business ethic.

They have introduced to us as customers the combo packages, and for no apparent reason, they just discontinued it! They need to meet and maintain the customer satisfaction constantly. Their Packers are also choosy. I was purchasing a very large amount of groceries, and the cashier kept calling for someone to pack, and none was willing, until the cashier paused to assist with packing, and then resume to scan the other purchased items. To me, that is uncalled for, and a very unbecoming attitude for a company that depends on the customer satisfaction for survival!

Pathetic, you have operating hours on your wall yet your security personnel(Red Ant) slams gates 30mins before closing time,I was there 18:05 Sunday 24/09/2023 and this security rudely closed the gate even though I requested a manager as I don't understand why you have trading hours if you don't use them,Pathetic how you treat your paying customers Anyways it's not the first time maybe people of Soweto should consider stores that respect them and their time since well Supa Store clearly does not!!!

Hi I never felt so angry and humilated by the teller at no.10 She was so rude and not being helpful....As a customer I have my expectations then I get such a service or is it that we are black treated by our fellow blacks sistets....I plea with the manager to address yr staff or have induction on customer service ...cause what I experience yesterday I don't want to happen to anybody....And please have the supervisors showing their name tags ...cause I've looked for one yesterday I could'nt see.....

Cashiers have a stinking attitude, they don't greet you, they never offer help while shopping, it's terrible nje, the other cashier was angry that we wanted to do a cashback she couldn't even hide it, it's their store that said it offers that service so I don't understand why their cashiers are upset when we ask for it, we saw she was angry and asked for all the money including coins lol but she lied and said it's not possible, so I don't shop there anymore, i just go to Maponya mall...

I decided to update my comment since Sunday I experienced worse service at Supastore around closing time. They closed early because of staff party, understandably so but the manner in which the staff rushed us out was not called for! I couldn't even buy the items I had come for because the staff was shouting aisle by aisle that they are closing and cashiers will soon vacate tills, so we must hurry... It was a disappointing treatment from my favourite store really.

Not much to explain everything is convenient for people of Soweto good sale and fresh food all the time also the parking area is secured with security personnel Very busy store next to the main road that goes to many areas or locations of Soweto the store is massive can accommodate 100 customers inside the shop you also find specials Employees are South Africa and presentable with their uniform.

Sups Store is the best gift that people of Soweto were blessed with. It is the only super market that accommodates pensioners buy on discount from Monday-thurday on all items in store and points are added on all items unlike all the white owned stores around Soweto, you are not discounted on every thing that you buy, they only give you discount on staff that is old or not bought regularly

Supa Store never disappoints whenever I go shopping there and need some help on the floor. I always find their easily identifiable and friendly staff members at the ready to help. Today it was the same experience. I've been to bigger supermarkets and can't vouch the same service I receive at Supa Store. I always recommend this store to all my acquaintances. :)

It has improved a great deal, very convenient, retails almost every groceries, from butcheries to groceries and liquor more economical than the big brands of South Africa, I have met quiet a few people that I know also shopping at the store, from a small retail super market, to a mega store that everyone go to is how it has grown

The store is poorly managed and maintained, my grandmother fell inside their premises due to negligence of their stuff doing store renovations, none of their management knew what to do all they can say was sorry, they never even wanted to take responsibility, worst experience every from shopping there

The till handling is quite good, the line might be long but it moves quickly. The fruit and veggies section is not impressive at all, the produce doesn't look fresh, the packers and forklift constantly up and down the aisles make it almost impossible to shop and poses as a risk to customers.

The service and assistance is very good but the network for phone to make call remember this days we using apps to access to our bank or to make call for your partner to remind you with some staff you might forget no network inside the shop. If you guys you can fix that problem please

The store is the best I could find for affordable living when one has to live on a shoe string budget... Their products are good quality and meet the very basic of needs and they Always have great burgains with their customers basic needs and buying power always in mind.

Happy it's re-opened, not that much their operation method has improved and security is well equipped, shopping is convenient and hours accommodation for customers to access the store before 20.00hrs it's more convenient via cash back facilities being introduced

I got the services I wasn't even expecting such a fast service and the cashiers are so nice, it was fully packed but I didn't take time leave with my products, their meat and chicken feet are so nice and very taste so it's a great place for a grocery

Even thou the system was offline at the till bt at the door there is Absa, Standard, Fnb and Capitec bank which was out of service bt the other Atm were working so I was sorted even with Bolt fetching me in the premises …

They have speedpoints problem. I waited about 10 minutes and had to pay cash. I didn't see Dairy Products except for yoghurt and ice cream. Otherwise it's a good one stop supermarket. Enough opened tills, fast queue.

Love superstore, the new revamped set-up is great. The security is up, cash withdrawal at the ATM is safe and stress free. There are specials on purchases all the time, it stretches the rand a bit further.

I had a great experience, even though I had a small problem withdrawing from the till. But the supervisor came to my rescue. I recall the name of the supervisor because she did not have a name tag on her.

Super Store is in the township. It is convenient for most of the people. Transport is galore. You spend less than going to town to buy some groceries.

It's a pretty good place to shop at. Employees are good friendly and cashiers are very sweet. Security very tight and accessible to ATM's very close.

I love how fresh almost everything is. Love the friendly stuff and how efficient their lines are. The overall quality of the entire store is amazing
