I have been coming here for years, and I will always come back. This one is run by a wonderful family and a few extra staff members who are all very pleasant and friendly, and I always have a good experience. The gas prices are some of the best in the area, and having a Journie rewards card pays off with smaller rewards every now and then, and bigger rewards like 7 cents off a litre of gas once you get enough points, which doesn’t take long. They treat customers with respect and are always smiling. A special thank you to Adriano and Emma there, who are especially wonderful!

Was at the gas station tonight at 7pm and the woman working was so rude and extremely arrogant I'm a local long time customer and did not appreciate her attitude due to what we are all facing customer service by her was expantally rude given what we are all facing at this stage shes a fairly new employee who needs to change her attitude and I suggest that she should get reavalluated by management

My coworker and I walked in, and within 5 secs, the manager asked us to "buy something right now or leave" because I was on my phone and he thought that apparently we're "surveying prices". Don't even know what he meant. Just to go to the shell right next to it

Where to begin? Payment machines at the pump never work (especially tap). Gas is usually cheaper than competitors in the area, but the customer service is atrocious. Dubious masking policies as well. Want my advise? Go to the Shell or the Husky. I know I will.

Best fuel prices in Hamilton and a great selection of variety store items. Staff are always pleasant and the owner takes pride in his store. Store interior has been renovated and is bright,clean and well stocked. Public bathrooms are available as well.

AVOID GOING TO THIS STATION AT ANY COST!!!! This gas station is a scam! Checking gas prices on has buddy and it shows at least 5 cents cheaper, it said it was reported 10min ago, drove here and noticed how they pull people in to scam them.

Went to this location today for some lottery tickets. The young man (Safaa)working behind the counter was extremely friendly and courteous. A nice change from the usual experience at other stores. Well done on a great experience!

The slushy machine was on defrost I wanted it anyway so I started filling the cup the Pakistani women yelled at me and riped the cup out of hand I am aboriginal never felt more uncomfortable in my own country

Tried to charge me $120.00 for a propane tank that was advertised as $73.99!!. Then, the guy argued with me. Nice try. Be careful here. I went to food basics and got same tank for $64.99

Said that the regular gas was 1.28 and I drove there and it was 1.34. Very disappointing as I wouldn’t of went to that gas station.

Keep in your mind, you have to see the cashier before you fill up your tank. This is the message I got when I tried to pay outside.

Always higher gas prices compared to other Pioneer Gas stations and nearby ones. Wouldn't recommend!
