I ordered on the 6th for delivery and had requested a gluten free pizza I wrote a note and called the store to make sure as my partner is allergic it come and it was not gluten free my partner had a coeliac attack and ended up in hospital as he had inflamed intestines and bowls and now has to go to the clinic for treatment when I called to complain the colleague on the phone lied and said they was the manager but then told me the manager will call me back no one called me back I proceeded to call again today and they refused to put me on phone to the manager and questioned why I needed to talk to them and kept refusing trading standards will be called as this was a simple request

I gave it a 1 because the menu and ordering is missleading the food i did recieve was nice but i recieved 4 sides a cheap salad no pizza it said a deal 2 pizzas medium and you can choose side and add on drinks ect and pay more well when it came no pizza they said i didnt order pizza just 4 sides and a salad no drinks either i was charged £24.00 i didnt expect the pizza for free the delivery was quick nice staff didnt expect anything free we like pizza if you was buying for a family share you would not have enough v

We said we were self isolating due to catching covid…They ignored this and waited to hand over the order instead of leaving it on the doorstep as requested. However, the order was burnt and when they came back to replace the order, the driver stood less than 1 metre away from my boyfriend (who has covid, and explained this on the phone) so he could take a picture of the burnt food he was replacing. He didn’t have a mask or gloves on either. The replacement pizza was also more burnt that the first one

Ordered 2 cheesy bites pizzas 2 lots of garlic bread chicken strips plus pepsi max cherry. Delivery well over an hour .Chicken and garlic bread came cold and had missing pepsi max cherry so driver said hed go back which took him til we had finished but was the wrong one he brought us just pepsi max no apology from him we had phoned the shop to find out where he was shop did say sorry but we not happy when spending alot of money you expect the full order to come together!

Took 2.5 hours to be delivered. Initially we didn't mind waiting as we understand the heat was causing delays, but when the order arrived it was stone cold. The wedges were like cardboard, the pizza we ordered had the incorrect toppings and a bbq base, the chicken was stale and the cheese triangles were open and half missing?!?!? Tried ringing several times and no answer. Delivery driver even told us to get a refund!

We have order from this place for a couple of months now and the service is pretty good Upton till now we order a cheap five pound deal with took an hour an half to arrive and then when the delivery man turn up he didn't have a clue where he was going we always order from you guys so there nothing new and if the driver would of done his home work he would know where we are base food this time terrbke cold mingin yukkkk

Today I ordered a Pizza at 8.08pm 19/05/2020 I assume you hired someone new because it's the worst pizza i'v had in my life. I can only hope when I order again it will be up to usual godly standards. Was happy to have a pizza hut so close. Received a menu with a 50% off coupon so ordered a couple of pizza's. I have to say, i was rather disappointed. The toppings were sparse to say the least, pizza was warm. Considering its less than 5 minutes drive i would except piping hot. Staff are friendly and delivery is fast but would expect more from a franchise of such notoriety.

Pizzahut bramley leeds The worst pizza I've ever had in my life !!! Noway was this fresh !!!!! SO dry wedges again dry that food must of been precooked rubbery and wedges were dry and tye chicken strips weren't far behind either ..ifbthis is a pizzahut branch it's gone way down hill

Sooo the first time I ordered a cheese pan pizza it came and it was amazing. This time it's come with hardly any cheese on the crusts... Its burnt... The meat and cheese is brown/black on the edges. Not a good pizza this time at all. I'd add a picture but there's no option to add a picture and I don't know how to add one.

I've been using this Hut for nearly 20yrs... Very reliable and consistent. I ordered from them a few times during the lockdown 2020 and they were great. I'll keep coming back for sure. Tonight they really helped me when I messed up my order. Thanks for years of great service Bramley Pizza Hut!

Tried to order over the phone using a discount voucher to be told in an abrupt tone that the voucher wasnt valid when clearly no expiry date was shown or valid only online. Terrible experience after using this store for so long.bring back the old owners
