Never order from them. Worst customer service at chapel allerton branch. They don't answer phone. We placed an order for home delivery . After Waiting for more than an hour we tried calling them and after many unanswered calling attempts they said that the driver could not find our address. They could have phoned us to inform us about that but rather than using their brains they decided not to answer any calls. The staff member said they will send an ice cream as compensation of the 2 hour delay in delivery. We waited another hour and tried ringing them million times which they never answered so we drove there and the staff member at the counter laughed at us when we mentioned our address and gave us stale pizzas which must have been sitting on their counter for those 3 hours. No apology or explanation as to why their driver could not find our address or why they did not ring us back with any update was given . The pizza tasted like cardboard and smelled like cardboard after being sat on their counter for over 3 hours. I would never order from pizzahut again and would advice anyone reading this comment to stay Miles away from pizzahut. They have worst customer service.

placed a order . After 2 hrs the order never arrived tried calling them numerous times no answer .. finally got a answer after many attempts .. asked where is my order ? the response was the driver could not find ur address.. so I gave the address again which she confirmed was correct .. another 2 hrs no delivery so I rang again no answer... so we drove to them only to find out what's going on. the woman there laughed and said oh sorry we had the wrong address on our system ...and said here u go and gave a free ice cream. but yet she confirmed my address on the phone . very very unprofessional staff I'm truly saddened to get this treatment from a pizza hut franchise... shocking ... do not order from here ..the pizza was cold and soggy when we got it paid 28 pounds for it.. I wanted to seriously kick off but my wide made me think twice... I will take this one on the chin ... very very disappointed

I am only giving 1 star because there is not the option for -5!! The wait for the delivery was ridiculous. I could have gone to the shop and bought the ingredients from scratch and made 6 pizzas in the time it took to deliver this pizza. Our pizza was shockingly bad. I would have been much happier with a £1 Pizza from Iceland. I actually fear for my stomach as the pizza didn't even seem cooked through and it was soggy at the bottom. The manager was rude beyond belief, why work in a customer service role if you have no people skills- why not just work in a warehouse? I love Pizza Hut but this branch actually gives Pizza Hut a very bad name!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely Disgusting Service & Customer Service Recieved Today!! Ruined my daughter’s party! I ordered pizzas to be delivered between 2:50-3pm was told that wasn’t a problem & they actually reassured me the delivery would arrive on time given 3/4 mins either way. The delivery was half an hour late, which left the party children to eat in 5 mins before we had to leave the venue. When I called Pizza Hut & spoke to the so called manager, he was so rude he didn’t let me finish speaking & just interrupted me, started shouting at me saying how busy they were & hung the phone up on me!! Absolutely Disgusting & so disappointed with it all.

Expsneive pizza which arrived cold and burned, charred solid crusts (for £4 premium crust, disgusting), guy delivering sent a text message on delivery, very unprofessional. Bad customer service. Bad tasting pizza. Pizza hut delivery has never been the pinnacle of quality, but you'd expect more when selecting 'premium' options which are alot more costly. Delivery took hours too. Won't buy from again, use Deliveroo or find a much better quality pizza joint for less money and a faster, reliable customer service with an overall better quality/tasting pizza.

Placed this order for my sisters birthday as it was her choice of food for her day. Everyone’s been fasting and placed the order in good time. Order was delayed over and over until it was just cancelled. No one would even answer the phone. I would’ve been happy to drive and collect if drivers weren’t availability. Atrocious service. Ruined birthday and incredibly unfair after a day of fasting… and family and friends invited for dinner

This place is a joke! They insist you pay by card and then take ages to deliver the food without letting the customer know what's happening. Try ringing and no one answers even trying for 15 minutes. Head office should sack everyone and start again. Waited over 90 minutes for food which was freezing cold when it arrived. Would give 0 stars if possible. Advise to avoid this place like it's the plague.

12.03.2020 Isn't worth 1 star, or you can't post I ordered 2 Large Super Supreme, soggy, greasy, low quality veg used, do they have an chefs training on cutting veg, onions tough, peppers in large chunks rather than sliced, under cooked. Will not use pizzahut ever again, when it first opened it was good, do head office look at these reviews! They should.

4 or 5 calls and no answer. After a 20 minute walk in the cold to find out if it was even open, the young man behind the counter didn't even think to offer an apology even as I was standing in the branch with my ringing phone going unanswered. Seriously, some of the most shocking behaviour I have ever been subjected to. Absolute disgrace.

Rude - did not want to speak to me and didn’t even ask if I wanted collection or delivery; just hung the phone up. I called back to find out if they deliver and he was rude once again because I asked how much it would be. So he told me it would take “ten minutes to find out how much it is” and then put the phone down.

Last 7 years more or less every Saturday order pizza..same pizza same order same address and same deal..but every time different problem and don't deliver on time and address..they have to trained staff or do something about it now more than hour and not deliver yet..I think pizza hut don't care about customer big …

Ordered for 11.45 collection. Paid online. Arrived at Pizza Hut 11.40 it’s closed. Door locked no lights on. Hung around for 10 15 minutes still no sign of anyone. Now I have to wait 72hrs for a response from management then 16 working days for my refund. Not impressed. Will not be using this store again.

Fabulous team. I ordered two pizzas, which needed to be gluten free and I accidentally ordered one on a classic base, (not gluten free). So I rang the Hut and they offered to cook another pizza in return for sending the classic one back, at no extra charge! What a great service …

Absolutely shocking service. Collected an order, they messed it up and gave a credit. Tried to redeem that credit note and there’s apparently no proof of it and they weren’t willing to fulfill their promise. Feel scammed!! AVOID this branch

Sitting here in the Chapel Allerton branch with a crowd of other angry customers. One lady received an email 45 minutes ago to say her order was ready for collection, and is still waiting here 25 minutes later. I've been waiting one hour

Service is shocking. First delivery didn't arrive although app said it had. After 2 phone calls they re made my order. They left off the main menu item and I've been trying to get hold of them for over half an hour to get my money back.

Ordered from here and it never got delivered, phoned the shop up and was greeted with terrible manners and service, went through Deliveroo and got a re deliver free of charge but the pizza came under cooked and wrong sides!

Absolute joke. Driver didnt have a clue where to go. Garlic bread wasnt delivered then i called back and still never came and the food that did arrive was shocking. how its not shut down ill never know.....

Friendly staff but delivery range is absolutely shocking. I live in Ls17 and so im not that far and yet they still dont delivery there whether its about a mile or 2 away from the place.

Recently the service has been getting worse eith there delivery times waiting over an hour for a pizza and then no reply when calling but food was warm.

The phone rang for ages without anyone answering on two occasions. On the 3rd try the manager was rude in his tone of voice. No apology made.
