Went to my regular pet supply store for monthly stick up of cat treats fortunately for me they did not have what I wanted in stock so I decided to check out this store. The staff was great and showed me where I could find everything. Prices were better, tons of stock and lots of new things I had never seen before. The girl highly recommended a giant banana catnip toy for my cat and my cat loves it. Being an indoor cat any toy that makes her exercise makes me a happy cat mom! Thanks girls, see you next month!

Unfortunately since the new owner took over, the extra personalized service that Josh offered is no longer given. Made no effort to get me the food that Josh had in the freezer and my dog loved. Have not gone back in months. Found a Pitou Minou in Ville St. Laurent with an incredible owner who goes above and beyond to please his customers.

I was in the store at 11am on Sunday 21 two girl where talking to each others I was looking for a specific food for my dog , they didn't butter helping when I notice I wasn't getting any help I left I will not go to that store again I will go to Mondou next time the Service is so much better

This store is immaculate. Clearly operated properly. Informative staff, friendly and quite inviting. Well priced on all the premium products. Unbelievable selection for all stages. I highly recommend this location as it seems like the best pet store in the West Island. Job well done.

I like the layout of the new store. Easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and very helpful. You know these people live animals. They will listen to your stories. It's nice to shop for your pet food in an animal friendly place. Also, you get greeted by doggies of staff and owner.

Wow best service I had in a while! The staff really helped me and gave me advice on what I should get for my dog and helped me with the ingredients/price. They were all smiling and so kind! 10/10 would definitly recommend (I will be back!)
