Horrible experience. On December 29th at 7:11pm I ordered pizza for delivery from this location. They said it would take 2hrs. I was okay with that since it was the weekend. At 9:28pm I called the store number that was given to me on my order. It went directly to customer service. I asked where my pizza was and I was told that the order was canceled at 7:30pm. Only 19 minutes after I had placed my order. The reason stated was that they don’t deliver after dark. Which I understand and have no problem with that. When I’m told about it right away. But instead I waited 2.5hrs to find out that my pizza was never going to show up. No one called me, no one emailed me, texted me, or anything. I asked the customer service person if there was somewhere I could call to put a complaint or get answers as to why I was never informed my food was never going to show up. He said to me that they didn’t have a complaints department or anything of that sort. That he was sorry. Even today, a day after, the online pizza tracker is saying my pizza is getting made. I will never give this location my business and I will make sure no one I know does. If I could give 0 stars i would.

I placed a delivery order online and put in special instructions for one pizza in the comment box. I then called to verify it made sense. After asking for cheesy bread topping on my cheese pizza, the woman who answered the phone said, "what's that, cheesy bread?" After trying to explain to her again what I ordered and what I was wanting, she finally just stated, "okay ill tell them." We also ordered 4 ranch and 4 marinara which we paid for. The cheese pizza came without the topping and we didn't receive our ranch or our marinara. I called back to let them know the order was wrong and we didn't receive our sauces. The woman was extremely rude and told me that they can't put that seasoning on the pizza and she could give me a side and she told them and if they forgot then they forgot. I understand mistakes happen, but in our initial phone call, you could have told me. However, I order this at Pizza Hut quite frequently so I'm not sure why this store was unable to do it. If you can find a different Pizza Hut to order from, I strongly encourage you to do so.

Overall it was the worst meal I have ever had from there it was so dry and hard even reheated that I could barely eat just the toppings and when I called the manager instead of offering to give what he could in a store credit which was 50 dollars and refunding the remaining amount back to my card he only offered the 50 dollar credit which I took bc it was better than nothing at all again I was extremely dissatisfied and almost on the verge of never eating here again

There was something weird and crunchy in my pizza, like sand, or glass. My spouse had one slice, and I had almost finished my first slice when the crunchy object showed up. I called the store. The conversation was absolutely civil; I was promised a call back in 30 minutes. And that’s where it got weird. The person I was speaking to didn’t hang up, but she though she had. And she exclaimed loudly: “Oh, he is lying!!” No I’m not. And if that’s your opinion, keep it that way and keep it to yourself. When I asked her to clarify what she said, she kept saying she didn’t say it. I gave her several opportunities to clarify and she refused. I heard it loud and clear. She proceeded to hang up on me twice. Then I spoke to the manager, who seemed relatively unconcerned. Fortunately I wasn’t injured. Seriously, I would’ve been fine with “We’re sorry, we are sending a fresh pizza ASAP, and on the house.” But nope. It’s too bad. I won’t order Pizza Hut again.

I ordered from pizza hut this afternoon and I waited for an hour and a half. I am really concerned about the drivers and management from this location because they need to think instead of just leaving the orders, they need to make sure that the orders gets into the correct hands. If the customer doesnt answer the phone then call again. If the customer doesnt answer the phone, text the customer. Just dont drop off the order and just leave where the order gets into the wrong hands. I am pretty sure someone saw an order of food next to the door with nobody around and grabbed it and took off with it. However I am glad that the store remade my order thank you for that, but I think I should of gotten a refund or some kind of additional compensation due to my inconvenices. Instead my order I didnt get at first and then I had to drive and go pick up my remake just to make sure that I got it. Please do better. Thank you.

The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut and I’m probably never ordering from them ever again. I make an online order. Left a nice tip for the driver just to get my order and ITS THE WRONG PIZZA! I ordered a BBQ beef pizza and got a cheese pizza. I called and spoke with the so called “district manager” just for her to tell me they can’t find my order I recently made even though I have an email confirmation CLEARLY showing what type of pizza I ordered with the order number that she claimed she couldn’t look up on her end. Told me there was nothing she could do which is ridiculous! You mean to tell me I couldn’t get a refund or the correct pizza sent when my order was made wrong? I’m paying for YOUR MISTAKE?! The incompetence of this place and its “ district manager” is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in any form of customer service. I’ve never been treated this way.

I put an order in online a little after 8:30pm this evening and checked the box for delivery updates via text. A little after 9pm I got a text saying the food was out for delivery. At 9:45 I missed a call and got a voicemail saying this location does not deliver to my address after dark (it's been dark since 6pm) and my money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. I called and they put me on hold while they talked to their supervisor and then came back on the phone and said "We're sorry about that, we can't do anything to help you but you're money will be refunded"... And I said "I was just hoping after making us wait on dinner for well over an hour and then cancelling my order, you could do something to make it right"... And she said "Well, sorry". ... Amazing. I use Pizza hut for everything pizza, but am no longer going to be a customer.

I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years and the delivery time can range from a few minutes early to the manager delivering the pizza after closing because a driver vanished in the middle of their shift. Lately however, if I've had to call because my delivery is late, the person usually answering the phone has almost zero customer service skills. If a delivery is late, the answer is the driver took the order and should be there any minute (which has been up to 45 minutes). Quite often, I don't have to call, just place the order online, the only time is if the order is late. Once, it took over 2 hours to get a chocolate chip cookie and some soft drinks and 2 phone calls - the second call, I said that I should get a discount, the person just hung up on me.

I placed an delivery order with them, waited two and a half hours and it never showed up yet the online tracker said it was still on the way. I called and the manager Kim, said the order was never placed. Yet I had an online confirmation and my bank account was charged nearly $30. I called a help number she gave me, the young woman on the other end said she would give me a refund, and "for the inconvenience," she would also give me a $10 credit three weeks later I got my bank statement and the refund was never given. I called back again and they made up some BS about how I could only have one or the other, the 10$ or the $30 refund. And that I chose the $10 credit and not the $30 refund which makes NO SENSE. They refused to give me a refund of $30.

I always have problems with this location. Something is always wrong with my order. Tonight I got my pizza, and no wings. The driver said they would be back in 10 minutes with them, it's been 45 now, and no wings. This is the newest in a long line of bad experiences. I once was emailed by the manager about an order, they said I would get a 30$ credit for the completely wrong order after I had to contact corporate saying the manager didn't get in contact with me. I never got that credit FYI. To sum it up, they will get you food, but it will probably be wrong. The employees (including management) here do not care one bit about delivering for their clients. I've worked food service many years in my life, and this location is absolute garbage.

Yesterday I placed an order over the phone for 2 pizzas. I was unable to pick up my order because the doors were locked. I was not the only person with this issue. There were 4 other people there besides me trying to pick up their orders. There were employees in the building. We got the attention of one of them. Rather than coming to the door or just telling us they were closed, they ignored us, gathered up some sodas and went to the back of the store to do whatever. I was fortunate that I had asked to pay in store for my food. If I had pre-payed over the phone, I would have been out the money and not received my food. I ended up taking my business to a nearby Papa Johns instead. This is unacceptable service.

We are here on vacation, and ordered a delivery on the website. It quoted us an hour. An hour passed and we called and they said they couldn’t deliver to our location(were less than 5 minutes away) so we would have to pick it up. So one of us left to go get it. When arrived we were told it’d be another 45 minutes. 20 minutes pass and a driver appears with our food HOWEVER we were paying cash and our friend had the money. So we stood here, waiting for driver to call the store. And we called our dude. They gave us the pizzas, TOOK THEM BACK, and we are now waiting on the friend to come back. A whole 2 hours after we placed our order. So don’t order from here unless you enjoy waiting and being frustrated

I don't know what happened with the previous reviews, but I can tell you that something must have changed. This pizza hut has consistently delivered great pizza when I've ordered from them. It's probably one of two pizza hut franchises that I know when I order extra cheese, I will get it! The staff has always been super friendly. I had an order a month ago that was late, and the driver called me apologizing, offering to have the pizza remade because they were worried it was going to be cold. (It wasn't, it was still warm.) I'm not here to discount anyone's negative experiences, but I do want to share that I've had nothing but delicious pizza from them.

I regularly purchase from this location and can't reconcile the lower ratings that others give with the quality experience that I'm always greeted with. What a pizza ordered in a highly populated zone takes longer than normal to get to you. Well I'm glad that because everyone wants the convience of delivery that I can pick my order up typically in 20 minutes. My steamy, golden crust, and toasted topping pizza is presented to me in all of its glory. Oh and if you go and hear music from the back that means the best prep person on the team is in and she is in the zone. Your pizza will be that much better. Great team that is managed by a strong leader!

worst pizza hut experience ever, gave me an incorrect pizza and when calling to let them know they are now asking for the pizza back in the height of a pandemic!?! Really you want to take the pizza that i have already had in my car, and home back into your restaurant... please please tell me how this is sanitary and practicing covid standers... its not! I offered to send a photo of the incorrect pizza instead of bring it back and the pizza hut doesn't even have access to an email.. what type of establishment is this. highly disappointed! Where to begin..... I ordered from this place two years agoafter ordering an item delivery and it never showing up even after i called twice talked to people about the order. Next day I tried to get it fixed talk to the manager argument ensued, called corporate.... I vowed to only use the Pizza hut on rainbow sure I can only order carry out but it's fine because their worth it/ consistent. Today carry-out was not an option for various reasons and the only Pizza hut that delivers to us is Main street so i gave them another chance.......why did I do that. The pizza was smashed to one side of the box and the cheesesticks have icing on them........

Called to order a delivery and the manager got super rude and cussed me out then hung up I call agin asking for a manager to find out it’s the same person answering and hanging up on me. Wouldn’t give me his name wouldn’t give me corporates number. I WILL NEVER SPEND A $1 at any Pizza Hut u til this is handled. Y’all are worth more then allowing ratchet humans work as leaders representing you. I would love to speak to someone to have this handled ASAP. I just finally called and spoke to a young lady she gave me the managers name Andrew and then lied and gave me a store in Kansas Pizza Hut instead of the corporate. This needs to be handled

Its funny how they make you do a survey first before you get your pizza so you really can tell the overall visit but I did it to get the free cinnamon sticks but overall my visit was terrible. Everyone is gonna know it and I'm gonna also share a picture of the cinnamon sticks . They was NOT done, and when the chic brought these sticks up there they laughed in my face . So either they really was not done or they shorted my order. After making my order I stood an hour and a half waiting on my pizza and they did not care, I was getting no sympathy for my wait time or nothing. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION , they give pizza hut a bad name.

$50 delivery order and all of it was wrong. One specifically I ordered was extra sauce, I paid for extra cheese- even added a note in all caps (LOTS O EXTRA PLS). What I got was no sauce and regular cheese. I called the store, no answer and got an automated message to push 3 for complaints. I spoke to someone with corporate, they didn't do anything and said I'd have to talk to a supervisor. Waited on hold for 10min and no answer. I tried calling the store again, they did answer and I was told they can't do anything because "there's no manager at the store and to call back tomorrow." Waste of money and I will be calling tomorrow

Wish I could give zero stars, but that is not an option. Horrible customer service, pizza is always around 2 hrs late, making it cold and the order is never right. Was quoted 1.5 hrs (which is ridiculous in the first place), it took 2.5 hrs, had a completely wrong order. When calling to complain, was told they are very busy and would only correct the order/refund it in another 2 hours. Like we were going to wait again. This has consistently been our experience with this location, officially done with Pizza Hut. Would rather spend triple the money for a local pizza place whose pizza is better and gets order right. Quality > Price.

Terrible experience all around. We order all the time, and live two blocks away. After an order was 40 minutes late AND showed up as a “past order” on the app, despite not being delivered yet, the driver showed up and didn’t even say sorry. Called the store, and the guy first hung up on us, then when we called back said he can’t believe he’s letting us stress him out like this, and finally said a manager would call us back when they come in next. This is on a Saturday at 2pm. No accountability, no acknowledgement that there was an issue and that it was their fault. All around poor customer service. Poorly run/managed location.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband and I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8pm. They told us it would be delivered to us at 9:16pm. Our pizza never arrived, and when when tried checking on it we found out that they closed at 9:30pm. If they couldn't deliver the pizza due to business hours they should have just said so. Very unprofessional. Looks like Domino's got a new customer. We received our order at 11:16pm. We were already happy thanks to DOMINO'S! The order we received was ice cold, and we were missing our hot wings. The order was free, however I will not recommend anyone to order from Pizza hut.

The young man who took my order over the , my payment in the restaurant, and bagged my was one in the same. He was courteous, precise, and quick. When I arrived at the store he was on the but acknowledged my arrival. Once he was off of the he greeted me, rang up my order, and inquired if I wanted anything else. My personal pan was fresh, crisp, and baked just so . Yummy! Magnificent service! The restaurant was clean and uncluttered. My only complaint is that you can only purchase containers of grated cheese and . They are $1.09 per container

If you don't tip, you purposely get worse customer service and your order will be messed up. Unprofessional environment when you do have to go there to speak to the manager if you have a problem with your order. The delivery time will be extended and delayed well over an hour and in my case it took 3 hours and was incomplete. I was hung up on and left hanging when the phone was set down (I suspect they thought they put me on hold or hung up but didn't so I overheard everything that was going on in the background). It was one of the worst food delivery experience I've ever had.

I live two blocks away from the store. A few weeks ago I ordered pizza and breadsticks, took over an hour, and the food was all ice cold when it got here. Called and was connected to the costumer service line, was on hold for a long time and told I had credit for my order. Called the next time, was put on hold for a long time to be told I had no credit at all. Last week my order took over 2 hours, customer service told me it would be free, girl shows up and tells me that nobody passed the message on and I was to pay full price. These people do not care about your business.

This is hands down the worst Pizza hut in the entire world... Under Cooked pizza that is almost dough... Rude staff and always get the order wrong just about everytime. If your ordering pizza and want Pizza hut I'd use a different location then this one. When you call in to tell them your order is messed up they think it's funny.. they do whatever they want because corporate will not doing anything about the location! I've never seen a restaurant with this many negative reviews... But yet not one person working there is bothered by it.

Poor service and low quality for what I paid. Told the driver mike( Who was nice enough to call back leave his name and hang up on me) my food looked like sh**t(i still ate it) and he said call the store- meanwhile as an ex delivery driver for Pizza Hut this is a result of stacking orders- The only thing that wasn't his fault was a preparation food; was cold and looked a mess. Sad that I have never received this type of service from this location till now and I probably won't consider spending my quarantine money on this anymore.

We ordered at 8:45p, it’s 11:05p and still haven’t received our order. I called customer service twice and they were rude and staed that the carrier was in route. I think it’s safe to say that we aren’t receiving our order after almost 3 hours later. This is the second order that I’ve had from Pizzahut in which i haven’t had good service. I’m highly dissatisfied and will NOT use them again!! Don’t waste your time and/or money! Just to update this review... it’s 12:12am and we NEVER RECEIVED OUR ORDER! This is a shame!

Always excessively rude! I just called to make sure my order for delivery would still be delivered because the estimated arrival time was 45 min- 1 hour past their closing time, only because I've had this problem before. I have ordered in plenty of time and even paid for it but never received it. Anyway, when I called the woman who answered was extremely rude and condescending then proceeded to hang up on me! Awful customer service, doesn't make orders correct or for the right person, and LAZY LAZY LAZY!!!! RUDE!!!!!

Update: Still horrible. Rude employees, received a medium size pizza in a large box (like seriously?!) we ordered & paid for large, and then it didn’t have the right toppings...at least we got our breadsticks. Previous: Pay extra for delivery, even though it won’t show up on time. Carry out orders are never ready when you get there...I think they make orders as customers arrive for pick-up. They’re either very unorganized or constantly understaffed.

Ordered some food for a co worker and myself for lunch. Food was 45 minutes late...Pizza was fine, wings had zero sauce on them. Said they would send us some wings with sauce. Cool, appreciate that, said it would take an hour, no big deal, here we are 2 hours later. No wings. Called the store, got put on hold, transferred, back on hold, hung up on, called back, put on hold, talked to the manager, who then transferred me to an automated system.

Pizza Hut's deep dish pizza is a guilty pleasure of mine. That's why I ordered pizza from this location so many times before giving up. Without exception, the six times I have ordered pizza here, it has been late, the ingredients have been undercooked, and the staff has been incredibly unconcerned with their failure. Do not eat this pizza, you're better off ordering at Domino's, even if you dislike it as much as I do it's better than this.

I would leave 0 stars if possible, albeit, I can't. first time I ordered they got the pizza somewhat wrong- I thought I would give them another go and told them how I would like it. Again, they got it wrong, not only that- the pizza took over an hour to get to me and it was barely warm. I told them and they refuted it all. Stick to local pizza shops- Pizza Hut doesn't care about quality of food nor service.

I ordered a pizza at 10:15, estimated delivery time in 30 minutes. At 11:30, I called the store multiple times to check on my order. No response. Finally, someone from a 3rd party service calls to tell me that they're out of the crust I ordered and that my order has been cancelled. Over an hour after I originally placed it with them. No replacement food offered. No apology. Unacceptable.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Didn't even get past the ordering process so I don't know how it was. They couldn't even comprehend a large pan crust with pepperoni. That's about as easy as it gets. Had to repeat myself 4 times only to hear: "So you want thin crust?" Then they got an attitude when I said no. Like I'm causing them grief. I didn't get upset once. Terrible customer service.

I ordered my pizza online and the ETA was an hour and 15 minutes! I was ordering during lunch time so I was prepared to wait. Not only was it delivered 35 minutes earlier, the pizza was warm and in good condition. Also, the pizza was indeed tasty! The delivery driver was kind as well. If you expect your food in 15 minutes then excpect your food to be gross. Patience is a virtue!

I was really looking forward to trying the Melts for the advertising makes look really good. That's not what I got. I literally got 2 thin sliced pizza with little meat for I didn't taste any chicken and my son had the meat lovers and he said need more meat and cheese, they were all folded over and looked even more thin. It was not full at all like it's advertised.

Awful. A friend and I were staying in KC for a conference, and ordered our pizza at 4:47pm. Estimated delivery time was 5:37 and we didn’t receive it til 6:15. We had to be back at the conference at 6:30 and our pizza box was bent. Not a good experience. Every time I called and talked to someone they put me on hold for five plus minutes. Not impressed.

The pizza is delicious when it arrives. Delivery is always later than the estimated time, often requires me to guide the driver to my location over the phone, and has yet to result in them following my request for delivery to the rear entry. Today's order did not arrive at all, and I never received a call from the driver to attempt delivery.

These people are horrific. I waited 2 hrs to never receive a pizza, and when I did call, the rude lady on the other end didn't care. First she said the driver just left. I called a half hour later for her to say the same thing. After 2 hours and the store closing, I never received my order. For the love of god please shut this place down.

Order was not correct. order a pan pepperoni large got originl crust. and the driver had to go back to get my 2 liter. the 2 liter being missed i can understand, if it was a one time thing. this was the 2nd time in a row. i have been a long time customer of Pizza hut, at your prices consistancy and accuracy should be expected

Took an hour for a carry out order and when I arrived when they told me to (20-30) minutes, i was rudely told it wasn't ready. When i got home with my food it was cold and they didn't put half the ingredients on it, which was ridiculous because it was a 2 topping and one of the forgotten ingredients was the cheese.

When I got there, I had to wait five, almost 10 minutes for the person to finish in the bathroom just to be rung up for the pizza that was ready to go when I got there. Pizza was slighly doughy and undercooked. It could have been amazing with proper management. This was Kansas City Missouri location.

I placed my order for carry out at 9:15, I arrived to pick it up at 9:45... somehow in 30 minutes they “didn’t have a chance” to call me and tell me they ran out of MARINARA sauce. I’m used to terrible fast food service all over the city but this one takes the cake.
