Today I ordered 3 take away pizzas n 3 sides and I have to say TERRIBLE!!! From me walking in to pick up the order till my leaving experience. So I walked in n I was so happy n said HELLO to a dead beat. The girl that wasn’t even at the counter n I had to ring the bell for service and when she walked out I said HELLO no greeting from her part was received. Then because I ordered sauces n garlic bread as well I asked if she could give me a bag, no response n all she did was grabbed the sauces n chucked them in with the garlic bread! I just looked at her and thought how rude. No farewell given n I just left! When I got home the 3 pizzas were dried, no sauce n all the toppings were disgusting!!! I took some pics but it doesn’t really make any judgement on how disgusting everything was. Never again.. I was craving the stuffed crust pizza so much n I did not enjoy any of it. The only good thing about this whole order was the garlic bread. It will be nice if they could redeem themselves and maybe get staff that actually are happy to work there n not look miserable n be rude to customers!! Also contacted the “CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE” as advised on the above response but no one knew what the hell was going on. Apparently they can’t see the reviews. Then the person that answered the phone (Angel) I think he said, asked me why I was calling and what I wanted to happen!!! I was that angry by that moment that I asked for a REFUND! So he said I’ll have to transfer you to the store. Then a girl answered the phone with HELLO, no manners whatsoever n I just said to her can I speak to a manger in which replied by saying yes that’s me with a different tonne of voice. I had to explained everything again as she had no idea about the review n after I spent time telling her, she’s like I’ll get the store manager to give you a call. Then I said didn’t you say you were the manager n SILENCE!!! I wish I could be contacted as I left my number with them and YES I would like a refund for the appalling service I have been given from “PIZZA HUT” 2 days n no calls yet!! Clearly there’s 0 care factor!!!

Wowee this location is busy! Fair warning the parking lot can be a gong show. Staff were overwhelmed, organisation wasn't the greatest. There were delays in orders. There's several things that can and should be done to improve the system of getting pizzas in boxes and into the hands of patrons. No complaints with my order, I ate mine promptly after it was made. Toppings were fresh and pizza was hot Recommendation : Traditional base, extra tomato sauce, add the Oregano - makes for a much better pizza. The pie isn't as thick, so you get better heat distribution across the pizza, and the cheese melts so much better. The pan base is too thick, and it either feels warm, or moist because of the toppings - not a fan. Go traditional and try it out. Update : Easily the best pizza hut I've been as the problem is other locations don't seem to have hot enough ovens. My pizzas are always really hot, with the cheese deliciously melted. Update 2: Pizza hut app screwed up my order. Don't know what happened. Changed my order entirely. Not the staffs fault. Spoke to staff as soon as I realised and they helped there they can. Still a good reliable team when they're not being run off their feet Update 3: This time, I made the mistake of ordering original pan for my pizzas, but the manager knows my order and changed the crust on all my pizzas knowing something was up. Went in expecting to eat the original pan pizza, but was elated to see the manager changed the pizza order. This is the beauty of being a regular patron. Love the staff.

Absolutely shocking service! Never again!! Having ordered food tonight at 6:39pm, it gets delivered approximately 40 minutes later, with all 3 sides yet only 2 pizzas. I ask the driver about it, & he chcked his phone & saw one was missing. With a confused look he told me maybe call the store. So i call. The lady took my details & said she would call the driver & get back to me. I wait around 20 minutes, no call. So i call back. I tell her i am still waiting for the callback, give all my details yet again, & she saids to hold on a minute. I hear noise for maybe 20 seconds, then it goes dead quiet. I still wait about 3 minutes. Still dead quiet. I hung up & tried to call back for 2 hours & it's"busy". Off the hook perhaps?! I finally get thru after 2 hours, explain the situation & my dissatisfaction, & she said i would get one delivered tonight. I wait 45 minutes. Nothing. I call yet again to be told it is 5 to 10 minutes away. It is now 10:30pm !! I originally ordered 4 hours ago!! Absolutely fuming! Very unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN! By the way, this isn't the 1st time i have had an issue. Previously i was missing a 1.25lt bottle of drink. The driver said he would go back & get it & come back to deliver it. Never saw heard from him or him again.

Attention Pizza Hut head office (Area franchise manager) Order #Zac_Diz-d2beaaf4 Order placed online at 6.29pm Sat 18/11/23 Estimated Delivery time: 6.59pm As a loyal customer I have had nothing but less than satisfactory experiences with the Rouse Hill franchise. I've held my feedback on the previous occasion thinking it might have been a once off but their delivery service is pathetic. It has been over 1 hour since the estimated delivery time, I've called your phone line who is manned by a 3rd tier outbound call centre in the Philippines (seriously, if you are outsourcing at least spend a few dollars more for a higher grade service as this is the front line of your brand) They had no idea about the delay so put me on to the store directly and the manager flat out lied to me saying it was on the road and should be 5-10 mins more. As of writing it has been 45 minutes and still no updates or follow-up. Follow-up call made at 8pm to Pizza Huts 131166 hotline, Rep called the store and was told they were sorry (no explanation or offer to compensate) and was advised it should be there 10 to 15 mins. I'm not holding my breath but I'll update this review with the exact delivery time if it arrives

I have attempted to order through this Pizza Hut Branch in the last 2 weeks, both times have been terrible and pathetic. I opt for the cash payment as it states online you’re able to. Both times , I have put the order through , 30 mins passed , and then receive a call from a lady stating “sorry we aren’t taking cash payments at the moment” , well you could’ve told me way before the pizza was ready and made. The excuse is that the driver that is delivering today with Pizza Hut does not want to take cash payments , do not understand what that has got to do with receiving a cash payment. Anyways , this time when they stated that my order couldn’t be delivered , I decided to visit the Pizza Hut store a go , and guess what I see , one of the staff members eating what looks like to be a lasagne share box that I ordered. Well it’s very pathetic that you want to cancel customers orders to get free food. I understand how hard this world is for you. I have submitted all photos to Pizza Hut online and hope you all get some karma back to you. Guys , please order from Dominos Rouse Hill. They dont even deserve one star. Ordered Ultimate hot and spicy and creamy chicken and bacon pizza's but received plain cheese pizza and god knows what the other one was. Called up the store and they said they would resend the correct order in another 20 min times and stated I can have the pizza for free which was delivered, which I do not really want. Waited for one hour and called the store again and then they put me on hold for few minutes and then they again stated 20 min lead time. At this time, I lost my patience since I have been waiting for 2 hours or so to get my pizza delivered and my family still did not have dinner. I paid for premium pizza's where as they delivered a plain one which is literally a fraudulent transaction. I requested for refund and am still waiting for confirmation. They even said they will offer free drink and I said I just wanted the pizza which I ordered and enough with your freebies. Its insulting. Apparently no one in the store wanted to give their name stating its privacy policy. What a load of rubbish. Am planning to do credit card reversal for this transaction if I dont get any confirmation on the refund. Please avoid the Rouse Hill Pizza hut at all cost. Even my neighbors had bad experience with them.

Review says 1 star but I’m actually giving them -5 stars. Have tried ordering from them well over a handful of times choosing cash payment delivery and every single time without fail they call and demand that I cancel my order and place a new one and pay with card. I tell them no I cannot as I only have cash and they continue pressing saying to cancel and pay with card. Each time they’ve done this they take well over 30 mins to call which by then the order should be cooked and ready to be delivered. Their reason for demanding card payment is that their money delivery man “isn’t working today”, but I have had exact cash each time so all they need to do is deliver the order, take the cash and leave; no change, or thinking, required. Absolute stuff around and considering all the other bad reviews, not a surprise. I don’t understand how one place can have so many bad reviews and still be running. Trash on every account.

I ordered 3 large pizzas and 3 sides on 26th June. However, the way pizzas were packed was unacceptable. The cheese was coming off. The pizzas were all stuck to one side of the box. This is not my first time having a bad experience at the rousehill store. Two weeks prior to the 26th, I had ordered two pizzas. A lady came to deliver it and she was extremely rude. She complained about how I didn’t have my address on the order. Just because she couldn’t find the house does not mean I didn’t add the address. The receipt she provided me with had my address on it. My order confirmation had the address on it. At least once a month I order pizza and my details are pre-saved. I have never had anyone say my address wasn’t on the order. There’s a way to speak with a customer. Being rude is surely not the way. She should be better trained than that.

Absolutely appalling service we ordered a meal noticed the online tracker stopped few streets away tried ringing they kept hanging up so after it being an hour late drove in to get a refund as the tracker said enjoy your meal without receiving. Turn up to store and our meal is sitting in the shop cold with 10mins until closing ask why this young girl kept hanging up and was happy to keep our cash without delivering the food ask for a refund she can't do it that's when we realised this poor young girl was left unsupervised had to wait 15mins for manager to turn up then she would not refund us and had to apply for 1 online full circus

Nobody who “works” there takes ANY notice of any customer that walks in. About 12-13 people were inside waiting for God knows how long. My order was ready in the back , and I could them asking if it was ready and they said yes. The food is disgusting, cold , no flavour , nothing. I have had multiple occasions when this branch had been late and never are on time. For my sons birthday party they delivered by an hour late and the kids left without eating. Today I reached 5 min later than the pickup time and they started preparing the order when I reached. Absolute horrible service !!!! requested for contactless delivery and driver takes my whole order back to the store. When i called them they told me to come pick up my order and said they don’t make it fresh even though i was charged for delivery fee and specifically stated contactless delivery and a sunday surcharge. No refund for me and no food now as i refuse to eat cold pizza.

I was not notified by any means that my order had been delivered, although the online order stated I would receive a call. The food was covered in ants, my order was also incorrect I paid extra for cheesy crust and none of the pizzas had it. When I contacted the store they ended up hanging up on me. Waited at their front counter inside the store for 15min while the staff just talked near the back door. Occasionally they made eye contact with me but continued to keep talking. Just ordered from the WingStreet menu. If you like wings DO NOT ORDER THESE!! We ordered 3 different flavours and they all tasted the same, so bland. The sides were boring and tasteless and to top it off the food was nearly cold. If I had known Wingstreet was affiliated with Pizza Hut I would have chosen another chicken option on Uber Eats.
