First time here. There is a huge outside seating area and outside game area. You are greeted as soon as you come through the door. It was very busy and folks were all over but there was not a wait for seating. They have 3 bars, 2 sets of bowling lanes an upstairs with some table games. The men's bathroom was clean, stocked, and not smelly. My wife and I ordered 5 wings each to start, they are not wings they are wingettes. Our waitress Auni asked how we wanted our wingettes cooked regular or fried hard. We like our wingettes regular, I like my wingettes crispy not hard. My wife had sweet chili sauce and ranch with hers, I had spicy teriyaki and blue cheese with mine, the wingettes and sauces were good. My wife also had blackened salmon tacos 3, with sweet potato fries, it also comes with chipotle lime ranch sauce that is so good. She said the salmon tacos were really good. I had the shrimp tacos the shrimp are fried perfectly, they were really good, but I did not like the sweet chili aioli sauce that comes on it, so if you are ordering shrimp tacos ask for the chipotle lime ranch sauce instead of that sweet chili aioli sauce, you will thank me later. I ordered regular fries with my tacos the fries were good. I will come back and order more shrimp tacos with the chipotle lime ranch sauce. They also have a lot of other items I would like to try as well. Our greeter that seated us and our waitress Auni were awesome! 4/22/23 This time here for 6pm dinner, I was part of a table of 8. I ordered a top-shelf long island ice tea, it was pretty good, just the right mix. I also ordered the southwest egg rolls they were hot and tasty. The table had fries, social nachos, lemon pepper boneless wings, bbq wings. I didn't really care for the lemon pepper boneless wings. I didn't like the batter used. The social nachos were ok. The totilla chips were too salty. The bbq wings and fries were good. Our waitress Makayla was very attentive and good.

The stars are only for the FOOD. The cook/chef served the plates well, hamburger was great and the spicy chicken sandwich as well, the SW rolls were great too. Now for the rest, there wasn’t a hostess. It wasn’t crowded either so we don’t know where s/he was at. We were seated in the restaurant side and we weren’t told ahead of time that we could eat and drink in the other areas. It took a good while for our waitress to come to us as she was talking to the others in the corner of the bar. (They weren’t bartending just talking.) seems like they just hovered in that one corner to talk right after clocking in or putting an order in. The drinks! Each drink we got were so bitter and overly poured. I love a strong drink but these were overly strong. We had to mix it with our strawberry lemonade to finish our drinks. They don’t have the things for a Paloma or a Ranch Water drink. They looked at me crazy when I asked for these. Then after 45 mins, our waitress had to give up her table to another waitress. We wanted to tip out with our first waitress since she did the work of bringing our food and drinks but the server didn’t understand. Both of the waitresses didn’t really visit our table. Has the rules changed since I last waitress? Rule of thumb was each time you pass by a table that’s an arm length away, you had to check on them? It’s like we had to awkwardly look at them to come to us. When we were going to the other side that’s when they finally tell us “you didn’t know you could eat over there?” We looked so confused at each other. As if we were the ones that should have known this. Anyways, if hungry grab the food to go. But if you just want to play games definitely go, just avoid the waitresses in the restaurant area. Go to the bar and grab your drinks yourselves. The bowling/pool guy was cool at least he apologized for the girls lack of work. It looked cute but small over all. I still prefer Puttery.

I came here on 1/23/21 around 1:30pm to celebrate a birthday. We did two rounds of bowlings. Before 4pm, it’s $5 a game and $3.50 for shoe rental. Apparently, due to short staff, you have to order your food yourself if you want it. They provide a paper menu but there is a kiosk on the wall. This was pretty cool. You order and pay there. Then someone brings you your food. I got the patty melt (burger, cheese, onions) with waffle fries. The waffle fries when I got them were warm and borderline cold. I must add that when it was brought to my lane, I was at the bar towards the entrance getting a drink. There wasn’t an option to order drinks (both non alcoholic and alcoholic) at the kiosk, so you had to go to the bar. I got syrup with my waffle fries and it was so good! I just wish they were warm/hot. They do provide hand sanitizer at the table, which is great for going in between eating and bowling. Masks are required and work by customers. I have no idea if it was required while bowling in our lane, but many weren’t. They have patio seating, which is where the entrance is and it’s heated. For a drink, I got a Social Slush. The flavor today was peach lemonade. It was good. It was gone very quick and it was $7. It is already pre-made. Overall, bowling was fun and $5 a game wasn’t bad at all. We played two games. It wasn’t very busy while we were here as well. No real complaints besides my coldish waffle fries. Well, another things is there really isn’t space to eat, if you’re in a Group. You’ll have to eat in your lap. The small table can maybe hold 3 plates.

I’m not sure how this place is even in business. We met with some friends at 4 pm on Saturday for drinks and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They were unable to seat us inside because they only had 1 server who had a party of 24. The only bar that was open was the outside bar, so we put our name down and was told 30 minutes. That wait for for us to sit outside after we requested to sit inside. We asked if we could just sit inside at one of tables and would gladly go to the bar to get our own drinks and they would not allow us to do that because we would be taking up a table in that servers section, even though they were not seating anyone because the server had too many people they were waiting on. They told us we could go upstairs and hang out and order from a kiosk. There was no kiosk or a place for us to all sit together. The inside bar in the back eventually opened and we went and sat there. The service was horrible and the bartenders disappeared for awhile, one was coughing and appeared to be sick. Some people did get food and said the food was good. We left around 6:30-7 and there weren’t a lot of people there when we left and it didn’t appear they had any additional servers. We really wanted to have a great time, but this is the second time we have had a similar experience. They got 2 stars for having frozen pina coladas which was the only thing keeping us slightly cool while waiting outside.

Please read! Check your IDs when you return game equipment. The place acknowledged that on more than one occasion they have given the wrong IDs to individuals because they don’t ask names they try to look at the photos and return based on that observation only. My friend and I visited this location July 26th when he returned the pool balls, the 22 year old gentleman behind the desk stated he lost his ID and it was possibly given to another individual whom he assumed was my friend. He also stated this has happened before and has nothing to do with race or ethnicity… I would highly suggest hiring another person for this position if this same error is occurring. Also ask the person their name and confirm the correct ID is being returned to the correct person. As far as the location, very spacious. No complaints on food.

Great place to go and hang out with friends or co-workers. I've been here several times with both types of groups and have had a great time every time. Food is great and decent priced, drink selection is very good, beer never tastes stale or like the taps were not cleaned regularly, they usually have seating available even when busy, service is great even when busy, and there are things to do to occupy time. Outdoor seating and lounge areas are nice and clean too. Recommend getting reservations in advance for large groups though to make sure your party has a spot.

I've visited this location twice already, and both were disappointing. My most recent visit I ordered the burger and small fries. I received bagged food, went to my car and drove down the street a ways, before I realized after checking the order I had been given fried pickledls instead of fries. I drove back, annoyed to get them exchanged out. I mentioned upgrading my small fry to a large out of inconvenience, to no avail. Back to my car, I realized my burger was not fresh, at all. It appeared to have been reheated in the microwave or something, because nothing seemed freshly made on the sandwich. Too annoyed to reenter, I left and stomached only half the sandwich. Not interested in returning for the food.

Fun Place. Would of been a 5 Star but Some of the workers have no idea what is going on or are too lazy. We needed the bowling bumpers for our young child and were told they couldn't be used if adults were bowling too. We noticed the lane next to us the bumpers were going up and down for the kids and adults.. the next person fixed it for us which we appreciate but obviously the first person didn't want to do his job. Getting our food was also very slow. All and all a fun place though.

I sat outside. I came in on my own and ordered a domestic bottle, a draft IPA, some truffle fries, and a Port Charlotte burger with Mac and cheese. The fries were pretty decent - stayed crispy and tasty even after half an hour. The noodles for the Mac and cheese were over done and the burger just didn’t have a lot of flavor - and the bun wasn’t toasty, which can redeem many burger sins. So, while the food wasn’t BAD (it was cooked as ordered and matched the menu description), it didn’t ring any bells. The service was pretty good. The bartenders were attentive and seemed to care about the patrons. For the price point, I can’t dock more than a star.

Josh was phenomenal. He helped out with a large table he wasn’t asked he stepped up and took care of us although still in training we just lost one of my brothers and we decided to come here after the service… painful but We had good food and laughs. Josh definitely eased a lot of anxiety with his exuberant presence and hospitality. I appreciate the vibes. Service was not ready for a large party but they adjusted and I know in the future they will become more. The food was pretty good tbh. When we finally got it we were all satisfied. it was a celebration of life & the music ambience from the stage set it off. Thank you guys.

This was my first visit and hopefully not my last. My friends and I came an hour before closing, which didn't leave much time for eating and playing. The lawn and the bowling alley are on my list to visit again. Our server was attentive and made sure we were warm on the patio. My drink was sweet and strong. The chicken sandwich with sweet heat was delicious. The sweet potato fries would have been good without the sugar coating. Maybe add that as a side dip? We'll revisit the star rating once I get the full experience.

Piedmont Social House is a great place to meet up with friends and just unwind. They have fun games and the food is pretty good, but the service was outstanding from Tanesia the bartender! We where visiting from out of town and this place was so confusing! The floors had garbage everywhere. You had to grab your own napkins, ketchup, straws, etc. You couldn't order alcohol from your lane like you can at other concepts. The patio bar was the only bar open and the service from Taylor was great. We ordered food via the QR code like suggested and when our food arrived we didn't get the 2 sodas we ordered and had to ask for them 10 minutes later. Food was pretty good good though and super fresh.

So, our server was very nice. She explained us there were 4/5 ppl only in the kitchen and were okie with the delays. This is not about the times, staff shortage or delays. She really was very nice. My problem is the quality of food and drinks. When the frozen chicken spring rolls taste frozen or the nachos do not match 5% of menu descriptions after 45 mins is the problem. Our server even asked us if we needed anything before she clocked out.. super sweet. Food tho.. no. Did not rr. So, unsure. They do have a patio bar iNcl indoor bar. We were at the patio.

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would. Maria was AMAZING! She made it so easy to reserve bowling lanes for me and friends on last week Friday night. She went above and beyond to make sure my last night in the city was well celebrated. I also want to thank Harley, her co worker at the bowling desk, and the team security team too. They all made the night even more special. I literally felt like I was hanging out family. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in the city!!!

Brought 80 people for an outing @ $50+ per person for two hours of food and "games" in the Pub. "Games" were two dartboards and two pool tables, and every other game was extra!! Fajita buffet was average at best, bartenders were antisocial, and 80% of beers were corked and not available to us??? Do yourself a favor and hold your outing elsewhere. Way overpriced. Piedmont Social House is a fun, lively restaurant, bar, and bowling alley all in one. It has a great atmosphere and even better food. They have lunch and bowl specials through the week with many great lunch options to choose from. My personal favorite is the chicken (I request the tenders to be tossed in buffalo sauce) and waffles. However, I don’t think there is anything that you could order that wouldn’t be phenomenal. Such a great place to visit, and we hope to return again soon.

Piedmont social this Sunday night was a quick night for me and my boyfriend just to relax. We just wanted to play pool. First, we played connect 4 outside, then we went inside to play pool. Outside they have a ping pong table, bean bag toss, Jenga set up at one table and Connect 4 at another table. It's a GREAT CHIL SPOT to bring kids, family, significant other, friends, co-workers & to have corporate gatherings!

Went during a week day at 530p. Bowled and played pool. Nice place to hang out. Only complaint is while we were bowling we decided to get a drink. We were here as part of a company event to play bowling. They have enough bowling lanes here, so even without a reservation we went to play right away. Plenty of food to choose from and everything was very good. The food can be ordered self-service which is a big advantage. The prices are rather higher. Overall though we were very satisfied.

Great place to grab a bite to eat, sit at the bar, listen to live music on weeks, and hang out with friends. Can always call ahead to make sure they have availability as sometimes they have booked events.

So we came out to Piedmont Social House great place. My favorite is the chicken tenders and the amazing truffle fries. Our server was Greg S. he was awesome and kept us not waiting for anything. He did a great job as our server and was prompt and attentive. Come check him out.

This spot is interesting. It features outdoor games, patio dining and a bowling alley. One important fact is that after 8pm, it's 21 and up only. No food, no games, no nothing for the minors. The food is decent with the exception of the Shrimp tacos - they are amazing!

Carrie Wheeler provided superb customer service! Our experience was fantastic from start to finish the entire time we were there. Carrie really made us feel like family. I will continue to eat there because of her.

Shrimp Tacos are amazing! This is a nice place to hang out, play games, and bowl. The outside bar with TVs are ideal for folks who want to dine and drink outside in the times of Covid. Excellent customer service!

Josh was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. We arrived with a large party and immediately he was able to assist us with adding another lane for bowling! Thank you Josh for your great customer service!

Waitstaff was very accommodating. I was with a large group and they did a great job taking care of us. I felt they went above and beyond to meet requests and dealt with our alcohol fueled shenanigans.

Nice casual relaxing place with decent food. My burger was good but wish the helping of sweet potato waffle fries was larger. There were about 10 small to medium pieces. Service was fast and friendly.

Great food, great vibes. Was my first time and I will be returning.

We have our company Christmas party here every year. The staff is awesome, food is great and the venue is perfect. Plenty for all to do.

Went for St Patrick’s Day with a party of 18. They had a trainer waitress handling the party. This was not good. Our tickets got messed up and it took forever to cash out.
