Bought the plant based chicken burger here and had a very unpleasant experience. Burger was rock hard as a brick and tasted very bland and just, useless. I complained to the front staff and he responded by yelling back at me that he had just cooked it and that if it was someone else he would have agreed with me. ?? I have never eaten a plant based burger that tasted as bad and was as hard as the one I was served. I had a bad stomach afterwards expectedly. Will never shop at any Pizza Pizza franchise again, all shops seem to be low quality now since the early 2000s and it saddens me because my father owned a Pizza Pizza franchise for a number of years and always made it his duty to server customers and please them in anyway. How far we've come.

Ordered two extra-large pizzas, which according to the pizza pizza website should have a 16" or more diameter. Pizzas looked smaller than usual, so I measured. One was 14" and the other just shy of 15". Called pizza pizza customer support, thought since we received two large pizzas, that we should pay for two large pizzas. I was asked how many slices the pizza had. It had 12 slices. He put me on hold to 'get in touch' with the store, where he apparently confirmed that they did indeed make pizzas with 12 slices. Clearly if we received 12 slices, which I wasn't disputing, then we got extra-large pizzas. I pointed out that a pancake can be sliced into 12 slices. They couldn't care less. Three stars because the pizzas had the right toppings, and were otherwise perfect large pizzas.

This is our 3rd order where the pizza was super bad. It felt like eating a cardboard. It caused me toothache while chewing so I couldn't eat anymore. We like to order Cauliflower pizza from your store because of gluten sensitivity but last 3 times have been disappointing. Please see the photo of the overcooked inedible pizza we picked up today. It was a complete waste of time and money and we are still hungry. Please hire better staff who care to cook good food for their customers and don't take their jobs and other's money for granted. I would like to talk about the driver's attitude problem. This guy looks arab and he missed our 2 honey garlic sauces. However, he doesn't seem like guilty to miss his order. And he said" do you want me to pick it again and give it to you? " I said yes. But my friend said it was okay. How could he say things like that instead of saying sorry. Such a uneducated person from their parents and arrogant person. They should be disappeared in this location and I will report to the headquarter.

Very great place! There are a variety of pizza. They just introduced a new dessert pizza, which is pizza crust with chocolate on top. It tastes pretty good but would be much better if the crust was thicker. Other than that, the food is great! The place is always clean which opens up my appetite while eating. The chairs are also very comfortable! Service is amazing! The cashier is very kind and has never gotten angry for whatever reason. The pizza is made on time and does not take too long. 5/5 service! Definitely recommend ;)
